Updated: Tuesday Dec 2nd- Yet again, there are no towels at 0630 in the morning! Clearly, the manager of this gym is not working to address the towel issue. What really sucks is this gym has lots of good equipment but seems to care less about customers who pay extra for additional services.

This gym is becoming a joke and is mismanaged. The locker rooms consistently have dirty towels left on the floor and the towel service is always out of towels. Keep in mind we pay for towel service and have to bring our own towels to shower. We keep complaining and nothing is done. As to dirty towels, why do they not have a bin in each locker room to put used towels in? Instead you have to carry your wet towels out to the gym floor and drop them in a door in the wall. I had high hopes for EOS, but seriously considering going back to our old gym.

The gym itself is amazing with all the equipment and amenities. However there is absolutely no compassion or working with someone with all good intentions desired to have a physical trainer and due to unforeseen circumstances could no longer fulfill the obligation. Several emails and conversations with supposedly someone in charge did not change this and the only answer that was given was we understand but there was no understanding. There were others who encountered the same problem as I and I noticed in recent reviews they were 163 complaints concerning this and not one was answered
And to top it off they really don't care if you cancel your membership and leave because it's always someone else coming in.

The place is great in large part because of the significant investment into a diverse mix of state-of-the art equipment. If I could offer an unsolicited suggestion or two I would say that I think the front desk staff could be more well versed related to all aspects of the gym and while everything is kept very clean I would say that there is no such thing as cleaning the men’s bathroom, shower, etc too much. We are men. We just can’t help ourselves. And more morning yoga classes. Many thanks and continued success. Also, Tanya at the front desk is a rock star!

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. They have child care that gives me an opportunity to be able to focus on my workout and be able to relax afterwards in the sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, massage chairs and more after a long day of work and being a single mom. I really enjoy working out here. I'm seeing real results for the first time in years. I would like the sales team to back off the personal trainer sales pitch. When I say no, I mean no. Also, it would be so helpful if they would implement a couple of "no phone" days each week. Sure, phones to scan codes to use amenities. But no scrolling on equipment. I recently had to leave because literally ALL the weight machines I wanted to use were monopolized by people not working out but scrolling their phones.

I am very disappointed with your gym's service. First, they are not clear about the prices, inventing various promotions that don't exist. Then they offer a personal trainer service, which we accepted for our son, explaining all his needs, and they promised to give him their full attention. The personal trainer simply left the gym without any notification. He went two weeks without supervision, and they only replaced him when I went there to find out what was happening. They recommended another trainer, saying he would make up for the missed classes, but he only gave half a class and already said he's fully booked for the next few weeks, yet the fees continue to be charged. Terrible gym, people who want to deceive you, only want to take your money, with no regard for human beings.

In addition to the "annual fee," there is also a 30 day cancellation notice required to cancel. So, when cancelling, you're responsible to pay what would be your next months renewal in most cases as well. For what? lol, typical gym practices unfortunately. This place is unbelievable. When I signed up I got lured into doing the personal training, I’ve had 1 session with the training and have had to cancel twice. The trainer has not contacted me 1 time about the next session and they said they would provide a meal plan which never happened. I absolutely love this Gym- but what I love most about it - is the child care. Being able to workout while having a safe place for my toddler is invaluable to be. The truly best part- the staff. I used to go to Crunch with their $30/month membership, and honestly, this place is a huge upgrade. For the exact same price, you get so many more amenities—massage chairs, a cold plunge, hot tub, outdoor workout area, a personalized machine section, and more.I’ve also tried their barre and pilates classes, and the instructors are amazing. One of them even brings out cold, wet towels infused with rosemary water for every class—not because she has to, but just as a thoughtful touch. It’s little things like that that make the experience feel special. After one class, I had a few questions, and the instructor took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I also asked the pilates instructor if there would be more barre classes with the other teacher, and she immediately offered to text her to let her know people were requesting more—that kind of attentiveness is rare. The staff is great too. There’s a younger guy at the front desk around 8 p.m. who’s always super helpful—whether it’s setting up the personal machines or answering random questions. I’ve never had a bad experience here. It does get busy at night, but it makes sense because the place is genuinely that good. If you go in the morning, though, it’s pretty empty and perfect for a quieter workout.

Advertise a free 7 day pass, then have to go in to hear the pitch to activate it, figure out a time that works just to top it off with you have to live within 8 miles to get the free pass. It's a great gym with lots of workout machines and also free weights. The coach's are helpful and the place is open 24/7 so that's a plus. The place is also kept very clean and you can usually see people cleaning periodically. My only down side to this gym is it can be expensive to some including myself and it's always busy so if that's not ok then maybe try a different gym. This gym reminds me of crunch but a bit better.

Went in to cancel my membership in person (due to the distance of the gym from my home and work, as well as finding a great local gym in my neighborhood). I asked the person at the front desk who I could speak to about it and she informed me that she could take care of it. I gave her my membership info for her to look at my account. She was very professional and polite in our interaction. I let her know the gym was awesome but it was too much of a stretch for time for me to commute, etc etc. She then informed me that I was good to go and she didn’t need me to do anything else as she had taken care of the cancellation.

Well, I’m now seeing I’ve been billed the past three months despite my interaction and what I thought was me cancelling it in person. Shame on me for not checking my statements sooner.

