I can't say enough good things about embrace Movement Spaces and the incredible Pilates classes they offer! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the wonderful owner, Rachel, whose passion and dedication to her craft are truly inspiring.
The studio itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The reformers and other equipment are top-notch and meticulously maintained, ensuring a safe and effective workout every time.
What sets this place apart is the personal attention Rachel gives to each and every client. Her expertise and personalized approach make every class feel tailored to my individual needs and goals. I always leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and completely refreshed.

Embrace Pilates is a great Pilates and strength-training studio. The atmosphere feels very welcoming, and there is enough equipment to get a solid workout in. There's a lot of specialty equipment (e.g., hip thrust bench, specialty bars), which you don't normally find at smaller gyms. The owner, Rachel, is also super sweet and knowledgeable when it comes to personal training.

Rachel is absolutely amazing! I came here to work on movement- a year after switching to full time remote work. After trying many things to find strength again, Rachel, has helped me achieve more than I ever have in a gym or fitness routine! Rachel has 1 on 1 sessions that are perfect for beginners like me! Rachel is an amazing instructor - she's keen to make sure every moment is executed safely and correctly. Every session is curated with a variety of fun and challenging flows. My biggest takeaway is that everything she teaches me is class can be applicable to other types of exercises (e.g., strength training, running) AND for daily activities.
Rachel has extensive knowledge of body movement because she's an extraordinary athlete (dancer, strong man, power lifting, strength training, etc.) and holds degrees and multiple certifications regarding exercise (and nutrition). I've been a client for over a year and I still get excited for each session!

Rachel is great! She's patient and informative of what you're working on each session. Pilates with Rachel greatly helped me in my competitive strongwoman and aerial life! I starting pilates because I'm a hairstylist with horrible posture. Rachel has gone above and beyond to target my issues and now with the current pandemic she has gone a step further by sending me at home workouts along with instructional videos.
