I love the gym and really want to give 5 stars. My biggest issue is the lack of enforcement of rules. Things like a sign on the sauna that clearly says no shoes allowed, yet every time I use it there are 3 or 4 dudes in full clothes wearing shoes in there. Someone from management should say something. Also trash left in the sauna and gym areas. If no one enforces the rules and warns people or boots them out it’s going to stay that way or get worse.

I love EOS Fitness. I had a lot of anxiety about getting back into the gym, but from the moment I walked in I felt right at home. Some of the staff even know me by name, which means a lot. The gym is big, clean, and the overall vibe is friendly. It does get crowded during peak times, so expect to wait on a machine here and there but honestly, my experience has been great. This is officially my home gym.

The gym is nice and they have nice amenities. Only thing that’s very annoying is how many guys setup tripods and cameras in the locker room and record themselves. Staff doesn’t enforce the rules in that regard. You can’t even wash your hands or change your clothes or you’ll be in someone’s video.

EOS is always packed, even at four in the morning, and the ten dollar membership brings in so many people that the entire place ends up neglected and poorly maintained because most members do not care about keeping anything clean. The low price also leads to a couple of homeless individuals sleeping in the locker room or on the recovery machines. Many treadmills and machines stay broken for long periods, and it makes even less sense when we already pay an extra yearly fee that is supposed to help maintain the club. I only chose this gym because it is open twenty four hours, but if you can afford a cleaner and less crowded option, go somewhere else. The recording influencer room has roaches and always smells musty, and the overall environment shows how little effort is put into maintaining this facility.

I came in as a former member who needed to cancel an old membership and re enroll through my health insurance. There was a little confusion at first with how my account was set up, but the manager Jimmy stepped in right away and cleared everything up quickly. He was professional, responsive, and made the process smooth once he got involved.

After everything was sorted out, he walked me over to Brooklyn so she could help finalize my enrollment. Brooklyn was outstanding. She took her time explaining every detail clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the insurance membership works. She kept a calm and patient attitude the entire time, and you could tell she genuinely cared about getting everything right. She was friendly, efficient, and extremely thorough.

What stood out the most was how well the team worked together. From the manager resolving the issue to Brooklyn making sure the rest of the process went perfectly, the whole experience felt organized and supportive. They both represented the gym in the best way possible. They deserve praise for delivering such a high level of customer service and making what could have been a frustrating situation feel easy and positive.

This should be a 5-star gym. It's definitely the biggest fitness center in this entire area, and it's one of the best-equipped facilities I've ever been to (which is literally hundreds of gyms all over the country). The reason it's only 4 stars is for the people who work out here and for the horrible management.

I can't remember ever going to any fitness center that is so full of lazy, selfish, inconsiderate people as this one clearly is. Nobody puts their weights back! I've been in here and seen literally EVERY single piece of equipment with the weights still left on (sometimes multiple plates on each side), as well as plates left laying all over the floor.

There are also so many people who just bring in their big gym bags and leave them throughout the gym. No other gym allows bags to be brought onto the floor, because it's a tripping hazard for members.

But we all know that people suck, so I put the blame squarely on the horrible management here. They obviously do nothing to prevent any of this behavior. Getting people to put their weights back is not that difficult, because other gyms don't have a problem like this one does.

The other negative issue with this facility is that it's ALWAYS crowded. There is no time of day where it isn't full of people, making it difficult to find empty machines to use.

Ive been a member for only two weeks and it never fails, every time I go into the Women’s locker room and bathroom they’re gross. The female staff should come in to routinely clean throughout the day. It’s disappointing because this is such a new, cool gym.

The gym is also crowded most of the time, given the volume I’d expect management to have better cleaning standards to avoid people spreading germs, getting sick etc.

EoS is really cool other than that. Theater cardio room, lots of equipment and close to my job so convenient.

I hope that they step up the cleanliness, I’m trying my best to not regret my membership.

I love EOS in Boynton Beach. It has a lot of equipment and great amenities. But mostly l love my personal trainer Carlos Gonzales. He is great! First of all he sat with me to identify my goals and created a plan to achieve them. He never missed a session, always punctual and respects my time. He also asks for feedback as I train to evaluate what is working for me. Since my time with him I noticed many improvements. I lost weight, about one-half pounds per week consistently. I have gotten stronger. I also have noticed that my mobility improved (standing to sitting, climbing stairs and getting in and out of the car), as well as my stability. All in all, I feel that my life has improved as a the of the time I spent training with him. He is a great trainer. I would recommend him highly!!!!

