IT IS WAY TOO COLD IN THIS GYM. No bodybuilder or anyone who wants results should come here. One degree higher would make a difference. I am cold sweating. You WILL GET SICK. If they knew people who actually train and workout for a purpose, sweating is needed. This place has fans and AC going. God damn, make it warmer!

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred on November 2, 2025, at your 345 E Semoran Blvd location. I was denied access to the gym due to a payment that was six days late, and while I understand your policy, the way the situation was handled left me feeling discouraged and disrespected.

When I entered the facility, no one was visibly present at the front counter. I approached an employee named Shelby, who was completing another task, and politely asked if she could assist me with signing in a guest. Instead of addressing my question, she asked me to scan my membership tag and informed me of my past-due balance.

I explained that I have been a loyal member of EOS Fitness for several years and that my regular location at North Hiawassee, where I train/workout four days a week, has always shown understanding and allowed me to continue using the facility until my payment is made. I also mentioned that I had paid an unpaid balance of $58 last week, showing my ongoing commitment to staying current. Despite this, I was still denied entry. I even expressed that my location that I typically go to is aware of me being in between jobs and now attaining one but still attempting to step up to date and it was met with stoic response.

As someone who has worked extremely hard on my fitness journey starting at 276 pounds and now maintaining 167 pounds, EOS has always been more than a gym to me. It’s a place where I’ve built a community, improved my health, and found motivation. No member should be made to feel unwelcome in a space that promotes encouragement and growth.

I respectfully ask that management review this matter and ensure staff are encouraged to approach similar situations with empathy and professionalism. Loyal members who have demonstrated consistency and communication deserve to be treated with understanding.

I've been to plenty of gyms in the area (Crunch, Esporta, Amped) and this is definitely the best I have been to so far. The equipment is better and if a machine breaks it gets fixed in a few days rather than weeks or months. The staff members (Shelby, Gio, Jade, and Stephen) are all helpful and kind and make the gym experience that much better.

I’ve really enjoyed working out at this EOS. One of the things I appreciate most is the wide variety of machines available, which makes it easy to mix up my workouts without waiting around.
