I can’t say enough good things about DRP Fitness! I look forward to coming here 2-3 days per week. It’s a small studio with 1:1 training - you’re in and out and, with consistency, you will get the results you’re looking for. Whatever your schedule needs are, they will happily accommodate you. It’s more than a workout here too, it becomes a little family with the trainers and even other clients - you learn about each other and become invested in life goals. Everyone is happy and upbeat, it’s incredibly refreshing. One of the best decisions I’ve made / I’m very grateful for DRP!

Why 5 stars? Coach Don communicates so well with kids, he knows how to teach them the basics like how to run fast and jump high. My son always looks forward to his sessions with Coach Don!

My seven year old absolutely loves DRP! Donald made him feel so comfortable from their very first time together, and he would honestly go every day if he could. His footwork has improved immensely in just a few sessions. The team and environment are incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRP!!

I have personally been working with Coach Don at DRP fitness for the past two years as I have progressed from high school to college. Coach Don has prepared me to compete at the highest level. I know that he works with me and many other athletes that play NCAA division I, II, III sports. Coach Don is very personal in his trainings as he always listens to his athletes and meets their needs. Coach Don also shows deep knowledge of his field as he explains the reasoning behind his practices. Coach Don works well with people of all ages and always brings a great attitude to every sessions. The wife and I go to this gym several times a week to work with Darci our personal trainer. Darci has helped me to tone up my body and help me to get stronger. I feel so much better about myself since I’ve been working out three days a week. We start with the TRX and then we move onto weights and some floor exercises, the rope and other pieces of equipment to mix it all up so it never gets boring. We typically are in and out of there in 45 minutes, which is perfect for our busy schedule. My wife goes twice a week and enjoys the same type of exercise with Darci. The weight training has helped her bone density. Darci is very pleasant to work with, we have fun conversation, which makes the time go very fast and keeps me breathing. Darci works with our crazy schedule, which makes exercising more convenient for us. We feel we’ve made an excellent investment on ourselves, as we are trying to stay healthy and strong as we age. It’s a comfortable gym and everyone there is very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I highly recommend this gym

Donald is the best personal trainer hands down. I do not enjoy working out in a gym and if left to my own devices I would find every excuse not to do it. However, I know that strength training is important and that I needed someone to hold me accountable. I tried at least three trainers before I found Donald and wow, what a difference! I can’t even believe I am going to write this but I actually look forward to my workouts now. Donald is amazing!! He always mixes things up so you are never bored. His workouts are fun and effective. I see the progress in my strength and balance and notice the changes in my 50+ body. Yes he was an athlete and a football player and he’s great with sports training but don’t be intimidated!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all body types and knows how to get you in the shape you want to be in. He’s so good at what he does, my husband noticed and now he comes to my workouts too! Donald modifies our exercises so we are both challenged and can workout together. You will love the personal attention and the vibe at DRP Fitness and Health!!

I have been working with Donald since 2013. He is a great personal trainer. I started working with Donald when I was playing high school sports and continued to work with him after I finished with sports because it is not possible to find another trainer with Donald’s skill set. Donald has helped me change the way I work out and the type of workouts I do to better fit my lifestyle and goals. Donald can not only train athletes but normal people that are just looking to improve their overall health and wellness. I setup my dad with Donald and he is in the best shape of his life now. It is tough to compare anybody to Donald’s knowledge base and work ethic. 10/10 recommend training with Donald for all ages to achieve any goal you may have.

Donald is an excellent personal trainer. I worked with him as a way for me to regain enthusiasm for exercising when at-home workouts became stagnant and boring for me, and I wasn’t ready to return to a gym after COVID. He pushes you but is great at modifying exercises to your skill level, and gets creative with exercises, even with minimal equipment. Very personable, and professional. Highly recommend Donald for not just athletes, but the average person who just wants to get into shape.
