Are these reviews real or these are the owners writing. I was at this gym for quite some time. And the equipment was always the same, if a machine broke it would take 2 months or more to fix. The staff are dopes. The members are rude. And isn't this gym closed. I drove by there and the sign got taken down and I see that its vacant. That was the smartest play that gun ever made.

In town to visit family and came in for two workouts. This place is great! Big open space with equipment and weights for every walk of life, from fitness freaks to the elderly. It is well lit and clean and the staff, especially, John, are super friendly. Wish I had this where I live.

This gym was awesome up until it's new 24/7 and the policy. I liked the whole blue card, red card idea. But I strongly believe the 24/7 should be included in the red card atleast. A few months ago I left the gym to join another closer to home and was 24/7, but I wasn't happy with them so I came back. I was excited to hear that Family Fitness was also 24/7 finally and signed up. I asked the girl that was working at the time if red card members had access to the gym 24/7 and was told yes. (I like the red card because of the guest privileges). I came back that same night just after 10pm and couldn't get in. Realized it was thumb print. So the next day I went in to get the thumb print and another girl told me it would be an extra $40 to get 24/7. What??? I just signed up 1 day before this for $32. She told me if I had gotten it then, then it would have only been $10 more. She informed that I did have access to the regular hours, 5am-10pm week days. So I showed up the next morning at 5:15am to workout before work, and doors were locked. Nobody inside to let me in. I showed up same day at 8:30pm, again locked doors. No employee inside. Tell me how the hell I'm supposed to come in during "regular hours" if employees aren't even there at "regular hours". Like that's ridiculous as hell. Lack of information given by employees and no signs out front. Plus I have to pay extra for the 24 hour access with a red card? That's a rip off in my opinion. Also, what is the point of a bar code key system inside and a thumb print outside. Why dont you just put a bar code reader outside for members after hours?. Monster Mouse on 19 is 24/7. It's a little further away from me but for $20 a month it's worth it.

They say that the 1st impression is a lasting impression , well I joined the center last week and was supposed to meet with my trainer today for the first time at 11am . No show ! ! Guess my 1st appointment wasn't very important to him . There contract states that if you can't make an appointment you must give a 48 hour notice , should that not work both ways ?
Well anyway I set up a 2nd appointment for this Friday , so we'll see how the 2nd impression goes . I will let you know .

This facility is cleaner than the one on 19. I wish the daycare had a similar playground set up, since my 5 year old complains that he doesn’t have toys that are age appropriate in there so he doesnt want to go. Other than that, for my own needs - I enjoy that I never have to wAit for my favorite equipment and there’s no dust bunnies on the crevices of the machines. I personally like the staff better than any other location as well.

I love this gym they are awesome, the place is clean, they keep up with the equipment I asked them to install a heavy bag for boxing training and they did within 2 days! The staff will help you and give you great advice and coaching. They know you by name usually depending on how often you go I highly recommend this gym. The negative comments are from people who want the best of everything with never an issue.

I would give less if I could. My wife signed up for a year and got six months free, cool right? We move after a few months and try to cancel the membership and they refuse to comp the rest of our time. When we signed up they specifically said we would get our money back if we decided to cancel. Staff do not engage customers to help with equipment and the tanning beds are almost always out of order. Don’t waste your time or money here people!

So sad that I am going to have to drop my monthly down to 20$ I don't trust my son going into daycare here. You have people watching children that don't even want to be there. Don't interact with the kids, can't handle a crying toddler. I've ran into other moms there that stopped using the daycare because of the same reason. I have to drive to NPR if I want to take a class with my little one. Not worth it anymore. I go to the gym 4 days a week and Its only when my little ones in school so im paying 32$ for no reason. So sad. Hope you get better daycare teachers.. ones that actually like their job and children. Other than that this gym is amazing. Just not if you have a child/children going with you.

Don't waste 6our money joining this gym as they still charge you when you want to quit your membership. After being a member for several years and not getting my money's worth out of the gym, my fault, I made the decision to end my membership. Not only did they charge me for this month but then tacied on a $26.75 extra for quitting. It dodnt matter that they're the ones that made out because I hardly used the membership. What a ripoff.

I despise going to the gym. I’m not a fan of working out. It’s a thing that just needs to be done. This is the 1st gym I’ve ever joined. I like that there isn’t someone in my face trying to get me to use a personal trainer. The place is clean, never a time where you can’t get a machine. The hours work for me. I love that I can always bring a guest with the membership I have. Kids I see seem happy with the child care.

Very little maitnence. Treadmills are horrible, unless your tiny or just walking they will randomly stop abruptly, followed by an error code. Their solution is to reset it and wait for it to fail again.
Dumbells are constantly loose and ready to fall apart. A staff member was notified of a loose dumbbell and he said he didnt know how to fix it. So he put it back on the rack.

Didn't have a problen with the gym while going there however i will be moving out of state so i went there gave them my 60 day notice like they asked and i also paid my yearly fee the total amount was $96 something.Last month they charged my bank account called them they told me they will leave a note for the manager for him to call me next day. One week went by no phone call i called again they told me the same thing few days went by still no phone call. Called again last week spoke to a lady she told the manager will be in around 930 he will be calling me she called me again around 12 telling me the manager is not coming in cause of food poisoning but they will be calling me tomorrow 2 weeks later still no phone call or refund to my account.

Once i walked into this gym i knew it was the one for me. Lots of free weights. The place is kept clean by the staff. The staff and manager is always friendly with hello and good byes. You get what you pay for, they have everything you need the Equipment is good and in good working order, but its old and dirty. The clients are good no trouble makers. The name is family fitness but when my daughter came to visit I took her on a Sunday with me, a staff member rudely confronted me about bringing my daughter in, I told him she was 12 and I couldn't leave her at home he said he didn't think she was 12, he finally went away and I was able to complete my workout while my daughter watched. My daughter noted the name is family fitness but they aren't very welcoming of families. I just didn't feel happy about the treatment, It wasn't my first experience with the staff being rude and arrogant, I'm just quite and take the abuse. I would just tell potential clients and the staff, don't forget, members are paying customers, the anytime fitness and Golds gym up the street are better and I will be changing.

Been a member of the Hudson facility for as long as it has been open...Staff is very friendly, but their policies are not consistent.....Depending on who is "on duty", fitness clothing is questioned...Some members that wear jeans while working out are chastised, while others seem to be ignored.
Equipment that is broken takes months to be fixed, although the repair might be simple....But the new manager seems to have a more "hands on" approach that the "old" manager....And he is attentive to problems brought to his attention.
The center is very clean, and the air conditioning is more than adequate.(I'm a treadmill user, and I appreciate a cool environment).
My main gripe is that sometimes the employee that opens in the morning seems to need a new watch....Many times they open late, and on Sundays, it seems to be more of a problem.....And if you plan to workout before work, the late opening time really messes you up.
But there are much more positives than negatives for this center.
