I recently joined. I was told that I must add an emergency contact to my profile, so I did. I assumed that this person would only be contacted in an actual emergency. But your employee Christian took it upon himself to reach out to my contact in an effort to get him to join the gym. This is perhaps illegal as I never authorized the release of my contact’s information. At the very least, this action was in very bad taste. It’s deceptive and disgusting. Stop calling members’ contacts without permission to reach out to them for anything other than an emergency. Blatant disregard of ethics. And, no, my contact isn’t joining your gym.

Top of line club. The equipment is the best and the hotJacuzzi and "cold dip" brings back memories of the gyms in the 60s and 70. Great therapy and the club has much more to offer. Price for membership is very reasonable.

Terrible experience. Came in to activate a 7-day FREE pass and received terrible customer service. Gentleman at the front desk was on the phone talking through his airpods as people were checking in and the fitness consultant that should’ve given me a tour and activated my pass was talking to a friend for 10 minutes as I’m waiting there trying to get my workout in. On top of that during the review of the membership plans, the “fitness consultant” (won’t say who out of respect and privacy) says there’s a “Black Friday” deal going on and due to this promotion they’re not going to activate my 7-day FREE pass, and upon asking how long the deal is going on for, they said “oh just today, so let me know asap”. Clearly just a way to try to get as many sign-ups as possible and not honoring the 7-day pass that’s clearly listed on their site. Overall terrible experience, no different from any other corporate gym.

Calling this a “luxury” gym is laughable, they have all of the same amenities that a typical EoS location has. Lennox couldn’t even explain how it varies from a typical EoS. He mentioned the “pool” but Boca Raton has that as well.

I’m an existing EoS member with the highest-tier plan they offer (Will Power), and yet when I stopped by while visiting Palm Beach Gardens, they refused to let me work out even on a trial basis.

Their excuse? This is a so-called “Luxury Location,” and because I don’t pay an extra $20 a month for that add-on, I’m not allowed in.

The kicker? The staff had no issue with me working out there the day before. Apparently, consistency and customer respect aren’t part of their “luxury” branding.

Further adding insult to injury, this is the only luxury location in all of South Florida — about 30 miles from my home — so that “upgrade” is basically useless unless I want to burn gas just to use one gym in all of South Florida.

For a gym that markets itself as affordable and inclusive, this experience was the opposite: elitist, inconsistent, and downright disappointing.

If this is what EoS calls a “luxury location,” it’s a $20 paywall wrapped in poor customer service. Absolutely disgusting.

I’ve been going to EOS for a while and I’m really happy with my experience. The gym is always clean, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space even during busy hours. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

I also love how they offer a variety of machines, free weights, and classes for every fitness level — it keeps my workouts fun and challenging. The energy in the gym is super motivating, and the membership prices are very reasonable for what you get.

I go to the Eos new gym in Port St Lucie, and it has been a nice experience up until today I have the highest membership $29.99 that was offered to me at a presale because I have been waiting almost a year for this gym to open, and my membership say all Eos gym's except for the luxury ones, which I didn't even know was a thing, until my wife decided to go to the one by her job in Palm Beach gardens where they told her she could not come in unless she upped her membership another $10 for the luxury gym making it $39.99 which is not a big deal but that's not the point, it's the principal, then when I call I was told to look at the membership page and that is at the bottom, it say except luxury gym,when I was signing up the website wasn't even working properly and I can't remember if it was there or not, but why would I when at the top it, says all Eos gym's this luxury gym is a Eos gym, it a scam because the next to closest Eos gym are over an hour away in Boynton Beach going south and Melbourne going north, they sell you on it being 175 gym's but they know you not driving over a hour away to use another gym, and the only reason she went there was because it 5 mins away from her job in Palm Beach gardens big scam, false advertising!

It’s not LUX anymore if it’s over crowded, everyone wants to go to that location because of the title VIP mmbrship., the BOYNTON one is PERFECT! We had a free pass to go and try the gym out in gardens, when we got there gave us over to a tour guide for a tour, And at the end we literally said, we have a free pass they said “ We do not do free passes at this location but we will let you try it for today only “ and I rmbr seeing a comment when they got to try it “for today only” the police were called. Wellp no thank you. I just wanted to see what the hype was whether to get the VIP mbrship or not but that went out the window. They allow people to bring their dogs, some of them scary like German shepherds and this pit bull. At least when people bring fake service dogs to other places the owners hold the leash the whole time, but not here, so I don't want to use any equipment in the areas for fear of being attacked.

