Started going when they switched to 1440, moved out of state, and when I moved back I started back with them.
I miss the big industrial fans they had, just because it feels stuffy in there sometimes. But its over all clean and great. Friendly staff too.

Has been a great gym. Would have given 5 stars but pool hours are hard to manage. (Update) I took one star off since They keep changing their hours and well I, not a big fan of standing outside my gym at 3 am ready to work out and have it closed. Hence why I purchased a 24-hour gym membership. Other than the management issues all the employees or on point and very helpful. Oh and if you have any issues management will take a week at a time to get back to. I will be requesting a refund for the remainder of my membership due to the issue of hours open at this 24-hour gym. (Update 2) so the local health department required them to check the temperature of everyone walking through the door. So what does the management do close overnight instead of hiring a night crew to honor the members with 24-hour memberships. Out of the year membership, we were not able to use it for almost 4 months, but they would only refund 2 months. So we went to planet fitness and wow. It is cheaper and clean new equipment plenty of equipment no waiting on the only 2 elipticals. And they are staffed 24-7. The piss poor management at Dynabody is what is killing them. Don't sell what you can not provide!

The staff was very friendly. It only cost $5.30 including tax for a day pass and they have plenty of equipment. They are well equipped for the virus with paper towels and sanitizing solution everywhere. I would highly reccomend!

This place is great. They have all kinds of excerise equipment, swimming pool, health fitness classes for those who wish to join
Ample parking. They accept silver sneaker memberships. That's free with medicare. Otherwise membership is 26.00 a month for a years time.

Great gym. They have a video system where you can choose from several types of workouts and do it alone in a separate room. The videos include yoga, spinning and about a dozen different kinds of workouts. There is a great pool here as well. They are now a 24-hour facility and are a Silver Sneakers approved facility.

The owners made me feel more like family than a member. The gym has great equipment, nice pool, clean, and plenty of classes. the owners (AJ and Hannah) are so kind and very caring. The other staff members Heather, Joel, & Trey are also very nice and helpful. My only suggestion to these nice people would be to man the front desk a little more. But if your looking for a family oriented yet professional gym this is for you. absolutely will get your money's worth.

No one was attending the front so I took the liberty of showing myself around. The gym appeared unkempt, I was actually shocked how dirty even the walls, & outside trees or plants growing out of old window AC units... Place seems a little cramped, like an old doctors office converted into a gym. On my way out I saw two pool guys there & the office staff walking back in never acknowledging me. Had I liked it I would have signed today,

Seems to be called 1440 Fitness now. Adequate, clean gym. Equipment in very good condition. ..nice variety of machines. Well priced. Lots of guys throwing and dropping weights and using profanity, loudly. Low class place, but it's the only real gym around. If you can ignore the bad gym etiquette then its an ok place for a workout when in Inverness.
