If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve caught a male employee using the women’s restroom and I called to complain and the OPS manager said that per the policy because that employee identifies as female he is allowed to use the women’s restroom.

Absolutely disgusting that we can’t even feel safe in women only spaces.

I even asked the ops manager that if a 6’5 300lb man on steroids decides to identify as a woman today if he can use the women’s restroom and she said yes….. absolutely appalling.

BTW there is a single unisex restroom near the stair master so I don’t know why he couldn’t use that restroom or just use the men’s… it’s clearly obvious.

Also, parking is a nightmare and so is having to wait 10+ minutes for a machine while people just mindlessly scroll on their phones… also the fact that people don’t clean up after themselves and the gym doesn’t enforce their own rules.

Edit: the policy states that because Florida doesn’t allow bathroom use based on identity EOS says you have to use the bathroom that is listed on your license so I’m not sure if this employee has HIS gender listed as female because in Florida you can’t change your gender on your license. In Florida you can be charged with a misdemeanor for using the wrong biological bathroom.

Edit 2 (11/19/25): Austin who replied to my comment couldn’t do anything and just escalated me to other people who still aren’t doing anything and just keep escalating me and I keep getting the same generic response. (Austin initially emailed me on 10/17/25 and I responded same day) If I see a man in the women’s restroom I will be calling the police as that is breaking state law and per the policy EOS says they follow ALL FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS. You can’t just pick one, you have to follow both.

Like why make it seem like you care?

I’d be careful with the personal trainers…. They smoke weed right before they go in for their shift.

I love the gym itself. Staff is friendly and personable. Instructors are energetic and fun! (Shout out to Liza Miller Zumba instructor and Water Fit instructor for being incredible and pushing me to new limits every class) . What I DON'T love is the parking situation: What good is paying for a gym membership and you can't get near the gym because there is literally no available parking unless you have a motorcycle or a bicycle. This is becoming a major issue because I book classes then cannot attend because I don't have anywhere safe to park my car (not going to park on curbs or create parking spots as many people do again because of a lack of adequate parking at this location. Please correct, and don't just regurgitate the same "thank you we will address it" that you have spouted continuously for a year. There are plenty of other places in/around Lutz/Land O Lakes that would actually accommodate the gym AND solve the parking issue! I don't see the point of booking a 6pm class, arriving at 5:39 and driving around the parking lot for 30 minutes and still not finding a spot. 10/2025 update: Parking situation remains unchanged, staff is still super friendly and fairly helpful

Genuinely tired of being scammed by gyms. This gym has scammed me 2 times already. I purchased a black card membership years ago and didn’t have any problems until one day they called me while I was working out to come to the front for financial issues. They said I owed hundreds of dollars for fees I never seen and I had regularly been paying already. I never got a refund even with proof I had been paying my membership and to keep working out there I had to pay the fee so I did. Jump to a year later I wanted to bring my friend in since I have the black card membership and we got pulled over to the side to hear about the deal they have going on for a family membership. He said it was 12.99 a month with no fee to switch memberships and no starter fee. We thought it would be a better financial decision for us and then the next time we went into the gym they told us we had to pay fees. They say I now owe over 200 dollars to NOT ONLY me but my friends too and when I called they said “there is nothing they can do about that”. We both PAID to cancel our membership Absolutely ridiculous and I never got refunded for anything

The gym is beautiful, well-equipped, and has great facilities — one of the main reasons I joined was because of the sauna. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that some people go into the sauna wearing their tennis shoes and even step on the wooden benches with them. This is really unhygienic and shows a lack of respect for others who go in barefoot. I mentioned it politely to one of them, but they ignored me and didn’t remove their shoes. I hope the management starts monitoring this situation, as it affects what could otherwise be an excellent experience.

The gym is overcrowded, forcing members to park on grass or across the street with no towing protection, showing little care for existing customers. They opened a new location nearby, but it lacks the pool, sauna, and outdoor area included in my $30/month membership, which hardly feels worth the cost. Recent pop-up tents advertising in Lutz and Land O’ Lakes further prove they prioritize packing in new members over improving the experience. Parking hassles made attending a chore, so I canceled and haven’t returned. I’ll gladly pay for a better experience elsewhere.