While reading other reviews for EOS, it is extremely obvious that my experience at EOS Fitness is not unique. I heard about EOS fitness through a family friend and joined him as a guest. When I told my friend about EOS, he thought it would be cool for him and me to go, but we would still need passes. This is when we learned about the seven-day free trial that EOS offers. In the end, my friend and I ended up signing up for this seven-day free trial. Once we arrived at EOS, we were told that I would not be able to enter. Why wouldn’t I be able to enter? EOS’s “free” seven-day trial only allowed people 18 and older, and people living within 10 miles of the gym, which is practically hidden on their website. For context, I am currently 17, and we do not live within a 10-mile radius. Due to this, my bud and I were pretty bummed out. My bud was called by EOS countless times; eventually, he called back and got hold of Will after expressing his disappointment. The assistant manager, Will, told us to sign up with only a dollar down. He was very pushy and wanted us to sign up at that very moment. Will told me to lie about my age, and he even offered to call my parents for me to ask for their permission. Neither Will nor I asked my parents for permission. Will told us that if we canceled within 3 days of signing up, we would only be charged 1$ (with weekends not counting, which is explicitly said on their website. It will be shown in the following picture.) We signed up on Thursday and attempted to cancel on Monday, with Saturday and Sunday being considered a weekend, not counting towards our 3 days. The day of cancellation, my bud and I approached the front desk expecting a quick cancellation process. Despite us canceling within the 3 days, the cancellation process wanted to charge us $120.67 in total, with nearly 60$ for a yearly fee( A YEARLY FEE ON A 3-DAY MEMBERSHIP). Due to this, we asked to talk to Will about our issue. Will was extremely disrespectful, asking if we were even interested in the gym membership in the first place, rather than helping us to fix the issue. Based on the 30 seconds that I spoke with Will, it seems that he has roid rage without any of the gains. To finish my review, I thought I would add a quote from my gym bro.
“The same machines are at Planet Fitness, we can get the same workout without their outrageous costs” - Gym Bro
Overall, the gym isn't friendly towards beginner lifters (the cables start at 22 pounds), and the managers seem to be very terrible at their job and only know how to escalate situations. There are a handful of hidden and deceptive practices, and EOS is clearly only interested in your money.

The gym has a good concept, but it’s just completely overcrowded.. You’re lucky to be able to get a decent workout in this gym. They have some interesting things going on in the gym, but most people just wanna go in, workout and go home.

One of the more disappointing things in this gym is that the sauna in the men’s locker room feels like it’s broken and being repaired every two weeks. And the coed far infrared sauna Is a great addition to the gym, but unfortunately, the people using it don’t understand that this sauna is supposed to be a place of quiet relaxation.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in that sauna and there are people talking on their phone, playing music and just disrespecting the quiet space around them. I know quite a few people that go to this gym and they have the same exact complaint.

They’ve told me that they’ve complained to Management multiple times and Management refuses to do anything about it. I believe there are better gyms locally, less expensive, far less crowded and you’ll get a better bang for your buck.

Since it’s been almost a month I guess I have to post my email in a google review for everyone to see so I get a response.
Good morning Alvin,
I signed up with EOS in December 2023, prior to the opening of the Boca Raton location. At the time, I specifically chose the option that was presented as allowing access to all locations.
While I do enjoy going to the Boca Raton location before work, I actually live 40 minutes away. Earlier this year, a new location opened in Palm Beach Gardens, which is only 15 minutes from my home. I was excited to finally have a closer option, but when I visited I was told my membership does not include this location and that I would need a “luxury membership.”

This is extremely confusing and frustrating because when I signed up in 2023, the luxury membership did not even exist. I was told I would have access to all locations, and that is what I have been paying for. I don’t think it’s fair to exclude me from a location that opened after I signed up, especially when I entered into this agreement under the impression I would have full access.