I call to cancel and get some outsourced hotline help and am informed that I’ll be billed once more before my cancellation will take effect. 30 day notice and such. I was billed this month on the 24th but next month the bill is the 23rd so I missed the deadline by a day.

What a joke.

If you need to work out after 5pm, this is not the gym for you. It is so busy you have to make up your workout as you go based on what machines are available and allow yourself an extra 10 minutes driving around the parking lot to find a spot (and eventually end up parking at Sprouts). Also the trainers are very inconsiderate of members, their client will be doing something and they'll be sitting on equipment, leaning on equipment, taking up the walkways, etc. When I first joined it wasn't too crowded but now it's getting ridiculous.

Astrid, I’m sorry but you need to get a new occupation as a salesperson for Eos. I have never encountered someone so blatantly unprofessional, uneducated and rude. For context, I’m trying to get my free 7-day membership that eos offers and the first thing she says is questions whether I’m 18 or not and asks to see my ID which, okay fine like i understand but they way she said it was completely rude stating I don’t look 18. Then proceeded to overly examine my ID and I was with my friend and she says you’re dating a minor? First off, I’m literally 18 and she is 17 and we aren’t even dating. I live approximately 7.1 miles away from this eos. Now there’s a 20$ fee? Even tho I live in the correct radius. She thinks I live deep in Rockledge probably didn’t even search my address. She asks me if I know about salesmanship, genuinely I know more than her because the way she presented herself and this gym was horrible and she needs serious work. Signed up back in February 2025 before the gym opened the sales staff did a very poor job of explaining the membership/ personal trading agreement after only using two sessions and being charged well over 500.00 river past 5 months I called to cancel any further training back in June 2025 only to see more charges in both July and again in aug I called again to complain and speak to a manager on sept 1 again to cancel the training this time I asked for a email receipt (never sent) then I sent to gym in person on sept 7 to speak to a manager in personal training and no one would come to the counter to talk to me! My advice would be stay away from this place completely

I’ve had such a positive experience at EOS Fitness! The gym is clean, welcoming, and has everything you need for a great workout. Jeremy is an amazing trainer. He is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and really takes the time to help you improve. He really connects with his clients. I always leave feeling motivated and supported. Highly recommend this gym and Jeremy to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!!

All the bells and whistles, but often broken. Cardio equipment is terrible. not enough spin classes. an apathetic staff who give off the, oh well” vibe. Actively looking for a new gym. EOS at this location is very poorly run.

EOS Fitness has been such a great experience for me. The gym is always spotless, which really shows how much they care about cleanliness and keeping things safe for everyone. What makes it even better is the customer service — Tanya in particular always goes above and beyond. She’s welcoming, helpful, and makes you feel valued every time you walk in. Having someone like Tanya at the front sets the tone for a positive workout. Highly recommend this location!

Pretty amazing gym. Very state of the art offering everything you could possibly need to get a great work out. Fees are very reasonable and "Grand Opening kinks" seem to be working themselves out with addition of some new leadership.

DO NOT join! They made a mistake on their part and cancelled my membership. They told me that I would have to pay to rejoin and pay the annual fee again. I told them no way as I had just paid all of it and it was clearly their fault it was cancelled. The manager admitted there was nothing that I had signed or sent in to cancel my membership. They said that it was probably another member was cancelling and they accidentally cancelled my account instead. That means someone else was going to have to pay for a membership they had cancelled. Over a week later, it was finally resolved so I could now go back. They were not going to charge me for the month and made my next payment the following month. I get a call today stating that now I have to pay that month. This is ridiculous!

I've been a member of this gym for some time and truly enjoyed the facility itself. However, I have been trying to cancel my
membership since MARCH due to military orders.
Every month l've called, requested for manger (He/She never at work) left messages, and been told the cancellation would be processed, yet I continue to be billed.
Specifically today, when I called again, I was told verbatim that the assistant manager did not want to speak with me until she knew why I was calling. The level of customer service is unacceptable and continued billing after multiple cancellation requests is extremely unprofessional.

How can you tell me you don’t have anything that says I cancelled when I have active duty orders. I’ve called them every month and I keep getting the same sentence “we will leave a note for manger.” “ we will put a note in the system.” I’ve left my name and number still no cancellation. Like are you freaking kidding me!!!

I have to give more then five stars this gym is by far the best gym I’ve joined, the staff is over the top the coaches here doesn’t just stand around they actually talk with you and help out, the team players that’s at the front helps and goes above and beyond, let’s not talk about how humble the manager is here and to see him working as well means even more then to see him just bossing around. The only flaw I’d take from the experience is the lack in the locker room space it sucks to be in a tight spot knowing that the gym is as big as it is, and to not have more then 4 or 5 showers is crazy like who’s idea was that and why! Still the best though I just hope as yall grow yall think about that before building!

I love all the amenities that this gym has to offer!! the movie room is so fun and I love working out in the outside area. I always see staff cleaning and they’re so friendly!! I always run into Lilo and she’s the most helpful person ever!!

Drove 40 minutes only to find out facility is closed due to power outage. There was no communications via text or email to alert members. So I only get emails for purposes that have no value to me but not for issues that matter.