Convenient location, next to other retail and dining options. The place is fairly big and offers a good variety of free weights and machines. There are about 15 Olympic platforms and several dumbbell racks with dumbbells going up to 150. Staff is friendly and the place is fairly clean/well maintained. All that being said, this place is busy 24/7 and particularly busy in the evening. Shout out to Jimmy who was my membership salesman, who was not pushy or tried to upsell me and was also super friendly and got me set up in just a few minutes.

Great gym but awful billing. Genuinely cannot wait till my contract is over. This month I was charged Two payments of $50 for I don’t even know what at this point. Every time I talk to an employee about my billing, they ALL Tell me something different and it’s driving me absolutely insane. Switched from LA Fitness membership to Eos. Other than some equipment it’s not worth it. Gym’s constantly full , they also advertise $10 a month but charge a lot more in additional fees. If you want to downgrade $50 to change membership, if your thinking or switching don’t, not worth it.

I’ve been going to this EOS for about 5 months. The gym has a great variety of equipment, and I really like the movie theater cardio room — that’s probably my favorite part. The biggest downside is how busy it gets. Anytime after 4:00 p.m. or in the morning, it feels like they’ve oversold memberships. You end up waiting for machines, and even though the parking lot is huge, it’s usually packed.

The towel service is a nice touch — the larger towels are soft, but the smaller ones are pretty rough, and sometimes the machine is empty. All of the employees I’ve met have been super friendly and helpful. The massage chairs are great too, though a few of them are often down, so there’s usually a wait.

They have an awesome selection of free weights and machines, though I do wish they had more shoulder machines — there’s usually just one of each type, and it’s common to have to wait.

For the price, especially with the family membership, it’s a really good value. The gym is generally clean, and there’s a guy who’s always busy keeping things in order. The restrooms are well-maintained too.

Overall, it’s not a bad gym at all — just extremely busy during peak hours. Being open 24 hours is a big plus, though. If you work nights, I’ve found that around 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon. is the best time to go; that’s when it’s the least crowded from what I’ve seen.

Really my only complaint is how busy it is which can have you standing around. Sometimes waiting to use the machine or free weights And can really slow down your workout routine

Since then I have decided not to continue with my membership and they have called me more than 3 times a day trying to collect payment and I get a text from my banks fraud department at 5:30am saying they have attempted to charge my card without my permission !! I’ve been paying for personal training for several months, but I still haven’t been able to get sessions at times that work for me. The scheduling system is extremely inconvenient, and no one seems to take responsibility for helping members find a solution.

On top of that, customer service is very hard to reach — communication is slow, and follow-up is almost nonexistent. For the price I’m paying, I expected a much more organized and supportive experience.

With so many other gyms around that actually care about their members, I truly regret choosing EOS Fitness. I hope they take member feedback seriously and make improvements to how they handle scheduling and communication.

I really love this gym — one of the main reasons I joined was because it’s so close to my house. However, lately I’ve been really disappointed. Every time I come in, the same machines are broken, and there are so many treadmills and weight machines out of order. What’s even more frustrating is that there are no signs or notices saying the equipment needs maintenance or when it might be fixed. (Attaching pictures of all broken machines I noticed while working out this week)

I really wish Brian the Manager would stay more on top of keeping the machines in good working order. I did try a few times to reach him but he is never here when I am working out.

Another concern is the condition of the ladies’ restroom. I don’t use it often, but the few times I’ve needed to, it’s always been in pretty rough shape. Cleanliness and upkeep seem to have slipped quite a bit.

I love the gym and the convenience of this location, but I really hope they improve the maintenance and cleanliness soon — it would make a big difference.

Lie about 7 day guest pass. Slimy salespeople. Avoid at all costs.

They say 7 day free pass everywhere.

After a brutal 30 minute sales pitch, where they tried to get me on the max plan for not just me but wife as well, they finally settled on a 2 day guest pass.

Their excuse is that they have food trucks coming Thursday so the free pass can only be 2 days. What??

I literally wouldve joined this gym had they just given me a 5 minute sales pitch and a 7 day pass to try it out. These people are slimy salespeople that will do anything they can to screw you over.