I’d like to know how we can resolve this issue so that I can use the Palm Beach Gardens location as part of the membership I committed to.

Worst experience iv ever had at this gym. The manager will was completely out of line. He aggressively approached a young lady who already been granted access to the gym. His tone was harsh and his words were unprofessional and it was clear she was confused and uncomfortable by his behavior. During our visits to this gym, my family and I experienced repeated instances of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the front desk staff, with the exception of one employee, Bryan, who was courteous and helpful despite the fact that he LIED and said he did not know my family had a guest (he was the one who checked the guest in, he told his manager he didn’t know the guest was my families which was a lie because he asked if he was our guest…)

On our first visit, a female staff member spoke to us rudely regarding the requirement to take a photo, which led us to leave and decide not to return. On our second visit, Bryan assisted us, and mentioned we are ALLOWED to go to this gym only for today but after we can’t return because we don’t have a specific membership. my family said we do not mind leaving…but he said no it’s okay we can stay. but shortly afterward, another staff member—WILL, the assistant manager-addressed my aunt in a rude and demanding manner, insisting she come to the front desk immediately. His tone and approach were uncalled for, and he ultimately threatened to call the police, which he then proceeded to do.

When the officers arrived, this staff member gave them a misleading account of the situation, claiming that my aunt was being rude, confrontational, and disrespectful—none of which was true. One of the responding officers also acted unprofessionally, repeatedly insisting that my aunt step outside. She explained multiple times that her child, a minor, was inside the gym, and she would not leave until she ensured her child was with her. Only after repeating this several times did the officer acknowledge her concern.

While outside, my aunt allowed the officer to speak, but when she attempted to explain her side, he continually interrupted and spoke over her in a dismissive manner.

Overall, the front desk staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this gym.

🚨*COPS WERE CALLED*‼️
Unprofessional, aggressive and defamation of my character.
⚫️BRYAN or Brian - I came in with a guest who he asked if they were my guest. I said yes, my guest signed in. He then explained that my membership was for a different location and I responded that I can leave. Bryan said NO that’s okay for just today.

I went on to stretch. I then went to the front and asked where a certain machine was. He told me. I went back to stretching.

⚫️WILL assistant manager - as I was stretching, he aggressively said “are you Maya?” I responded yes. He responded “ you need to come with me to the front NOW”
I was shocked and confused. Also, fearful because of the anger in his eyes. He was on the phone and walking away, expecting me to follow him. I said excuse me? Come here. He said he will call the cops if I do not leave and I agreed for him to call the cops. He was still on the phone. I went to look for my kid and walked by him and looked at his badge to see his name and I hear him on the phone “now she’s looking at me”

After speaking to the cops, they told me WILL said I came “up in his face” and that I was told by Bryan that I was “not allowed in” and that I was trespassing with minors. Minors who apparently EOS bryan did not know was with me (yet he asked if he was my guest and told to sign in with their phone number). The EOS staff WILL stepped out in front of EOS for a smoke break after the incident.
I left and will not sign up at this location solely because of staff .

I told Bryan (or Brian), before I stepped foot in the EOS that I don’t mind leaving. HE said I can stay.
I feel set up for sure. Had they told me that I cannot be there. I would have simply left. It’s not an issue. I would just go to another gym. Instead WILL was disrespectful, aggressive and lied to the police officers.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at EOS Fitness in Palm beach garden . As a Willpower member, I've been to a few of their locations, including this one, without issue in the past. However, my recent visit was met with resistance from the front desk staff. Despite having a valid membership that supposedly grants access to any EOS gym, I was denied entry because I wasn't a Luxe member.

What's even more frustrating is that when we signed up for our membership, it was explicitly stated that we could access any gym. My daughter was previously turned away, and I thought this was a one-off issue, but it seems to be a recurring problem.

When I spoke to the a manager, I was shocked by their response. They informed me that I would have to go to the Boynton Beach location and made a comment about keeping the "riffraff" out of this gym. I find this attitude unacceptable and unprofessional.

Given the promises made when we signed up, I expect better from EOS Fitness. Unless they resolve this issue and provide the access promised, I won't be recommending this gym to anyone.

