I started my fitness journey with Pam and Lance back in September, and I have to say — Pam is absolutely amazing! I have no experience in the gym. I came in with a previous knee and neck injury, and Pam is always so attentive, making sure I’m never in discomfort during any workout. Her knowledge and expertise really show, and she knows exactly how to push and encourage you in the best way.

I could not recommend Lance and Pam highly enough. From the first introduction Lance was incredibly attentive to my goals, and explained the logic behind the plan he laid out for me so that I understood what to expect and why the plan was expected to work. 6 months into his program, and the gains I have far surpass what I was able to accomplish on my own having worked out for years prior.
What is especially valuable to me is the consistent, thoughtful, check ins I get from Lance throughout the week. The motivation he offers, and clarity he provides when I have a question (usually within a minute or two of asking him), has been the clear difference between this program and others I’ve done.

Coach Lance and Coach Pam are great! They’ve been training my teenage daughter for 6 months, and she is the healthiest, strongest and most confident she’s ever been. I am extremely happy with Elevate Performance Fitness. I am older (51) and rehabbing a shoulder injury and was nervous about starting weight training. I met with a few trainers before committing. I felt like Pam and Lance were the only ones who actually listened to my concerns. I absolutely made the right choice. They put thought into the training sessions and tailor them to your needs and goals. They push you, but they are also very aware of your limits and, because of this personalization, the workouts are enjoyable. During training sessions, they are fully focused on you, they aren't on their phone or talking with other people at the gym while you struggle with your exercise. I really like that they log the workouts on an app and you can do them on your own. Scheduling is easy and flexible. I started in November, made it through the holidays with no weight gain, and am currently almost 10 lbs down. I feel stronger and I'm starting to see some muscle definition. If you're looking for training, I highly recommend Elevate Fitness Performance.

I’ve had trainers in the past and Lance is by far the best. When I first started working with Lance 2 1/2 months ago I was suffering with depression from back surgery and a bout with cancer. Lance assured me he could help. After just this short period of time my depression is gone and I’m almost in the best shape of my life. When I met Pam I wasn’t even looking for a trainer. I won a free personal training session in a raffle and thought I’d give it a try. Our first workout together was in August 2022 and I’ve been seeing her twice a week since! Pam is friendly, encouraging, and professional. Lance Riley is an exceptional trainer, and I can’t recommend anyone more highly if you’re looking to lose weight and gain muscle.
In 2010, after auditioning for The Biggest Loser television show and not making the final cut, I knew I needed to make a significant change. In mid-April, I went to my doctor and found out I weighed 345 lbs and had high blood pressure. Determined to turn things around, I headed to the gym and signed up for a personal trainer.
That’s when I first encountered Lance Riley. As I was signing up, I noticed this bald, intense-looking guy in a gym staff shirt. He looked like someone who could push me to my limits, so I asked if he was available. The next day, we started training.
Lance turned out to be incredible. He knew exactly how to push me hard enough to see results, but never beyond what was reasonable. We trained three days a week, and I kept a food diary to show Lance what I was eating. After just one week, I had already lost 15 pounds.
As I continued to work with Lance, I started loving the way I looked and felt. I even entered the gym's in-house "Biggest Loser" competition and won, all thanks to Lance's expert coaching. By September 25, 2010, I weighed in at 246 lbs—I had lost nearly 100 pounds and felt absolutely amazing.

I’ve been training with Pam for just over 2 years now, and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed personal trainers around. I train one-on-one once a week with Pam and on the other days she provides me with a workout routine via an app with videos showing the proper form for the workout.
I must be a glutton for punishment.
Pam is always focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete exercises I wasn’t able to, lift progressively heavier weights and all around push myself harder throughout each session. I have been training with Lance since the summer of 2023 at Rockstar Fitness club.
It was difficult to find a coach that was mindful to my chronic pain and prior injuries. Most coaches either won’t take me as a client or would push me beyond my physical limits and cause more damage.
