Front desk attitude is AWFUL! The lady working the front desk this morning has apparently appointed herself the owner, manager and Queen. I went to the desk when I had a issue with my phone number and my barcode not working when trying to use the massage chair. Before I could even explain the issue, I was told I need to have shoes on. I explained that I was trying to use the massage chair but it was ignored and I was interrupted saying "it doesn't matter, you still need shoes on" . She kept repeating this and zi just walked away and walked out. The bigger gym at Argosy, despite the parking issues, has better service.

They lied and manipulated me for money. For example, I was told I needed a coach, even though I told that manager I could not afford one. That I have a limited income and haven't a tight financial situation. He refused to listen and pressured me into signing!

I found out they have one one of my credit cards on file. I was never asked or authorized them to have any of my credit cards on file!

When I met the coach, he told me he was going to work on a program for me that Monday or Tuesday and get back to me. That was over three weeks ago. I have received no program or word from him at all!

That coach also told me as I have a shoulder problem that he would talk to one of his physical therapist friends. Again, that was over three weeks ago!

I received an email about a free 30-minute coaching session, in-body assessment, and tee-shirt if I scheduled a session with this one coach between the 13th to 15th of November 2025. When I tried, the representative said they could not schedule me, that only that coach could and that that coach was not there at the time. The next day, I received a text message stating I could only schedule that free enticement for that particular day if I brought in a friend and have that friend join the club!

I receive lots of emails from them about joining their classes, gym apparel, or other money grabbing activities on a near daily basis. When will this all stop?

All they care about is money. It doesn't matter to them how financially strained I am. All they care about it getting more and about themselves. They don't do things when they say they will. I feel cheated and do not recommend this gym for anyone to join. Yes, I can use most of the equipment, but not all. One size does not fit all (eg. the bar sits on my shins on leg extensions). They do not have any bar assists when loading or unloading a bar for deadlifts. They smile and appear friendly, but are money hungry. So beware of all of these things in advance.

This gym is great for the good amount of equipment it has and isn't nearly as crowded as the other locations. The main negative for me is the fact that there are no fans, making the air extremely stagnant and hot once you start working out especially when doing cardio. Even if they put some stand up fans it would be much better. Only other negatives is the fact that there isn't a sauna and there is no turf if you are into cross-fit style workouts. The machine options are great though especially because they have some things that other locations don’t have!

I’ve never had the best experiences with EOS, but I decided to give this location a try since other gyms nearby are always too crowded. The facility itself looked clean and not overly busy, which was promising. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to get past the front desk to use my membership because I was told my 14-year-old son is considered an insurance liability. He has worked out at other gyms without any issues, especially when accompanied by a parent, so this came as a surprise. Why does EOS website say 13-14 years can workout with a parent? To make matters worse, the front desk staff (particularly the blonde employee I spoke with) showed very poor customer service. After just one day of membership, I cancelled and will be taking my business elsewhere. Sadly, EOS continues to be a disappointment.

Aly (Village Land O Lakes Location) has been an outstanding personal trainer. She is incredibly personable, patient, and easy to work with, which made every session both productive and enjoyable. Her consistency and deep knowledge of training and exercise were evident from the start. Aly provided me with tools, techniques, and insights that I otherwise never would have discovered on my own. Thanks to her guidance, I feel more confident and empowered in my fitness journey. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and skilled trainer.

Manager and staff are so disrespectful. None of them them tried to solf the situation that we tried to fix with them. Very rude and bad customer service. We are a big family enrolled in this gym and always trying to get more people coming with us but they refused to solf the problem we had. We are very disappointed that the manger and the staff are very bad at customer service and very disrespectful. We will look into other gyms.

This one has the best recovery room out of all the EOS locations. And you have to scan your barcode to get in, so no bums sleeping in the chairs like at Dale Mabry.

I followed Rick from Hudson. I really like this gym for training. Rick gets me on the machines I need without having to wait for someone to finish. At Hudson, people would just sit on the machines and talk and you couldn't use the machine. At this gym there aren't people just sitting around. The only thing that I think could be added is an area where the trainers can train away from the machines that wouldn't take up the walkways.

This gym is amazing. I’ve been training with Rick for almost 4 months (moved with him from Hudson) and the results so far have been amazing!! He has been very helpful with helping me reach my goals. I never feel overwhelmed and he is great at what he does. I use to be afraid of the gym but now I try not to miss a single day I have planned to go. Very pleased with the Gym as well as the results I’ve seen with Rick’s Guidance.

I love this new Eos! It is always clean, well maintained and the equipment is fantastic. I have a personal trainer there as well, Rick is an absolute powerhouse of knowledge, motivation, and support. He takes the time to understand my goals and limitations and crafts sessions that push me without overwhelming me. Every workout is purposeful and customized — no cookie-cutter routines here. This a small EOS. Great if it’s super close you you. Everything is new. But it’s lacking the full equipment range of a traditional large gym. More than planet fitness but no landlmine attachments, for example.

I went in for a tour today, my first time in an EōS gym. I asked for a tour and a couple of questions which the young girl in the front didn’t have the answers, so she asks me to sign in and show my ID so someone can give me a tour to help. The woman she asked looks at me and tells her no she has to go do something and walks away. So I’m asked to wait for another lady to come in from outside to which she complains that she’s not on -the clock I’m assuming- (probably not knowing I can hear her). Then apologizes for the poor customer service and looks behind her at 2 other people that could help me. I asked if they had any amenities that I was interested to which they said no and I just went to the Oak Grove location. Trent the operations manager called and offered to resolve the situation.

One of my favorite EOS locations I’ve been to, big shoutout to TKAI on the Night Shift, he’s a really friendly guy and represents a good attitude for how the gym presents itself. It’s a small sized gym with all the equipment right next to each other so you can easily alternate to your next lift. There’s a lot of competition in this area with other gyms and this one is still not known about which makes it perfect if you prefer less crowds. It’s missing most of the amenities that a lot of the EOS locations have but if you’re just looking to get your workout in without having to wait for someone to finish their set then this place is perfect for you. There’s hardly any people at night and the day staff members are all pretty chill as well

This one is much smaller and doesn’t have classes, sauna, media room, etc. but I love that because I don’t need all of that. I’m looking for quick access to the weights and machines so I can get a quick workout on lunch. Since this is a smaller gym with less traffic, I’m able to do that. So far I love it here!

LOVE THIS EOS! Smaller than others but has everything I need. Steady traffic but not too overbearing and I'm always able to get on the machine I want as soon as I want it. A much more relaxed vibe in comparison to the other locations. Definitely making this location my primary location from here on out!

The marketing here is so relentless. I have came here a handful of times with my boyfriend as a guest. In the past they have called me so many times trying to get me to sign up and i always would say “no i have a membership some where else sorry” and would not stop until i finally asked them to simply stop calling me. This past Friday however, I went in as a VIP (guest) with my boyfriend and the guy at the desk said I had to get a fob so it’s easier for me to check in. no problem. But then this woman took me back and said she could handle it, instead she had me use my 7 day trial, under the guise that she was doing me a “favor” being weirdly tongue and cheek about it with no real benefit to me. I assume that she has some personal incentive by putting me on a trial, and tried to make it out that she was helping me out. It was really weird and i ultimately never got the fob, and will get my 7 day trial used up for no reason when i don’t even live close enough to an EOS to actually give it a trial. I didn’t ask for the trial i just wanted to get the fob like the guy said i had to get. Ultimately the gym is okay and under normal circumstances i would love to be a member at EOS once i move some where closer to one, but the bombardment in calls and the how sleezy some of staff feels just makes me not want to support it ever.
