Google maps will bring u to the correct building, tho there wasn't any sign for this Dumbbell Bar spot outside -- there was a sign above one of the doors that says "gym" with an arrow pointing inside ... go thru that door and further into the gym and you'll find it ...

Oscar, who runs the bar, has a super kind and chill vibe. Well-chosen ingredients and holistic health recipes. I sensed that he really cares about health and well-being, both physical and mental - he writes messages on the sides of the cups. He wrote one about gratitude for the people in our lives on my cup, and about progress and hard work on my partner's. Of the health-minded smoothies I've tried in Miami on my trip (4 total), the Banana Ocean (w chia seeds on top!) made here INSPIRED me and I found it to be the most filling/delicious!!!
