We have been apart of this gym family going on 3 years now and we couldn’t be happier here! My daughter is on one of the teams and the progress she has made in such little time is incredible! The coaches and owners are super sweet and patient with each of the kids. They really get to know them and learn their personality and how to help them best.
Couldn’t recommend enough if you are looking for a new gym family ❤️

Based on the comments, I wanted to physically go to the facility to register my child and get a "feel" of the place. Glad I did. I came into the front desk area and no one was there. There were kids practicing in the gym area. After 10 minutes and no one came to greet, we left. The empty chair is indictive of what the experience would have been.

I came into East Pasco Gymnastics to get more information about signing up my two sons. Since this is the only gymnastics facility nearby, I was really hoping it would be a good fit. Unfortunately, my experience walking in was disappointing. When you enter a gym for kids, you expect warmth, friendliness, and an inviting energy — but what I felt was quite the opposite. I wasn’t greeted when I came in, and when I finally said hello, the front desk staff responded but went right back to what she was doing without offering help or asking if I had questions. The atmosphere felt unfriendly and unwarm, which isn’t what I’d want in a place for children.
On top of that, the traffic getting in and out of this location is a real hassle — it’s one-way roads and heavy congestion since this is the only local gymnastics option. If I’m going to fight that kind of traffic, I want to arrive at a place where my kids (and myself) feel genuinely welcomed. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here, and I’d rather travel farther for a more positive environment.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this gym! This year my daughter Alanna joined the pre-team program, and the progress she has made is truly amazing—especially considering she has only been practicing gymnastics for 9 months. The environment is so positive, motivating, and supportive—it has given her so much confidence both in and out of the gym.
Most importantly, Alanna feels very appreciated and valued here. She has also made wonderful friends, and the gymnastics moms are incredibly friendly and supportive, which makes the whole experience even more special for our family.
A very special thank you to Coach Erica and Coach Holly, who have been such an inspiration to my girl. Your dedication, patience, and encouragement not only help her grow in gymnastics but also inspire discipline, teamwork, and love for the sport. She looks forward to every single class, and as a parent, that means the world.
Highly recommend this gym to any family looking for a place where kids can learn, feel appreciated, build friendships, and truly thrive in gymnastics!

Such a wonderful experience! Tried our first season of recreational Gymnastics here and LOVED it!! Husband and wife who own it are a wonderful team and pleasure to speak with. The Coaches are happy and so full of energy, mats never came off anything but clean, the other parents seem nice, and clapping for the new skills is a great way to keep the learning fun!!

My daughter has been at East Pasco for almost a year now, and I cannot express how much the coaches have brought back her love of gymnastics. We left our previous gym with my daughter feeling unappreciated, unwanted, and unhappy with being held back on skills. The turnaround since we started at EPG is incredible. The coaches care about their students and it shows. My daughter is now an AAU State and National Champion! We can't wait to see what she accomplishes going forward. :)

My daughter joined the cheer team last year at East Pasco. We came from another gym that was Rec and we wanted to try an Allstars experience. Let's just say the grass was not greener on the other side. This place is a joke!!! We stuck the season out mainly because we were already invested hundreds of dollars. They had kids coaching kids so we did not get the all star experience we were hoping for, but we made the best out of what we had which again was pretty much nothing . Fast forward to this season we were set on moving gyms , but was told there would be coaches this year and things were going to be different so after a lot of thinking we decided to try again for another season . My daughter didn't make the team ! I was informed that they wanted all their athletes to be tumblers this season and they knew from the start my daughter did not have a back hand spring and won't ever have one due to a disability. The new policy isn't what bothered me (they could have respectfully came to me and told me what they were looking for) . What bothered me was the fact that they knew they were NOT going to bring anybody on the team that didn't have a backhand spring, but yet the gym owner looked at me in my face took my money and wasted our time at evaluation's. Very unprofessional !! She will also make it a point to tell her parents she's a gymnastics gym not a cheer gym which means cheer is not her priority. For the price you pay it's not worth it at all. Here's my advice. If you're looking for a all star cheer experience this place is not it they don't even have the proper coaches to give that experience . Do your research and go to a gym that has the coaches with proper knowledge , knows what they're doing and appreciates their athletes and Parents.

Not a fan of how they treat the children. And the teens coaching the kids are very rude and they aren't actually teaching the kids anything. It would be diffrent if they children were being taught but they're not. Coaches just let the kids go at the stations and dont teach them proper ways to do the tricks. You'd be better off setting your money on literal fire.

Since we joined East Pasco Gymnastics we’ve met so many other amazing parents and have gotten so close with them and there kids. Our daughter started a year ago in recreation, then cheerleading, on to gymnastics and has done amazing. She absolutely loves the coaches and I have to say I am a little jealous of the up most respect she gives them. They absolutely mean the world to her. And that hands down should tell you everything. ❤️

East Pasco Gymnastics is the best gym in our area. The staff are not only knowledgeable and committed to teaching students skills to excel, but they are compassionate and caring about the children as individuals. They focus on the strengths if they’re athletes and push them to succeed.