EOS completely misled me with their “free year” deal. When I signed up, they told me the free year would start in the third month. It’s now the sixth month, and nothing ever happened. I had to go in person to complain, and only then did they say it would “start next month.” At this point, I only wanted the free year as promised — I had no intention of staying at this gym any longer than that. Their lack of honesty and constant delays make me feel scammed. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Assistant manager and front desk staff unbelievably rude. They stop me every time to “verify” my membership, even though
the bill goes through my account every single month. Not sure if this has to do with the fact that I am a muslim woman and have an arabic necklace on my neck. I am beyond disappointed in this location. I stopped going to this facility because EVERY time I went in the glute machines were either broken or had girls on their phones. I asked management if they could ask people who choose to just sit there and scroll instead of working out to not just sit scrolling. They were unwilling to do so. I paid for a year membership and only utilized it a handful of times all of 2025. The class schedule is primarily though the working day with minimal options on evenings or weekends. Upon receiving a yearly "membership" charge in addition to the monthly, I canceled and I'm still getting charged for another month even though I'm giving a 27 day notice. I’m very disappointed with EOS Gym’s cancellation policy. I canceled my membership more than two weeks before my next billing cycle, but was still charged the full monthly fee. I explained that I rarely used the facility due to the limited locations near me, and even suggested they check my minimal visit history. Despite this, there was no flexibility or willingness to work with me. A policy like this feels unfair, especially to loyal customers who are transparent and cancel well in advance. This experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to recommend EOS to others.

Discriminatory and unprofessional experience — I’m still shocked.

I visited this gym seriously intending to enroll in their highest-tier membership. At the front desk, I was told I’d receive a 7-day free trial after the tour, since this is the closest location to Zephyrhills where I just moved from Miami.

Instead, the tour turned into one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had. The staff member, A??x, kept pressuring me repeatedly about my origin— not just a casual question, but persistent, uncomfortable interest in my ethnicity. He gave barely any useful information about the gym itself.

Then, when I asked to activate the 7-day free pass I was promised, the story suddenly changed. I was told that because I live in Zephyrhills, I don’t qualify for the free trial — that it’s only offered to people from Lutz or Wesley Chapel. It was so absurd, I thought it was a joke, and at that point, I decided to leave — completely disappointed and speechless.

It’s hard not to see this as blatant discrimination. I’ve been to many gyms around the globe , not just in the Stated, and have never been treated this way — questioned about my background, misled, and dismissed.

What happened here is unacceptable, and people deserve to know.

Sauna and hot tub needs to be hotter. Very poor first experience. Men locker room filled with small flys everywhere especially in the showers. Difficult shaving because sink faucets don't stay on to clean razor. You guys need to make these improvements.

Tonight they decided to ask and my guest didn't have her ID because there's no need for her to bring it when I drive. They wouldn't let us in. Been a member at this gym for a few years. Ridiculous. Signed up for a free session to scope out the gym, when I checked in at the desk I was forced into a tour of the gym and a questionnaire at a computer with the salesperson. I kept repeating that I just came to look and see if this gym was the right fit for me. Unfortunately, I have a hard time saying no, so after I was kept for so many hours I signed up for a membership. Then they said if you sign up today for a personal trainer, it’s 50% off or whatever the promo was at the time. I again declined, and was then made to sit with the personal training manager so I said ok, I’ll do the PT also. Personal trainer was nice enough, but had me do the same exercises every time even though I explained to her on my initial date of sign up that I was mainly interested in learning how to use the equipment so I could feel comfortable working out by myself. I cracked a joke after several sessions and mentioned that she makes me do the same 5 exercises every session and I wanted to learn the equipment. Her response was “when you can do these exercises without making mistakes then we can move on to something else”. I came here from a boot camp which I attended for many years and am familiar with how to do squats, but whatever. I stopped attending after this because it put me off, the whole experience this far had really upset me. I waited for the personal training contract to be over and called customer service to cancel 5/5/25. She told me what to do and had me fill out an email request via the website requesting cancellation of both personal training and gym membership. She told me to screenshot it (unfortunately I didn’t, as I didn’t expect EoS to fight tooth and nail to keep taking my money) and she told me to go in the same day to tell them in person as well, which I did. I got there and told the front desk about cancelling both PT and membership. She couldn’t find the request I had submitted earlier in the day (now it made sense why I was advised to screenshot the request). I told her I had just submitted it today so can she please just cancel everything, as I am moving out of the country. She talked to the PT manager and he approved it I guess? She came and told me everything would be cancelled. I said are you sure? She assured me yes. I got an email from Eos 5/6 advising I would have two final payments on 5/5 and 5/19 and I thought all was done. Today, 6/26/25, I saw a charge for the membership from Eos. Called customer service and was told they have no record of me canceling the membership, only the PT. I explained everything above and was told they would email the location to see about cancellation and refund. I am DISTURBED by how difficult they make a simple cancellation request. How many times must one ask to cancel a membership before they actually do it?! Do you want a letter sent by carrier pigeon? This should be illegal, and this company should be investigated for their shady business practices. I wasn’t even going to leave a review, but seeing another charge from them has set me off. 0 stars, wouldn’t recommend.