The cancellation process is honestly garbage. They make you register for some website to cancel and say they have no other way of doing it. So I had to create an account online to get it done. If I did it in the middle of the month, it would cancel that day and I would owe again for the following month. So, I waited until my due date to cancel and was told by someone else that I would also owe for the following month as well… when I asked for clarification, because that is NOT what I was told initially, the kid at the front got an attitude and refused to clarify only saying, I “only” had to pay one more time. $114.00 to cancel is crazy work. 0/10

Was really looking forward to this gym and getting in shape. I even purchased 390 dollars every two weeks for training WELL ... This gym is all lip service and no action. They promise one thing but never deliver. Nothing is organized. Had my membership on pause but they still charged me and owe me over $1500. AND they keep sending me notice I have a training appt eventhough I haven't been there for almost 3 months! Trying to cancel your membership or get someone to actually respond to a problem is a nightmare, calls and messages go unanswered, and the managers are a complete joke. They never return phone calls, and when you ask for help, it feels like you’re being ignored on purpose.Very unproffessional..

The facility itself is disgusting. The bathrooms are dirty, the jacuzzi is gross, and I’ve seen people walking around and working out barefoot or just in socks, even flip flops absolutely unhygienic.

Equipment is often unavailable even though your paying more for personal training and there’s zero enforcement of rules.

Save yourself the frustration. This place is poorly run, unsanitary, and not worth a dime. If this is how they treat paying members, it says everything you need to know.
And if you want honest reviews ask google for issues with EOS, you will get the truth.

Did a tour. They get the gym operations. Pretty crowded at 10am but no one waiting for anything. Well thought out. Issue for me, signing up, great person BUT having been at LA Fitness PB sports clubs and another nearby - this was corporate. Just felt like buying a car. And here is the thing, it’s one fee on another and no flexibility on anything- after hearing no I think five times it was clear to walk out. Got three buds that go here they say It’s pretty busy most hours so they should consider caps or expansion. Success is nice but greed kills. Can I pay the year in advance? No. Can you charge the annual fee today? No. Can I pay with check or cash? No. What is the total monthly fee ? X . What about taxes ? Oh ya, add x more. That it ? Yes. Ok. Time to pay but oh yeah we also charge monthly fee if you use a debit card so also x more. Not fair to sales folks to not be able to say the actual monthly price. Or customers who think it’s x and it’s actually x more.

I had a very disappointing experience at EOS Fitness, specifically with the manager, Dan. I came in looking for private coaching for my son, and instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, he was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. His exact response was essentially, “I don’t have anything for you here.”

That kind of attitude is unacceptable—especially from management. As a paying customer (or potential customer), I expect respect and at least a genuine attempt to assist. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome.

I’d rather continue paying higher prices at Life Time, where I’m always treated with kindness and professionalism, than deal with this kind of disrespect at EOS.

Like Goldilocks, I have tried the different EOS locations to find the one that was “just right”. The one on PGA is definitely the fairest of them all! I drive out of my way to come to this one. Christian, at the front desk, is the balance between kindness and competence. He helped me navigate an issue with my membership being frozen due to being up north for the summer. I hope this location does not end up like so many other gyms; they tend to start strong and fade off. Please keep the standard you have set! It is working and I am grateful!

I've been a member of EOS for years and been to EOS throughout Arizona, California and Florida. My membership was for all of the EOS and use of the massage and cryo chairs with free towels service. I used this gym on the weekend and returned the next day to use it and was told my membership didn't work at this location. It has worked at over 12 other gyms in various locations however Harold at this location said my membership wasn't valid at their location. I decided to cancel my membership due to the restriction to my "unlimited" membership.