Very unprofessional owner, does not know how to talk to the children or parents privately if there is an issue on the floor. Daughter was crying and upset she couldn't do a stunt and the owner brought it to everyone's attention in the room and basically yelled it to us as parents in front of a room full of people, Learn how to pull a parent aside instead of embarrassing our daughter and speaking to a parent in a manner that you did. Our daughter has been coming here for awhile but they have lost our business. Our daughter was told she needed to stop throwing a "temper tantrum"or she could go home. Temper tantrums aren't allowed there and she needed to stop acting like a baby. Multiple occasions of being rude and disrespectful to parents and children. Needs to understand she is running a business, and the way she handles herself and speaks to others is uncalled for and reflects on her professionalism as the owner. You not only need to have your business professionalism but also good customer service and you have to be a people person to run something like that and that was not our experience. Daughter left crying and saying "I do not want to come back to this place" "they are always so mean to me I want to go to another gymnastics place." That has to tell you something when a 7 year old is in tears making it clear that she does not want to go back. Will not be returning after this experience.

My daughter has went here for almost 2 years and is very dedicated to gymnastics, as a 7 year old children tend to be emotional and get upset. My daughter had a necklace and ring on came to me to put it away and then was told she could not take a turn doing the trick everyone else was doing. She got upset and then was not able to complete her pull over and got more upset instead of having a positive conversation with her and steering her in a positive direction she was told if she couldn’t control her emotions and stop throwing a “temper tantrum” she could go home. I was also approached infront of a class full of adults watching their children and talked about how my child was acting and also told to not go approach my child. If my child was throwing a temper tantrum it would have been a different story but she was not. She continued to get told she couldn’t do anything because she was upset. Take some lessons on how you approach children’s parents and children. Coach Emma worked very hard with my daughter last year and was always encouraging and NEVER had any issues. No “temper tantrums” or any incidents. Coach holly is also great as well. I do not fault the coaches. The owner needs to learn how to be respectful and have patience. If you can’t tend to children’s emotions and needs and be patient, because trust me I see them every Saturday from multiple children, maybe you should stick to only teaching teenagers. I won’t be taking my daughter back.

Today I witnessed something that rubbed me the wrong way. I watched as a child tried to attempt a trick and wasn't successful. Instead of helping the child the trainer states " we have a little curly headed blonde girl crying over here" while also calling the child a baby and told her she was acting like a child. SHE IS A CHILD! I also overheard other parents saying how the owner is always very rude and unprofessional and I definitely see where they're coming from. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Children don't deserve to be bullied by full blown adults. Extremely unprofessional.

My daughter asked to joined and it’s been a great experience. The classes are small enough that all kids get the attention they need. The programs are broken into 8 week sessions and they are affordable. Super excited for the summer camp.

So glad we found East Pasco Gymnastics. EPG came highly recommended via a few different Facebook groups when we started to feel like our previous gym was lacking in many areas. I'm not exaggerating when I say that within 1 session, my daughter significantly improved in 3 different skills that she had been struggling with at another gym. The difference? Skilled coaches who pay attention and care! I felt like we were throwing our money away at other gyms and wasting time during sessions where we saw no real "learning" or improvement. We are excited to watch her grow here!

My daughter just started at East Pasco in the 3 year old class, we love it! The coaches are so attentive and patient with her, they even let me go in the class with her when she was scared for her first class. Coach Pitts makes you feel very welcome, the space is huge and so many activities for them! Needless to say we will be signing her up for another session after this one!

We absolutely love East Pasco Gymnastics! If I could give more stars I would. We have been here with our 13 year old for almost a year and it has met all our expectations and beyond. After coming from another gymnastics studio where we spent 2+ years, we were sure missing out by not finding East Pasco sooner. My daughter has improved so so much at this gym, much more than the prior gym (it’s unbelievable honestly), she’s so so much happier, has more fun and never wants to miss one class. The owners and staff are really nice and great instructors. It’s like a 2nd home for my daughter and so thankful a gymnastics studio like this exists! Thank you East Pasco Gymnastics (off Chancey Rd) for all you do!

People always asked "Why do you pay so much money for your kids to do all their sports”? Well I have a confession to make; I don't pay for my kids to ONLY do sports.
So, if I am not just paying for sports what am I paying for?
- I pay for those moments when my kids become so tired they want to quit but don't.
- I pay for those days when my kids come home from school and are "too tired" to go to their training but they go anyway.
- I pay for my kids to learn to be disciplined, focused and dedicated.
- I pay for my kids to learn to take care of their body and learn how to correctly fuel their body for success.
- I pay for my kids to learn to work with others and to be good team mates, gracious in defeat and humble in success.
- I pay for my kids to learn to deal with disappointment, when they don't get that placing or title they'd hoped for, but still they go back week after week giving it their best shot.
- I pay for my kids to learn to make and accomplish goals.
- I pay for my kids to respect, not only themselves, but others, officials, judges and coaches.
- I pay for my kids to learn that it takes hours and hours, years and years of hard work and practice to create a champion and that success does not happen overnight.
- I pay for my kids to be proud of small achievements, and to work towards long term goals.
- I pay for the opportunity my kids have and will have to make life-long friendships, create lifelong memories, to be as proud of their achievements as I am.
- I pay so that my kids can be in the gym instead of in front of a screen...
- I pay for those rides home where we make precious memories talking about practice, both good and bad.
-I pay so that my child can learn the importance of time management and balancing what is important like school and keeping grades up
...I could go on but, to be short, I pay for the opportunities that sports provides my kids with to develop attributes that will serve them well throughout their lives and give them the opportunity to bless the lives of others. From what I have seen so far I think it is a great investment!"
