Great gym. Has it all. Newest equipment. Section for cross fit training. Always clean. And never overloaded with people. Darriux, the manager is very kind, courteous and professional. Makes sure the place is spotless and clean. By far the cleanest LA fitness i have been to. All the equipment is operable. The pool, hot tub and sauna are always working. One of my fav locations to visit. Parking for big rigs in the back. THEY CLOSED!!! Remove from google!

Gym is closing down on 09/27 it was close and convenient from Lake Apopka now the only alternatives are Crunch Fitness on West Colonial which is brand new but heavily congested and LA Fitness at Winter Garden Village both are good EOS Sport for those living in Apopka and Hiawassee area and 24/7 for the Dedicated powerlifters you got Iron Core in the small plaza in Ocoee and Anytime fitness best wishes to the staff and patrons

very upset and frustrated with Espor Fitness.
When I signed the contract with a personal trainer they promised me that they would do a weekly diet program and send it to me by email on the second day of exercise, they never fulfilled it, they said that the schedule was according to my schedule, which I never managed to do with the time I could, I always had to adapt to their schedules.
Anyway, I'm trying to cancel and I can't because they want me to pay a fine to cancel.

Do not sign up, my wife and I sign up back in november, the sales girl sold us the plan with the "benefit" of one member having up to 2 guest every visit, so we went together all the time and one of us just sign the guest list every day, even I took my brother in law and my sister as guests, no problems until a month ago when we arrived no more guest list, all the employees that we knew were gone and they told us that our membership does not have guest privileges, we inform the Manager there that we have a year membership with 2 guest and he pretty much said, no and we are just out of luck.
All the new employees now seem upset and no willing to help, the only guy who was courteous and helpful every time we went there was Jacob and now we find out he is not longer there so go figure
Call the customer service number and they told me the same, that we don't have this plan and because we paid a yearly membership there is nothing they can do.
Because all the employees that were there even the girl that sign us up is not there anymore we can even complaint nor get our money back.
Since then the basketball couth its been shut down with some major issues on the floor and the pool is always "close for cleaning" equipment its deteriorating and it seems like no one cares about it.

I’m canceling my membership. I just bought this membership too. Their AC machines does not work in the building. Their Wi-Fi doesn’t work. No tour was given, their basketball area is always closed. I’m going back to planet fitness. Also you have to mail them to cancel. They do this to make it difficult to cancel.

Recently I signed up for this Gym because I wanted to use Esporta and LA Fitness simultaneously, and I asked them if I wanted to have a membership so that I could use both. Later, I went to LA Fitness, and they told me I could not use it.
So I went back to Esporta and asked them what was going on. And the guy said, “You need to pay $150 to access both Gym. So I told them, “That is not what I was told, and I can not afford that much, so I want to cancel,” and the guy told me, “You can cancel, but it will be charged since it’s been four days you have sighed up.”
I was not happy at all but stayed

During the time I had a membership, I noticed how unorganized the Gym is and the pool was closed for a long time.
I asked the receptionist when the pool is going to be open, and he said next Wednesday; however, the pool opened three weeks later.

Lastly, I wish employees know what they are doing. I am not saying all, but some.

There is more but it is crazy how the worker don't know what they are doing.

The place is fine with the machines and everything, but the smell is very unpleasant and they should always put fragrance and clean the carpet and I really have nothing against people but many of the people, like the young people I see, are in flip-flops that don't it should be some shoes it would be better but it's my point of view and they really have to do something with the smell thanks

Hoy miércoles 21 de junio tuve una muy mala experiencia .!!! Deje Ami bebe 9 meses ala guardería .!! Solo tarde 1 hora cuando regrese mi bebe estaba súper sudado llorando bastante su pelo todo mojado de que tenía mucho tiempo llorando .! Le pregunté Ami otro hijo de 6 años que que pasaba y dijo mami desde q saliste el no a parado de llorar.! Me sentí muy molesta porque busqué ayuda y si claro todos me ayudaron fueron buenos en parte pero el manager de la chica q estaba en turno no le importa solo dijo hablare con ella y yo claro solo quiero saber porque mi bebe estaba llorando y no me hablo o no hiso nada la chica nunca contesto mi pregunta solo seguía en el teléfono .! Beware....want a gym for your best interest. This is not it. Asked Stephen to just show me the machine, intimidated.. he said it's a waste of time, if I don't sign up for a personal trainer. The gym is a massive improvement from LA FITNESS. However, I have been going off an on and explained to a trainer Steve I am a bit intimidated by the machines if he can show me how to use them. Mind you just show me. His response was " well I can't, use my time just to show you the machines" "it's a waste of time" "you would have to sign up and pay for a trainer to show you" WOW.... You can't spend 2 min literally and show how to use some machines, then maybe they will sign up for training. MONEY HUNGRY... GREEDY.... CUSTOMER SEEVICE?