Don’t get the towel service (gotta pay extra for it) they OFTEN run out of towels and they just say “sorry” . I don’t get the point of offering the service when you don’t have the capability to provide the service. People constantly take pictures in the bathrooms and they don’t seem to care much about it. The machines and options are great but I can see myself eventually fading away from this gym just like every other gym when they just open it works great … once they have the clientele they do nothing to keep it.

Pros - large facility, lots of equipment and a variety of it, good pricing tiers.

Cons - No staff covering the gym floor to help put away weights or wipe down equipment, because too many members here are lazy and have poor gym etiquette. Place is always crowded, so you’ll have to adjust your workout to whatever is available that day. Recovery equipment is frequently broken. People set up tripods and record on the general gym floor even though they aren’t allowed (designated, separate area for that). People are constantly recording videos in the locker rooms on their phones. Staff says they’ll do something and they never do.

Overall - The management/staff here just doesn’t care about the members. They’ll smile and wave when you come in and leave, but it stops there. There needs to be staff on the gym floor. If this place wasn’t conveniently located, I’d have cancelled. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

What happened to me at EOS Fitness in Boynton Beach was not just unacceptable it was revealing.

I was physically assaulted inside their gym. I didn’t yell. I didn’t retaliate. I didn’t even involve the police. I simply walked out, shaken but composed, choosing peace over chaos.

The next day? I’m approached by a uniformed officer and told I’m no longer welcome because the person who hit me filed a complaint first. That’s how EOS operates? Punish the victim and protect the aggressor?

No investigation. No accountability. Just a blind, backward policy that empowers violence and silences integrity.

And as if that weren’t insulting enough, EOS tried charging my card again immediately after I had just paid $120. No access. No apology. Just corporate negligence wrapped in a gym membership.

This isn’t fitness. This is failure.
I didn’t cause a scene. But maybe I should have.
Because silence clearly protects the wrong people.

Would I recommend EOS? Not a chance.
Not until they answer for this.

The public comment from EōS Fitness made it sound like they were going to help me. But the private email they sent me told a very different story.

Here’s what they actually wrote:

> “Unfortunately, we will not be able to reinstate the membership from the previous incident(s) on your account.”

So to be clear EōS Fitness openly admits they revoked the victim’s membership after I was physically assaulted inside their gym, while protecting the person who attacked me. No investigation. No accountability. Their “solution” is to argue over whether I was charged $114 or $120 instead of addressing the fact that I was assaulted and then banned.

They want to make it about bookkeeping when the real issue is safety, fairness, and integrity. The numbers don’t change the reality:

I was attacked.

I remained calm, chose peace, and didn’t involve police.

EōS banned me anyway because the aggressor filed a complaint first.

Then they charged my account.

So when you see their polite public responses saying they’re “working to improve” and “passing it to the Operations Manager,” understand that behind the scenes, they’re brushing off members who are victims of violence in their own facility.

This isn’t just bad customer service. This is negligence.

Although it is a nice gym, this place is as crowded as crowded gets. All the time. Don’t even think about going from 5-7 pm. Every single machine is occupied. This may not be a big deal for some people but for me it’s so uncomfortable, and just ruins the vibes of a workout. ALSO, they make you pay the yearly fee whether you are only there for a month or for the year. So I got stuck paying, when I’m canceling my membership after a month. Small local gyms are worth the price!

Always busy. Most equipment never available. I was on a pass to trial the gym was offered an extension but it was not honored once I came in. Spoke to a salesperson about it and they were confused and stated I would need to sign up for a membership. So the poor customer service, always busy, like literally always busy, left a bad impression and I would suggest to continue to shop around for gyms before making the commitment. They still continue to overcharge me and refuse to compensate me for their wrongful transactions! Please know it is a SCAM for any referrals. You will NOT get your free months or free year! I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this gym. I was instructed to create a new account just to upgrade my existing one, which has now resulted in being charged twice. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Frank, I found his response to be unhelpful and dismissive. His tone came across as condescending, and when I requested compensation for the inconvenience, I was told, “they don’t do that.” This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I can no longer recommend this gym to others. I urge EOS to address this issue and improve the quality of their customer support.
Seems like im not the only one having this same issue.

