When preparing for weight loss surgery I had to lose a certain amount of weight, which felt like impossible to do and the surgery was something I dreamed of. Rebecca not only helped me with learning better eating habits, but she got me into creating my own recipes and was constant with exercises that at my very heavy weigh I could handle. When my appointment came to be chosen for surgery I’d lost over twice as much as the doctor suggested and with staying with those habits she taught me I’ve continued to lose since surgery again much more than my doctor expected. I’m truly grateful for everything she did for me 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

As a 60-year woman making the decision to work out was difficult but Rebecca made the journey to weight loss and strength seamless. When I started could hardly lift 25 lbs. I tried to wimp out but but she never gave up on me. Today I’m stronger and toned. Rebecca as a trainer concept is the whole body, mind, soul, rest, sleep and the food we eat. There are not enough great things to say about Rebecca she is the BEST! I have been training with Rebecca for three years and continue to be impressed by her!
I began my fitness journey as a retired athlete wanting to get back in shape after having children. Rebecca’s infectious personality immediately motivated me and gave me the boost I needed to be consistent. During our time together she has kept me accountable, understands my changing needs and continues her own industry education. She respects my time and is solely focused on me during our sessions. She still goes above and beyond designing new workouts and meal plans keeping things fresh, fun and motivating.

Rebecca is such an enthusiastic and motivating training. I began working with her last year at Crunch Fitness to not only reach my weight goal but to obtain a better understanding of dieting and to gain confidence in the gym as well. Within a month I not only began seeing results through consistency but I developed an interest in meal prepping and became more conscious of my health. At the time I struggled with high blood pressure but noticed a shift once I remained on track with my fitness journey. Rebecca is Incredible! I am 63 years old. I broke my shoulder, Rebecca totally rehabilitated it. She got me very healthy eating rite on her nutritional diet plan. I lost fat and gained a lot of muscle. She is very patient and so sweet. I totally recommend her as a trainer she can fit all your needs