I’ve had a membership with EOS for about 4 months. The first day signing up for my membership, the guy that gave the tour was cool and then he passes me over to another kid, who’s job it is to get people to sign up for personal training and a nutrition plan (or whatever it’s called). Over the course of the convo, after gaining the info and getting the price, I politely declined (a couple times) he then called over another guy who gave me the shpeal at a very slightly lower price. My answer was no each time but he remained uncomfortably aggressive, trying to convince me, to that point I felt embarrassed having to explain why I can’t afford 150$ extra dollars a month as a single mom. This guy would not take no for an answer, so much so that I had to interrupt and walk away from the interaction to get him to accept my answer. Despite leaving and feeling incredibly uncomfortable, I came back 4 times a week for about 4 months. The other morning, my monthly payment was declined from my bank account. I planned to workout that morning anyways so I went to the front desk, checked in and said I think I needed my payment reprocessed because it was declined this morning. The older gentleman at the counter said there would be a processing fee of 15$ which I thought was stupid so I asked if there was a way to take that off. The answer was no, okay cool whatever. When I went to purchase a water bottle, the guy asked, “are you sure you can afford it?” I was too stunned to mention that I did in fact just pay 70$ to work out that morning, did I not? Who says that to someone? Even if I was broke, broke people also deserve respect and this staff is obviously lacking. Needless to say, I left and cancelled my membership. Took my broke ass to Crunch

Staff is friendly and plenty of equipment. Gets pretty overcrowded in the mornings. My biggest concern is that when you make an appointment for a scan they do not respect your time. It’s happened to me twice that I arrive on time and the trainer is working with new clients and I get no service for an appointment that was scheduled. It seems like getting new clients in the door is more of the concern than taking care of existing ones.

I’ve gone to both this location and the boynton location (closer to me) and I choose to drive the extra distance to the PBG gym solely because of the staff! There’s an older gentleman who helps keep the gym clean that always stops to say something kind and the people who work the front desk are always so respectful and kind. I really think the people make this place special and it’s probably the manager, I don’t know her name but I’ve never been there and she wasn’t there running around frantically dealing with something, it’s like she runs on AA batteries because she’s always doing something it’s wild!!! Thank you to everyone who works there you guys make that place special!

Terrible experience as a guest. My boyfriend was trying to check me in but the skinny lady with black hair and facial piercings at the front desk was very unprofessional, judgmental and rude ( her name is Alex ) . Very combative and nasty. I tried asking for the manager and she scoffed at us and stated that she was the manager. If she is the manager she definitely needs more training to be around customer service. I’m very sad and upset to see that this establishment hire people like her. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience today on August 8th. Skinny lady at front desk with the face piercing (her name is Alex) was rude and nasty. I scanned in and waited for someone to check in my guest but got tired of waiting and walked past the desk. Then she stopped me saying " excuse me you both have to check in" I said ok im ready to check my guest in and she said we would have to wait and kept taking other guests. And said to wait for someone else . After a few more minutes she finally checked me in. Horrible nasty service. I’ve been a member of EOS Palm Beach Gardens since its opening day. The automatic air fresheners are a thoughtful touch, and the towel service is almost always available—both of which contribute positively to the member experience.

However, what truly sets this gym apart is the exceptional service provided by Shavar at the front desk. He is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional—qualities that make a lasting impression. On days when I arrive feeling less than my best, his warm smile and positive energy genuinely brightens my mood.

Shavar's dedication to creating a high-quality experience for members is evident, and I sincerely hope that management recognizes the value he brings to the team. Employees like Shavar are rare, and he exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like.

One memorable example of his professionalism was when I had left my shoes in the infrared sauna. Shavar approached me with such courtesy and respect, kindly asking if he could place them outside. His demeanor made the interaction feel like a white-glove service experience.

While I do have some concerns about the new “lux” membership package—particularly at this smaller location, which offers limited amenities—Shavar’s presence alone elevates the atmosphere. His charisma and attentiveness give the gym a luxury feel from the moment you walk in, which is the ONLY reason why I'm rating this gym 4 stars!!

Love this new gym. Im overall very happy.
I want to thank Justin my trainer for helping me get used to the idea of being in a gym and teaching me what i needed to be comfortable and safe while doing my workouts. So very thankful for his kindness and knowledge.
I took one star off becuase of the upkeep of the gym. Its brand new and already showing signs of wear. The infrared sauna already shows damage (black soot) on the walls. The benches are icky.
The "green" area by the bathrooms has hair build up by the baseboards. And the bathrooms need to be checked at the busiest times. They are consistently dirty at those times.
If there was just little bit of tlc it would be fantastic and very worthy of the "lux" tagline.
