Ben at EFT is an amazing trainer! He is professional, organized, communicative and will adapt the workouts to your specific needs or limitations. After 6 months, I feel stronger and more thoughtful about my movements no matter what I’m doing. I’m in good hands with Ben. He is super knowledgeable and makes sure I do everything correctly. He’s a great motivator and I really look forward to our sessions.

I highly recommend EFT of Stuart! I’ve seen so much improvement since I started training with Ben. I’ve regained virtually a full range of motion in my shoulder and pain has decreased. My orthopedic doctor was equally pleased with my progress during my follow-up and recommended that I “continue doing what [I’m] doing.” I appreciate Ben’s expertise and approach as we continue to work on my stability and proper movement patterns.

We’re so grateful for Ben guiding our daughter through rehabilitation of her knee. After spending months in pain and 6 weeks with a typical physical therapist, she was still experiencing pain and seeing no improvement. We decided to try EFT instead of more physical therapy because they were not pushing her hard enough to build the muscles around her knee. On our most recent visit to her ortho, they were shocked at her progress and said she is doing better than 80-90% of their patients with this injury at this point. We highly recommend EFT! I had never really exercised before going to Enhanced Functional Training. I started over two years ago after retiring and my strength and movement has improved tremendously. The best part was that Ben worked with me to build up my stamina and I leave feeling great! I highly recommend Enhanced Functional Training, especially for those that have physical issues they need to improve.

I am so thankful to have found Enhanced Functional Training and Ben! I found EFT and Ben in February 2021, 8 months after back fusion surgery. Although I had worked out for years before my surgery, I was scared and needed someone who could help me conquer my fear and push me to work hard while making sure I did not injure myself. Ben did all that and more! He has helped me with strength, balance and posture and more importantly, my confidence. Ben’s workouts are tailored to push you in a way that’s safe but not easy, and to take you out of your comfort zone without fear. His studio is meticulously clean and he is a knowledgeable professional who knows how to have fun. I train with Ben first thing in the morning and it is my favorite way to start my day. I hope you do yourself a favor and check Ben and Enhanced Functional Training out!

Ben is a fantastic trainer and has helped me so much over the last few months to build up muscle in those areas that were weak and causing repetitive injuries. He also gave some tough love when I came in one day in pain and he told me not to come back until I was pain free. I normally would have pushed through the pain at the gym or in a bootcamp class, but Ben helped change my mentality about working out. Having a one-on-one trainer who takes the time to watch your movements and assess where you need to build muscle has been instrumental in getting me past my injuries to a much better place, and I will never go back to exercising the same! It's amazing how much stronger I feel in just 3 months, thank you Ben!

Ben is very knowledgeable, and skilled in his craft. After a few sessions I'm already experiencing cardiovascular improvements, and increases in strength and energy. I'm looking forward to that beach body!