It has plenty of treadmills, cycles, freeweights, and machines to work out. There is a pool, sauna, showers, basketball court, and about six racquetball courts. They have aerobics classes but not many ever since covid.

The Negatives:

1. The WiFi SUCKS!!! Good luck getting n keeping a signal, especially when alot of ppl are there .
2. They can't seem to keep the really good Zumba instructors; they all left. Now, there's only one decent one
3. Again, the WIFI is horrible!

The Positives:

1. The room where their classes are held gets 5 stars because it's very clean and has beautiful, shiny flooring
2. Members are people of all shapes, sizes, and ethnicity workout here and for the most part are nice. We do have a few "muscle heads" but I almost never hear them doing that obnoxious, loud grunt some guys do when they're lifting heavy weights.
3. If u want minimal crowd, go between (1pm and 3pm)

I was a member for 13 months, and not a single trainer is there from when I started. The management team is awful. The positive reviews you see are for people who are long gone like DJ, Eric and Baer. They will lie to your face. They just want your money. There are much better facilities in the area. Beware

I love Esporta Gym . The staff is great and extremely friendly. The best part of my workouts are the personal training sessions with Steve White. He is hands down the Best Trainer I have ever had.

I'm so disappointed with the professionals at the school, I don't speak English, I looked for this gym because it was very close to my house, I knew that the fact that I don't speak English and didn't know how to use the equipment would be a problem, that's why I looked for the personal trainer service , when I was enrolling, my concern was about loyalty, since I was waiting for approval to start studying and with that it would be impossible due to my work and school schedule, so I questioned the coach who was making my contract about loyalty and he told me informed that I could cancel at any time, two months after starting training I decided to ask for the cancellation, he came and told me to freeze I said that I was not interested but that I would need more flexible hours because my work was we tried a lot of myself, so we readjusted the schedules and it worked, now I passed the school and I'm studying from 06:00 to 22:30 every days except on weekends, and I work during the day, which made it impossible to have days to train, as I work all the remaining Saturdays, only Sundays. I went to the gym again to cancel and now for the first time I was beaten with a fine of 50% of the remaining balance of the contract, that is $700. ABSURD, they used my passenger for the fact that I didn't know what I was signing, and I asked about FIDELITY and they told me I didn't have it. I'm going to cancel, due to lack of time and also because I don't have the slightest desire to find someone who did this to me and is still in school, I was thrilled that he could have signed a 4-month contract, which was omitted for me... I'm going to give one star but I wish I could give -5 because I'm very irritated, disappointed and I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone, I'm also going to use other social networks to alert my friends and other users

Estou tão desapontada com os profissionais da escola, não falo inglês, procurei essa academia por ser muito próxima da minha casa, sabia que o fato de não falar inglês e não saber usar os aparelhos seria um problema, por isso procurei o serviço de personal trainer, quando estive fui fazer minha matrícula a minha preocupação era sobre fidelidade, já que estava aguardando aprovação para começar a estudar e com isso ficaria impossível devido minha agenda de trabalho e escola, então questionei o treinador que estava fazendo meu contrato sobre fidelidade e ele me informou que não teria que eu poderia cancelar a qualquer momento, dois meses depois de começar a treinar resolvi pedir o cancelamento, ele veio e me falou para congelar eu disse que não tinha interesse mas que precisaria que fosse mais flexível os horários pois meu trabalho estava exigindo muito de mim, então reajustamos os horários e deu certo, agora fui aprovada na escola e estou estudando das 06:00 as 10:30 pm todos os dias exceto aos finais de semana, e trabalho durante o dia o que ficou impossível ter dias para treinar, pois trabalho todos os sábados restante apenas os domingos. Procurei a academia mais uma vez para cancelar e agora pela primeira vez fui informada de uma multa de 50% de saldo restante do contrato ou seja $700. ABSURDO usaram da minha fragilidade do fato de eu não saber o que estava assinando, sendo que eu questionou sobre FIDELIDADE e me disseram que não tinha. I have been to a few different gyms prior to ESPORTA in Ocoee, and I can say this is one of my favorite gyms I have been a member at. The environment is more of a community. EJ who is one of the trainers is always positive, energetic and kind! Bear I usually see coming in and out and always makes me feel welcome, always a smile and kind! The gym is always clean! I love this gym. I’ve been here since June and so far it’s been the best gym I’ve had a meme era hip with. The team is very friendly and willing to help with anything. The kids club is amazing. I’ve had sky daughter who’s 4 and my son who’s now 9Month but has been there since he was 3.5 months old and I’ve never had any issues with the teachers watching him. I’ve been able to workout with no problem without having to rush or leave my workout halfway.

