The place has large mirrors and a good floor. It it disorganized though: chairs and tables block the mirror and the coffee/water area is messy. The parking lot floods easily. Not a lot of free parking spaces. There is street parking but you have to pay for them.

You will feel so very welcome and comfortable with instructors and students.
I can speak as someone new to the area, and soo pleased to have discovered Estudio 35.

The studio is awesome! I've taken 3 different classes there so far. One of the classes was having trouble with the music, it kept dying & needed to be restarted. And after 3 hours it got HOT 🥵 but they have fans and opened the doors for cross ventilation, but in Miami that just means 90° and humid 😂 Overall the studio is well maintained and everyone has been super welcoming and fun!

Excellent studio. New floors, super clean, specious, affordable with very good AC and speakers. Amazing events: Tango, Salsa, Zouk, Yoga etc. I used it for Tango and private practice.
