I began working out with Emily at the beginning of August and she has changed my life drastically! I have lost inches off my entire body! I really look forward to our two times a week sessions and she has given me a whole new perspective on working out! She has created a manageable meal plan for me and even gone the extra mile to research PCOS to see what else we can implement in my daily regimen to help me cure it!

I feel so lucky to have virtually crossed paths with Emily! I first connected with Emily when I was newly diagnosed with Graves' disease and saw her Instagram posts about her own health journey. First, Emily is such and inspiration! The way she completely renewed her own health is amazing. I had been struggling with recent back to back yeast infections and followed immediately with a UTI. I refused the to do the rest of my antibiotics which caused most of this anyway and rushed to my dms to message Emily! Oooh my word, she was a literal godsend. Emily has been one of the brightest lights in my fitness journey. She is the most supportive and caring coach I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Let me start out here by saying that prior to the “pandemic”, I worked out regularly with a trainer 2 to 3 times a week so I’m not new to trainers. When Covid hit I just turned 60 years old and was in good physical shape. I was happy with my muscle tone and definition. During the 2-year shutdown of everything coupled with work restrictions, I didn’t go back to the gym, and probably like many others enjoyed too many “comfort foods”. I’m the type of person who can work out on my own but don’t. When I did a home workout, I wouldn’t push myself past the “required” sets. Working out by myself, in my home was boring and I could always find an excuse to do anything else. I did get in cardio either with walks or even a run but lifting fell by the wayside and so did my body. All of the muscle tone I had turned to (what I like to refer to) as melting jello.

So, post pandemic (sort-of), I couldn’t stand it anymore and heard about a new trainer at the gym I belonged to. I set up an appointment to speak with Emily Reynolds. I could tell from our initial conversation that she was an amazing trainer. When we met, I could tell immediately that Emily was the trainer for me. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional, realistic, thorough, and extremely helpful. Emily genuinely cares about her clients. They aren’t just another client. She goes above and beyond to find answers to health concerns, create great workouts that are always different so boredom doesn’t set in, and she’s fun to be around.

Don’t get me wrong and don’t let her kind and beautiful face fool you. Emily is a beast and will push you as far as you can go. She watches and monitors her clients, corrects their form, and one step, one workout at a time increases reps, weight and intensity.

I wholeheartedly recommend Emily Reynolds to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change, become the healthiest, best version of yourself that you can be.

Emily is one in a million and I love her to pieces. If I had the luxury to work out with her every day, I would. I’m fortunate enough to be able to train with her in person but she also can train virtually. I wish I stumbled upon her sooner. My advice to anyone reading this is DON’T WAIT! Well, where do I start? Emily is a God sent.  Let me explain.
I have suffered from digestive issues and bloating for about 15 to 20 years now.  Every time I would go to doctors and explain my symptoms and pain, they would tell me that it was normal to not to go to the bathroom every day and to take more fiber, others would give me antibiotics that would help for maybe 3 to 5 months but after I was back to my old symptoms.

About 5 years ago I worked with a holistic nutritionist, and he was the first one to diagnose me with SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) and candida in my intestines that was caused by birth control pills. I eat very “clean” don’t really eat out much, but I was still in so much pain. Imagine being bloated from anything that you eat.  It didn’t matter if it was a slice of pizza or plain lettuce. I would wake up swollen and was always exhausted. I stopped eating meat because I couldn’t digest it and it would make me even more constipated. I knew my gut needed attention, but I just couldn’t find anyone that would listen and understand. I was tired of being in pain and looking like I was seven months pregnant after each meal.

I prayed every day for help and healing, and I feel like my prayers were answered through Emily! I was so fortunate to find her!!!! Emily asked the right questions but most importantly she listened. She makes me feel like I am her most important client every time we speak! She asked me to give her 9 months. It might seem long for some but for me I was ready to do anything to feel better.

We started with customized meal plan and a parasite cleanse yes, a parasite cleanse! Something we don’t even consider we could have and guess what?! Within 1 week I noticed a drastic difference. My inflammation went down meaning I was not so swollen anymore, I had more energy, I didn’t need my afternoon naps, my skin started to glow and most importantly I was never hungry!

I gave Emily weekly reports and updates. I recently went on vacation, and I did not make good choices with food and let me tell you that I never even once got sick or bloated. Usually after eating clean if I tried eating anything else it would make my stomach very upset but not this time. I was so happy because I could tell my gut started to heal.

She incorporates treat meals for you and she even got me started on resistance/strength training. I don’t even have to go to the gym, isn’t that magical?! Well, it is for me as I don’t know my way around it and I get very intimidated by all the different equipment.

She said this one sentence to me which I will never forget “I am here to help you to be the best version of you” and that got me thinking. She got to my why?! She got me asking myself am I a best version of me?  Even though this was never about my weight or working out I started asking myself deeper questions.

I have been on this journey with Emily for 9 months now. I have lost 20 lbs. and my main focus is my gut health. My friends, family and clients noticed these changes and started asking me questions.  I recommend Emily to everyone!!! Even my mom that has a fatty liver started eating the same way and she has noticed incredible changes in her energy and weight loss as well.

You only get this one body in this lifetime so Invest in your health and wellness.

I started with Emily in Oct of 2021. When I started with her I was at my heaviest weight and felt hopeless to get back in shape after having two babies. I needed a push, guidance and accountability.