So thankful to Esporta gym. They really leveled up the previously LA Fitness. The floor plan is so much more spacious and functional, not crowded at all like the LA at winter garden, AND THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER FEEDBACK!!! I love coming to this gym! First of all it’s very clean!…I love that I can bring 2 guests with me if I want to. This gym has great machines, they have a sauna (which is my favorite) and the staff are very welcoming. The worst gym I have ever been to. Went today with my sister and the fitness director was blasting a personal speaker with offensive music. He approached us and told us he was only playing it because the club music was not working. We told him it was too loud and offensive and that is why people wear headphones, there is no need for him to blast what he wants to hear. He then proceeded to call us racist and turned the music up. When my sister went to complain, the manager refused to give her his name and was incredibly rude. I then asked for the phone number to corporate which they also refused to give to me unless I provided them with my name. Worst staff, rude and unprofessional.

basic gym. Been going here a couple years. No frills. Good machines. You can get the spray and clean machines yourself before use. There’s a cancer warning on the spray. Not too busy. I go on off times. Classes are good- I’ve been to yoga but not recently. They will fix broken machines but there’s def some rust. I just like weight variety. No complaints but not the best gym I’ve joined. Lots of cardio machines

I've been working out at this location for 7 years. Recently, they changed the manager. Bear is outstanding. He greets everyone personally by name, is very involved in trying to make the gym clean and attractive and has hired some great personal trainers to bring energy, enthusiasm and fun back to his gym.

Pushy people. Went to tobacco city next door and was harassed by employees from this gym. Lay off the steroids meat heads. If I was tobacco city I'd tell them to move the booth if there only sales tactic is bullying and harassment and trying to stop people from entering another business! Go somewhere else this place is liable to rob you they way they act.

As a senior citizen I go there on a regular basis primarily for the use of the swimming pool and the hot tub. I think it is under new management and has been for the last several months and I have been very happy! The current manager as well as his crew including the cleanup maintenance have done an awesome job! I have been to many other LA fitness both in Atlanta Georgia and in other places in Central Florida. This particular location is one of the cleanest on a regular basis that I have ever visited!

I didn't check in this place 4 or 5 months ago, but they still took my money. I went back and forth many times to cancel my membership, and Mr Bear Buckley wrote back, "Call to cancel after December 1st". (I'm still keep the paper) I called to cancel, but they still took my money. And now, they tell me that I have to go there to cancel my membership when I'm not in FL.

The basketball court has been closed all summer. The pool is closed often too. Carpets need a deep clean.
Any time an equipment break it takes forever for them to fix them. Exercise equipment needs updating, they're so old. Update your machines, it’s about time. I only go to that location because it's closer to my house.

This is beyond a gym this is a complete club if you’re not encourage to go workout then go play racketball, basketball or swim maybe a Zumba or yoga class. I got results with my health because it was fun to visit this place I honestly Can say “I LOVE MY GYM”

I have been a patron of this Gym since it opened in 2009 as LA Fitness.over the years, the Gym maintenance has significantly declined. Equipments are outdated and in many cases, falling apart, which is a safety concern. Management and corporate have done very little to address concerns. When they revamped as esporta, I thought they would restructure with new machine, decor, etc but they didn't. At this point, , it's time to move on...

Friendly staff spoke with a girl named Destiny I was shopping around for a gym membership she explain to me all the different gyms in the areas and how they have the best programs and services with no slamming or hidden fees I toured the gym had all the amenities I was looking for especially personal trainers and the pool. I’m glad I came there and I didn’t get tricks siding with the wrong gym😇🙏

I decided to give this place 3 stars. this is the reason, firstly, this place has almost all the equipment for you to practice, which is very good, but i don't understand why they close so early on weekends, i know every The place will have different closing hours but since I checked in here it makes me uncomfortable. My experience with this place was not bad. Right now I still practice here on weekdays and on weekends....you know 🤷🏻‍♂️
