There are few investments in my life I have made that I consider truly life changing. Working with Doug was easily that and more. Not only did he deliver on noticeable changes in my physique (earning me frequent complements) but, more importantly, he helped me work my way up to heavy weights after a shoulder injury. I genuinely believed my shoulder injury would stop me from being able to bench press. He taught me exercises to strengthen the muscles around my shoulder and worked on my form as he slowly introduced bench style exercises. At the end of the 3 months I maxed out with the most I have ever benched. He also taught me how to eat properly and what supplements to use. I could not recommend him enough, cant think of a better investment in yourself than working with Doug.

Doug is the best! I did the 60 Day Transformation and definitely saw a transformation - lost inches of my waist + lbs. His plan was effective and super personalized to fit my specific goals, for example improving posture and toning. He also is amazing at nutrition and was on-call for any questions I had about what I was eating - I've really become much more healthy and knowledgeable about my diet b/c of Doug! He went above and beyond to support, help, and provide feedback. I highly highly recommend him to anyone.

I started 60 day program w Doug, we have about 26 days left. In the past 40 days I have seen some of the best results, during out first 21 day check in I lost 1.4 inches from my stomach, and about 5 pounds in weight. His exercises are very effective and he is great at motivation and answering any questions you have any time of the day. I have multiple people compliment me about the progress they have seen in a short period of time. I used to be very much into fitness classes but never saw results. With Doug’s workout plan, I feel stronger and more excited to workout. Highly recommend him.

Great to work with! It had been a long time since I worked out and had I forgotten correct form on many activities. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what stretches/warm-ups I needed to do prior to the specific type of work out we were doing. He gave good explanations on form and I loved the encouragement! He made my work out a lot of fun! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to work with him again!

Working out with Doug is amazing! He creates fun and effective workouts so I feel strong and energized after! He makes sure to add lots of variety to keep things interesting. Doug knows almost everything about the body, nutrition and exercise. If I have a sore muscle from something he'll always know which stretch to do to make it feel better. I see a complete change in my body, since I started working out with Doug many months ago. I'm strong, toned and I can do/lift things I couldn't before I started working with him. I love it so much that my family members have joined in too!