Exceptional place to workout. Staff is amazing. No pressures and keep things professional! Very satisfied being an EOS member. A few awesome employees to mention on their expertise are Alejandro, my pt, who specializes in injured muscles has been very patient, and accommodating. Jimmy, Brandon, and Brooklyn, who do sales are amazing at their jobs. They are upfront and honest people who actually enjoy seeing people get the most out of their memberships, even if you are there for a free trial, you're treated like EOS family.
Lastly, Mngr. Jimmy. This guy ought to run for mayor. I always see and hear him talking,laughing and encouraging members.

You get more than what you pay for here. For $10 bucks a month (plus an annual $50 fee -see what they did there!), you get 24/7 access to an air conditioned exercise space, decent cable machines, free weights+benches, bunch of power racks, few rows of cardio equipment. I’ve been a member since they first opened and it’s been crowded since day 1. Whether you go at 6 or 7am, 10a-12p, afternoon, evening whatever - it’s crowded. Just remain flexible with your workout and remember how cheap this place is and you’ll be just okay. Moving out of state or would totally keep this membership.

I joined the EoS community in May, 2025 with a goal of getting back to a shape other than round. I’ve donated money to other Gyms in the past but this time is different. The staff, community, and environment make you wanna come back for more. The mere fact that this gym is open 24/7 x 365 there are no excuses, just do it. Great environment clean, and modern like no other. Cost is incredible for the value of services.

Most overcrowded gym I’ve ever been to. Do not bother going anytime after 5pm. You will be waiting for every machine/ stairmaster/ treadmill/cable machine. I don’t mind a busy gym, but a gym where you spend more time waiting then working out is ridiculous. Do not recommend if you are trying to have a quick workout.

I have been to quite a few different gyms but EOS has been my favorite by far. The gym is always so clean and the staff is always very welcoming. One of the night workers, I believe Nashawn, was very helpful answering any questions I had and always has a good attitude. Desperately needs a pricing increase. Parking situation notwithstanding, the gym is incredibly crowded during peak hours, and the amount of amenities provided for the price involved ($30/month) is noncompetitive with other gyms in the area. Redcon1 is $70-80/month and offers half of the amenities that this gym has. Eos is leaving a ton of money on the table here.

My experience with this gym was good at first. It’s very capable and large. I especially loved the classes. However, the personal training programs they offer have not been what I expected. I did not enjoy my initial training and wanted to cancel but was unable to do so no matter how hard I try. The staff in the gym is able to sign you up easily but when it comes to cancelling, you can’t actually talk to a real live person.You have via email to a “corporate”. Now I’m stuck in a 6 months agreement that will cost me thousands that I do not want. Please be careful when you sign up and read the fine prints. Very unhappy with this whole experience and will be cancelling my membership the moment I get a chance to.

This gym is well-equipped and has everything you’d expect for a solid workout, from machines to free weights. However, there are two noticeable drawbacks. First, it tends to be overcrowded, especially during peak hours, which can make it challenging to complete a workout efficiently. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience at this gym, especially when trying to cancel my personal training. I’ve gone in multiple times, and there’s never a manager available to help. I’ve sent several emails to the manager, Frank Balzano, and have never received a single reply. The front desk staff constantly say, “I don’t know,” and no one seems to be trained on how to handle a simple cancellation.

The only person who has ever helped I think her name is Jordan at the front desk. She’s the one who originally assisted me and was always kind, professional, and willing to help. Honestly, Jordan is the best if everyone there were like her, I would not be writing this review.

Today I went in again, and a staff member named Otis opened my file and reviewed everything. He apologized, but once again said there was no manager on-site. My father came with me and was shocked by how unprofessional the service was. While we were talking, a Spanish-speaking employee Alberto Planas was nearby. At first, he acted like he didn’t know anything about my situation and wasn’t able to help. But when my father began speaking in Spanish about making a complaint online, he suddenly became very involved and started helping.

This same employee even told my dad that Frank, the manager, was the one responsible for the issue. He instructed Otis to note in my file that the personal training should be canceled immediately, without the 30-day notice, so the process could move forward.

What’s frustrating is that this employee — the same person who signed me up for personal training in the first place — was clearly pretending not to know anything until he felt pressured. Based on his actions (sending emails, writing reports, giving instructions), it’s clear he holds a more senior or assistant manager position, yet chose not to take responsibility or help until he had no other option. That’s unacceptable behavior.

This entire situation has been a nightmare. If you’re considering joining this gym or signing up for personal training, think twice. Unless you’re dealing with Jordan, you will likely experience confusion, a lack of professionalism, and absolutely no support from management.
