My family and have spent the last 2 summers in Englewood, FL. My daughter and myself enjoy working out and she also plays competitive volleyball so we were looking for a place to “keep her conditioned”. Body Shaping Fitness is a stellar facility and have always been very accommodating to me and my family. Nicole is super nice and very helpful. The equipment and especially the bathrooms have always been very clean and everyone picks up after themselves. I highly recommended this gym to anyone.

I was involved in the Senior Balance and Mobility class taught by Michelle and had to stop for physical reasons. I have been able to sign back up and with Michelle! I'm so looking forward to it!

Owner was very friendly & took her time to show my mom and I the facility. The studio is very clean, spacious rooms to do AB workouts, up to date equipment, and cleaning stations throughout the studio. I signed up for my membership after the tour and enjoyed running on the treadmill because it’s overlooks the water! Highly recommend.

I've been to all the gyms in this area and this is by far the cleanest! The owner and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Very happy with my experience here and will definitely be a life long member 😁 I recommend this gym to everyone I know and they're never disappointed.

Love the gym! Nice and small but you have everything you need! There’s a personal trainer who works/trains there who is extremely rude, don’t know why she wants to work with people. Stay away from her and your experience will be great!

I was visiting my parents in March and was looking for a place to workout. I found a few places online, but this one stuck out to me. I read the profiles of the owner and the different trainers, looked at the many photos provided and said, “Yup. This is the place for me.” And I was right. Great experience from beginning to end. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff that cater to all age groups. Equipment was in wonderful shape and the gym had everything I needed. Cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, bands, stability balls, TRX, kettlebells, and more. Plenty of room. Warm, but it is Florida. Lots of fans going all time and the music was just background, not blaring. I saw all age groups there with the retired population being the most prevalent. I watched the trainers, having been one myself in the past, work with 70+ year olds and they were awesome. I went back to my parents residence and highly recommended that they check Body Shaping Fitness out because I knew they would love it there. They also offer group fitness classes in a separate building and even though I did not attend any, they appeared to be well managed and attended. I highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing or residing in the area. Wonderful establishment and great people. Thank you, Paige!

I rented a place for the month of March in Englewood, Florida. I joined this gym for the month and was very pleased with the group fitness classes. The instructors were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as I was new to a well established group of attendees. The classes were challenging so I definitely got a good workout every day that I attended. I recommend this gym and plan to join again next winter.

Staff is great. Gym is usually clean and has a non-threatening, diverse demographic atmosphere. Equipment is not the latest and greatest, but very functional, well-maintained and clean. Great place for workup out. Good job, Paige!