Where to begin this location doesn't care to follow up about it's cleaning of blood in the shower stall in the mens bathroom. I told them yesterday that it needed cleaning and it was never done at all or even followed upon. Travis the dm told me if I didn't like i could leave. He didn't like me high tone towards him and the operations manager. They don't sanitize or clean there shower stalls in the mens locker. Travis didn't give a crap and basically told me to take my business somewhere else. I recommend that he basically be let go. People are lazy they don't want to follow sad thing she assumed that it was done yesterday and it wasn't. By far the finest Commercial gym I have ever been to or been a member of! The value you get for the money cannot be beat in the industry! First off tons and tons of equipment so even when it is super busy you can rest assured you will still be able to get a decent workout in! Secondly the amenities offered are top notch! They have a lap pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, compression sleeves for your legs after a hard leg day workout. Beyond that free hyper ice massage guns, kid care, very high end massage chairs, and soon Cryo! They even also have a outdoor fitness area for CrossFit style workouts. There is so much more than that, but I think anyone that doesn’t think it’s the best gym they have ever been to is confused! I just want to give a shoutout to Matt at the front desk for helping me out with a billing issue caused by someone hacking my bank account! He went above and beyond to fix it and remove all my old cards from my account in the process! He was friendly and respectful to my situation!

It is very unfriendly how you handle membership cancellations. You charge extra, and even then, customers have to double-check to ensure the cancellation is processed. I requested to cancel my membership on May 12. I spent my entire lunch break, plus 20 minutes, explaining why I wanted to cancel. Not only do I have to pay for an extra month, but I still see a payment scheduled for August in my app.

Is everything okay on your end? Why is it easier to close a bank account than cancel a membership with you? This is unacceptable.

Staff need to work on putting back gym equipment. The gym has been chaotic recently. Members are leaving equipment all over the floor. Very dangerous. I’ve been to several gyms before and I’ve never seen them be this messy.

Worst gym I ever signed up for in terms of how packed with people it is. Had to cancel my membership after working out there just once. A 10pm session felt worse than a 5 pm traffic in Los Angeles CA. $220 on two memberships down the drain.

The equipment is regular gym stuff. The staff is nice. It’s just always crowded. It doesn’t matter any time of day. Way too many people here. Also, when you go to cancel, get everything in writing because this place will 100% without a doubt steal money from you.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at EOS, especially with an employee named Alex.

I came in to discuss an issue that happened to me, expecting to be heard and helped—but instead his attitude made it clear that he had no interest in resolving the problem, and instead made me feel like a burden for even bringing it up.

EOS should seriously reevaluate the kind of staff they have representing their brand. If this is the standard of service, I’m not sure how they expect members to feel welcome or respected.

The parking sucks, it's too crowded, and they are getting rid of cycling classes. the equipment is always broken and the recovery machines they charge extra for are also always broken. They don't listen to feedback from the members and make stupid decisions.

Great gym overall. My go to gym when I don’t want to talk to anyone and be locked in with my workouts. Almost always crowded even on Sundays, but still am able to get a workout in because there are different variations of machines you could use on a crowded day. Only thing I wish they had is a V squat like their other locations down in south FL and also more smith machines.

Beautiful gym & location. But they let too many people sign up! It's almost always packed there and I find myself driving around trying to find a parking spot. I got into a fender bender, due to parking near a crowded space there. Miss it there, but had to leave due to the crowd.

