I JUST FINISHED THE FEBRUARY YOGA CHALLENGE WITH MY MOUNTAIN MAMA PARTNER DAWN! IT WAS AWESOME! HOPE WE WIN THE DRAWING FOR 2 FREE MONTHS! I Just took the Hot Pilates, my butt and stomach feel like they will be a little more tone tomorrow! I love the Hot Yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra classes as well. Great studio! Awesome vibe! This is a wonderful yoga studio! While the hot “26 + 2” style taught here is challenging, the benefits can be remarkable. There are 26 poses repeated twice, always the same. The facilities are nice (even a shower!) and we like the fun community environment.

We moved to Florida almost a year ago and I was looking for a good yoga practice place. Never did Bikram yoga before. I love this place! This is not an easy class and not for people who don't like hot temperature unless they are at the beach. All instructors are great , place is nice and clean . The other studios I tried in Venice have only one hour class and that is not enough and price for 90 min class at Venice yoga is very reasonable. Thank you very much!

Venice Avenue Yoga is a true gem! I've been going for over a month now and I have already noticed a huge difference in my energy level and flexibility. Curt is a fantastic instructor. He teaches with precision, kindness and humor. The facilities and main room are very clean and fresh. Outstanding!

I was brand new to hot yoga when I first tried this studio. From the very beginning Curt, the owner, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! That makes all the difference when you're nervous and trying something new. I've been going for a couple of weeks now and the studio is always clean and fresh. The cherry on top of my love for this place was when I pre-ordered 30 classes online at what I thought was a reasonable price. I showed up to my next class and the owner handed me some cash and said that "he owed me" the money because I had overpaid online. Apparently by ordering online I had missed a discount that he was offering if I had paid in person. His integrity was inspiring and it made my day! Ultimately, I highly recommend this studio. If you've never been, don't worry. There's no judgement here as we're all lifelong students!

This studio and its owner, Curt, are such a gift to all of us who live in this area. My lifestyle seems to be too busy these days, and it has been that way for a long time now, but every time I go back to practice some hot yoga I realize how much I've missed it. I am grateful for the existence of this studio in our little town, I really am.

This is a new, almost a
year old Bikram studio. The couple that owns and runs it is real nice.
I had a great class. The heat was perfect, nice clean studio... Changing room and shower.
I will go back!!
