I am normally not one to write reviews but this one is necessary. The Echelon bike is as much of a rip off as Peloton which is going out of business. The bike itself is already close to $1200 and on top of that you have to pay an annual fee of $400 to use the app. Can you use the bike without the app? Sort of but you aren’t able to see your cadence, resistance or anything else so there’s no point. Great business model for the company, but not for the user. I am very disappointed and think this is a rip off and waste of money.

I wouldn’t mind if there was an option on the app to pay $10 a month or something JUST to see your stats but am aggravated that the $400 subscription with classes is the ONLY cheaper option. I don’t care about the classes as much and now feel forced to use it and I don’t like being forced into doing things I should have a choice over. Ridiculous.

This studio is awesome! My husband and I visited the studio during a spring break trip we took with our kids. The staff members were friendly, welcoming and helpful (before, during and after our trip). The instructors are energetic and personable and made time to talk to us even though they may have been done working for the day. We will likely be taking more trips to Miami for vacation and make this a permanent stop so we can take classes in person with more instructors!!!

I purchased the ex-5s at the end of 2020 and after taking over 100 classes, getting in good shape, the experience really helped me prepare to never give up and keep pushing myself!

This voyage of perseverance came in really handy when after a year I was double billed for a renewal on the Echelon 2 year subscription. I contacted support and and they straight up went dead on me after canceling my subscription but keeping my money (requests ## 838994 and 852143).

Thankfully due to the awesome classes I had taken on the bike I didn't give up and kept persevering! I filed a dispute with my credit card company after being ignored by Echelon and was able to get my money back. Sure, I unnecessarily wasted hours of time but at least I didn't give up!

Echelon Miami is everything you’d want it to be! If you are thinking about going, GO! They were so incredibly kind. Samantha & Javier we’re the sweetest making sure my experience was top notch. Heather was an absolute pleasure in making sure this was everything I hoped! Riding with Reed was like hanging out with my best friend! Lindsay was exactly who you get on the screen, in person. But like - way better because it was real life!!! And a surprise visit from Sam Jackson for the birthday ride - seriously was the icing on the cake. What amazing people, what an amazing time and I recommend everyone gets there for a visit! You will not be disappointed! This community is everything! I only wish I was there longer and got to ride more rides! 11/10 ⭐️

We came at 10:25 for a 10:30 class and were turned away because apparently you need to come 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

We were told letting us in would disturb the class but the class didn’t even start yet lol. Complete waste of our time to drive out there.

This place is awesome.

We’re online subscribers so for us it was a real treat to visit while traveling through Miami.

We were made to feel like royalty. Cycling cleats were provided. They set us up on the bikes in the studio to fit our legs. We met the studio manager who took great care of us. We also met Brandon and Lindsay who are trainers.

The studio also provided us with towels for the workout, free lockers are there for use. Beautiful private showers to clean up after, again with towels, hairdryers, shampoo etc.

The workout was awesome. Lindsay was awesome, so Much positive energy. We had photos with her after.

At the end we were given some really nice pull string bags with some cool things… branded water bottles, T-shirts, sweatbands, sanitizer. They have all the machines there to try out, bike, treadmill, rower and the reflect.

It was a great morning out!
