I attend the North Miami location, where the staff is consistently kind, helpful, and professional. However, the equipment has become a recurring concern. Several machines remain out of service for extended periods, and others show noticeable wear. Even after repairs, many machines break down again quickly. Compared to other locations, which appear modern and well-maintained, this branch seems to receive significantly less attention. I sincerely hope management prioritizes proper maintenance and updates in the near future.

The gym constantly plays extremely loud rock music, and it makes the environment uncomfortable. Instead of motivating, the volume is overwhelming and distracting. It’s hard to focus on workouts, and it creates a stressful atmosphere. Lowering the volume or offering a mix of genres would make the experience much better.

Equipment and set up is great for a small space but the atmosphere is critical at any gym. I joined about a year ago and first week in one of their front desk staff started monitoring my social media, then shortly after my name was spread and leaked to other members. I addressed it to the manager at the time as I was getting unwanted messages and she mentioned it wasn’t the first time that employee had done that. After months of being uncomfortable I brought it up to the owner as well as the director. They swept it under the rug, apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again, at that point it was too late. Gossiping, leaking, and invading a member’s privacy puts them at risk specially being a woman in a gym environment. It also drives loyal paying customers away. Beware of the behavior.

Been coming here for years. When it became Elevation they got all new equipment and the set up is very organized to maximize efficiency. While that part is great, the people who work here are even better. No matter who is at the front desk they are helpful and accommodating and the place is always clean. They make it fun but run a tight ship. It’s not overcrowded and it’s a nice mix of people from serious lifters to people like me who like a good place to come and get a solid workout without distractions.

I set a goal in 2024 to climb Mount Kilimanjaro by January 2025. I got to work right away hitting the gym for 1 year. Elev8tion was the choice for me. Without them I never would’ve conquered the mountain. The variety of equipment, friendly and attentive staff, and availability of machines meant there’d be nothing in my way to train. Through the year, I never once had to wait more than 2 minutes for a machine and the vast majority of the time I was able to hit my workout without waiting for anyone. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend Elev8tion! Thanks for helping me reach my crazy and high altitude dreams.

Jackson is the most elite manager of a gym of all time. I could not be more impressed with his attitude and his manager, Are myself as well as the rest of our guys to come and train every morning at 5 AM. First and foremost, the hospitality is what I take very serious and this gym has it from their staff. I feel very welcome each and every time I walk in this gym.

The atmosphere is definitely serious, but as the same time friendly from the members that come here.

Members here seem way more responsible in terms of re-racking their weights, considerate of others joining machines they’re using, making sure the cleanliness of the bathrooms are presentable, etc.

This gym is definitely worth the price, and like that say… “you get what you pay for!”

First of all, this is the calmest location of all the Elev8tion gyms.

Everyone keeps talking about ‘gang people,’ which is simply not true. I’ve been coming here for two years, four times a week, and I’ve never seen anything like that. What people are actually referring to is the downtown gym. That location constantly hosted influencers who were always posting about their lives.

Don't confuse the locations. By the way, the downtown gym has already been closed.

I've been going to Elevation North Miami for over a year now! Thought I would show some love to this amazing gym. People that work there are very friendly (they greet you by your name) and the equipment is very well maintained. It's not a huge gym, it can get busy on peak hours but never have to wait for equipment. People that workout there are also friendly. I've never had an issue in the year I've been going. They sell pretty cool swag, protein bars, etc. There's plenty of parking which is a plus! Best gym in the area, for sure!

I have been going to elevation fitness for over a year now and this has probably been the best gym I’ve been to in Miami. I have been to so many gyms around here and one thing that separated elevation from the rest was the culture and community. The staff and workers provide the upmost hospitality, especially Oreste Who always make sure my experience is 100%. I even asked for a boxing bag and it is now on the way how incredible is that!!! That was one thing I had to give up from previous gyms, but now having it being added to this location is super sweet!! I just visited this location for the first time, and the staff gave me such a warm welcome. They were incredibly friendly, and I immediately felt comfortable being in a new gym. Equipment was great and facility was very clean just like all the Elev8tion locations! Elev8tion is the BEST!!

I’ve been a member of Elev8tion since its inception in North Miami. The equipment is top notch, it’s very clean, and never so crowded that I can’t do my routine as I like. The staff is always cheerful, friendly and welcomes you with a smile. Urosh Tasic, the general Manager has been super helpful and accommodating with my membership needs. Awesome gym! It’s not crowded like other gyms like planet fitness or LA. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Elev8tion has the best machines and great atmosphere. It feels like a private gym in my opinion because you get to use all the machines you want and not overcrowded there.

It could be a 5 but you need to tell employees to say hi regardless if they don’t like the person. , especially if the person says hi. Having good maners is everything in costumer service even in gyms that the testosterone is high. Especially late night crew and some during the day. Gym is great and is always clean with weights being rack properly. Good gym Ethics in this gym .I recommend it .

I have been coming here for the past month while in Miami for work. This is a great gym. Perfect combo of machines, free weights and cardio. Very clean, not too busy, never had to weight on equipment, I usually went between 12-4pm. Staff was great.

This location of Elev8tion is a top 3 gym in Miami. Super clean. Friendly staff. New equipment and well organized and laid out. Not crowded though not empty either. The leg room makes organizing workouts easier to do without having to move around too much. This gym focuses on weight workouts and cardio only.
