YOU WILL NOT REGRET GOING TO BUNGEE FITNESS! Shanae is the BEST! She listens to your history and will work with you to make the best of your visit/workout/fun! I hadn't worked out or exercised in probably 10 years and now I am obsessed!

I did it! I pulled the trigger and finally started working out again and chose to do bungee fitness because of the low impact workout. I absolutely love it. It's not as easy as it looks but it is satisfying and extremely enjoyable. For those of you that are getting up there in age, like me and have normal age-related wear and tear on your ol' (but fabulous) body, this is the place for you. Shanae is a wonderful trainer who encourages, pushes and empowers you, which is exactly what you want in a trainer. Her commitment to helping me be a healthier version of myself is evident. Her dedication does not go unnoticed. I am genuinely looking forward to my next class. The best is yet to come!!

This class was my first experience with bungee fitness and I love it! The instructors do a great job of teaching the skills while keeping a fun atmosphere. I’m not big on exercising but this class is really motivating and it feels less like a chore and more like just a fun experience with friends. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and have already to all my friends. A side note, I have 6 slipped discs and I was worried how I would handle the class but it’s low impact and it hasn’t been an issue at all!

I started my bungee fitness journey in February of this year. As an over 50 year old who was extremely out of shape, I was very nervous and scared. Heck even after that 1st class I said I am not sure if this is for me but I was not giving up. Well here it is 7 months later and I’m up to 3 classes a week. The new studio is fun and such a good time. Cheer's to 40 pounds down. Shanae and the other instructors are the absolute best! This class saved me!!

Normally as an out of shape 50+ woman I would avoid exercise like the plague!
However, these Dragonfly women instructors are amazing at getting my exercise adverse self to classes regularly!
Not only is it obvious they love teaching Bungee they truly are interested in your skill levels and any limitations you need accommodated.
My 12 year old granddaughter took her first bungee class 7/27 with me and was impressed with how well nana did! “Nana was sweating” she told her mom… I hate to sweat so this shows how much these classes are enjoyable for me.

Incredible first experience doing bungee fitness! Totally underestimated the intensity of the workout I would get but wow! Time flys when you’re having fun, cause we were ready for more! I was hesitant to try bungee fitness, but I’m SO glad I did. I’m not in great shape and I’m not athletic, and I’m a little overweight but I can do this! I’m not great at it but it’s so much fun and it’s a great workout. I give it a 10/10. So much fun and the instructors are wonderful!

Shanae was awesome. I suffered from a traumatic fracture of my right leg & was non ambulatory for 3 years & I just started walking & I needed an exercise program that would allow me to move yet not put a lot of stress/pressure on that leg. She was patient & had researched my condition to find appropriate exercises I could do. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone who is recovering & had medical clearance to try. I refuse standard PT it was no help. This was just what ai needed. It helps psychologically breaking down the barriers on learning to reuse a limb and the fear of falling & as I stated was not full weight bearing on the weaker leg. I definitely plan on continuing with the gals. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shanae for treating me as you did & not as a broken person. She pushed me & I was sweating & a good sore the next am. You guys rock!!!

I love these people. They are so much fun. Shanae, Debbie and Glenda. They will help you learn and succeeded in Anything you want to with your body in the bungee cords, I have bad knees and not exercised because of them. in the Bungee I can do a lot. I feel better.
