It’s always a wonderful experience when attending Evolve. Neil is always so welcoming. I’ve attended the Gentle classes with Lexi, Vin Yin with Jade, hot sculpt. All great. The teachers go the extra mile using essential oils and cold compresses to cool down. Highly recommend Evolve!🧘🧘🏻‍♀️

All I can say is WOW. I had such a great experience here, Neil is an absolute gem and was so welcoming. The amenities and attention to detail is amazing. The lighting!! The tampons!! The cold towels!! The yoga!!!! at the core.

My fiancée and I went to Evolve for a Kama Flight class, and from the moment we walked in we felt at ease, mostly due to the welcoming attitude and kind energy of Neil and Sharon. Honestly, we just felt so calm and cared about in their presence. The space is absolutely stunning and has everything you could want on your wellness journey. The Kama Flight experience was amazing, and my partner and I had a blast. We traveled from Ft Lauderdale, but if we lived in West Palm, we wouldn't hesitate to become members here. We're certainly going to be on the lookout for more one-off classes and experiences here, and honestly can't wait to go back.

The best yoga class I have been to in my LIFE. 10/10 Alina is an amazing teacher. They give you a cold towel at the end with essential oils, intention cards in the beginning of class and burn sage at the end. It wasn’t the same old boring flow it was amazing and difficult. I’ve been practicing yoga diligently for over 10 years and this is the best studio I’ve ever been to. Of course that starts with the instruction which is top notch at Evolve. They have numerous different styles of yoga from Ashtanga to power vinyasa to yin. Heated and not heated. I like to mix it up, but they probably have what you enjoy. The studio itself is beautiful and all heating is infrared, which is amazing. The lighting, the music system, all of it, is high quality. The last thing: they have a spa area which includes infrared saunas and cold plunge tubs. Yoga - Sauna - cold plunge is a treat to your body and soul at Evolve.

From the moment I walked into the front doors and met Neil, the owner, I knew I found my yoga home. I am a, "All Access Member." I find all styles of yoga to fit my mind and body needs on a weekly basis. Do I want to be challenged? Do I want a less strenuous class? Do I need some peace? Maybe I just want to use the sauna and cold plunge. Whatever it is, I can find it under one roof.

It's all about the people. The instructors are all wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and come with heart. I have been in all, if not most of their classes. I like variety and I get this here.

The journey I'm through life should open doors. The ongoing workshops and events make this studio a well rounded overall holistic part of my health.
