I’m no yogi but I know a great studio when I see one. I took a class this past weekend and it exceeded my expectations. The girl at the front desk we spoke to was extremely warm, professional, & inviting. The place was clean and well run. And the teacher Sofia was world class. I’m not easily impressed but wow.

The class itself was nice—good flow, and the instructor was really easy to follow. Nothing too crazy or complicated, which I appreciated.

That said, I’m giving it 4 stars because it ended up feeling like a hot yoga class… and it wasn’t supposed to be. The AC was turned off, and within a few minutes, we were all dripping sweat. I personally don’t do well in heat—I get lightheaded and it’s just not something my body handles well, so I felt super uncomfortable the whole time.

If I had known it was going to be like that, I honestly wouldn’t have booked it. Just something to keep in mind if you’re not into hot yoga or sensitive to heat.

It has a wide variety of classes and wellness services that are intended to help you improve your physical practice but also connect you to your inner kingdom and to the true guru (which is inside you). This yoga studio is the real deal! I started attending last month, and I am hooked. Every teacher is amazing, and they have so much selection of various yoga styles with many classes offered. I especially like their App where you can register for classes whenever you like, and even in advance: very organized. The place is spotless, professional, and welcoming. Prior to joining, I did yoga at regular gyms such as LA Fitness. That doesn’t even come close to the experience of a real yoga studio like Energy Yoga.

This yoga studio is amazing! I’ve known it for many years now, David and all the instructors are great and have a great community. Today I took the prenatal yoga class with Carlos and absolutely LOVED IT! The class focuses on being more aware of your body during pregnancy, gently stretching the muscles you will need for birth and finding peace of mind in a time where everything can feel overwhelming because of all the changes (physical and emotional) motherhood brings. I went to the energy Yoga and wellness center last Thursday for the first time. I took the warm yoga class with Karla Bartolone. I have never taken a warm yoga class before in my life and I loved it. I will definitely come back. The space was clean and tidy. It is accessible for wheelchairs and it does have restrooms in site. They offer different packages I am interested in the 8 classes for 80$ or in the new student special $49 for an entire class of unlimited yoga and meditation classes. the schedule is available in the studio or online