The largest gym facility I've been a member of. Free weights galore. Cable machines, dumbells galore. You have a cycle classroom. Multiple recovery rooms with massage chairs, cryo and heat chairs. Massage and stretch tables. 4 lane pool with classes. Movie room with stair climbers, treadmills, elliptical machines, and multiple bikes. As well as a playroom wuthering monitors for kids

They are not honest when it comes to payment..we applied for a family membership, they are deducting too much that we agreed upon. I have asked the scheduling app to do something about it,they are just pointing at each other and i have not access their scheduling app so as my kids. The parking space are not enough. We came several times and its all pack, the recovery room most of the chairs are not working. It is not good experience for my family.

Do not sign up for this gym they will scam you. I signed up to be a regular member and a month later they are telling me I have to pay 300 I ask what it was for they said a trainer that I never signed up for I tell them no I am not paying that as I only been 2 times they tell me they are not closing my account and I can’t opt out until I pay it. then they send another text for 610 to be payed I call the number and they tell me I have a outstanding balance of 1300 that was reported back to my credit. I get the information of the trainer I supposedly signed for find her IG she is no longer in Florida then blocks me. Here I am with a lawyer to fix the mess they have made save yourself find a better gym.

Don’t go there front desk staff is rude and judgmental. Front desk staff is disrespectful dismissive if you ask questions and will be clearly bothered if you approach them with any questions including the front desk manager. However, trainer Amelia is wonderful and one of the few helpful people.

Great gym. It's busy, but Ive never had a hard time finding open equipment at a lot of different times a day. Trainers always willing to help, place is very clean. Lots of classes to choose from. If you're looking for personal training, ask for Allison as your coach!

(will do an update with photos provided) I’ve been a member at EŌS Fitness for over six months, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this gym to others without serious reservations. One of the biggest issues is the number of non-functional machines across the entire facility. Whether it’s on the main floor, in the theater room, or even in the recovery room, many machines are unusable—and to make matters worse, most of them don’t have any labels or warnings indicating they’re out of service. Some of these machines have been broken for nearly two months with no sign of repair.

Another major downside is the parking situation. Unless you come at midnight or very early in the morning, the parking lot is consistently packed, making it a hassle to even get into the gym.

If you’re considering joining, I would strongly recommend looking into other options. While the gym may have potential, the lack of maintenance and overall inconvenience make it hard to justify the membership. Hopefully, management addresses these issues soon, but for now, it’s not worth it.

Although, the cleaning has somewhat improved from when I originally made this review. I did want to add that parking is still competitive and I’ve often seen people do a couple loops around the parking lot for an open space just to drive off due to the unavailability.

I saw someone recently post a photo of them bribing current members with free gifts such as T-Shirts and other goods in exchange for 5-Star reviews. This coerces the truth from the public. If you are looking to join, beware.

Worst customer services. I joined the club on day one, I referred 5 of my friends and neighbors but never get the referral credit (3 to 5 months for free) as they promised. I called them last June to close my account since I was going overseas for work, came back a couple months later, they never cancelled my membership, charging me the yearly fee, and they went up to $22 instead of $15 for life. I called on February17th to cancel and they emailed me confirmation, now they send me another bill for March, saying that I still have to pay up to April 14th.

Coach Franklin at the Land O’ Lakes location is an incredible trainer who inspires me every day to stay focused on my goals. On days when I’m feeling unmotivated, he knows how to turn that around and keep me going. Im writing this review because the public has the right to a true review that isn’t manipulated by marketing. This location has been offering free items including T-Shirts, bags, stressballs, and other gifts in exchange for 5 Star Reviews.

The truth about this gym is this; this is a decent gym and has plenty of equipment to get the work out you want to achieve. However regardless of the plentiful equipment, machines and equipment are regularly out of order and some times do not have tags or labels stating that they are out of service, at times these machine will not have a label stating they are out of service for days. On top of that the equipment is not resolved in quick timing, they can take weeks and in some cases have taken well over a month before functioning and some have been close to two months. The place isn’t always the cleanest, have gone to the bathroom to expect a mess, used paper towels regularly.

I love my gym even with its cons I’ve been coming here for a year but the truth is the truth. The one thing that has made me consider going to other gyms is the lack of parking space and heavy gym hours which sometimes are so full I haven’t been able to work out.
