I wish I could give more than five stars! I sought out Dwayne to help me prepare for a demanding physical fitness test, and he exceeded all my expectations. From our very first session, he worked with me to develop a comprehensive training plan that was tailored for both our time together and my solo workouts.
Dwayne was incredibly patient and thorough, explaining not just the "how" but also the "why" behind each exercise and its relevance to my goals. The workouts were challenging, pushing me to break through self-imposed limits, and I always left each session feeling accomplished.
His constant encouragement and belief in my abilities motivated me to try new exercises and challenge myself in ways I never thought possible. Dwayne was also very responsive to any questions I had outside our sessions, providing reassurance throughout my testing process.
Thanks to his guidance, I feel confident moving forward and am excited to continue my fitness journey using the skills I've learned. Dwayne is truly a wealth of knowledge and excels in what he does!

Dewayne is a professional personal trainer who is very knowledgeable and cares about his clients. I have worked with several other trainers and none of them had the knowledge of the body and how to get the most of out a workout session and care for the well-being of the individual than Dewayne. He always asks how Iβm doing before a session to ensure the exercises planned for that day will help me and not hurt me or make a problem worse. He customizes the workout program to fit your individual needs and goals. Also if there is something fun you would like to incorporate like for me it was boxing, he made it happen.
