About the Club

Feel Good Fitness is a private, upscale personal training studio located in downtown Delray Beach, Florida. We offer 1-on-1 Personal Training and Small Group Training programs.

At Feel Good Fitness, our goal is to help you move better, increase strength and flexibility, improve body composition, develop balance and coordination--so you can feel GOOD while performing activities of daily living or during athletic performance. Since we believe traditional strength training machines restrict natural movement patterns, our studio is well-equipped with the best functional training equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sandbags, suspension trainers, resistance bands, medicine balls, BOSU® balls and more.

The most AMAZING team! Michelle has completely transformed my body. Not only have I lost weight, I am stronger than I have ever been, despite being a HS and college athlete with a rigorous training schedule. We travel often as we are seasonal Florida residents and I found myself staying longer in town so I can continue my work out routines with Michelle (who is the best, most thoughtful , caring and dedicated trainer I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with). When leaving for Colorado this summer, I was crippled with anxiety over missing out on our sessions. Michelle suggested virtual. Albeit skeptical at first, these virtual sessions have been a complete game changer. I sent over what I have in my home gyms, and Michelle wrote a completely specific routine around what I had access to. They have been so much more helpful and effective than I ever could have imagined. I finally have the freedom to travel without the guilt of missing out on being in the gym. Despite being gone for 3 months, I have continued to get stronger, gain muscle, lose weight and even increased the physical weights by keeping up with the virtual sessions. They are life changing and I strongly recommend anyone who also feels the guilt of traveling, please please please do yourself a favor and book some virtual sessions with the team. They have genuinely changed my life both mentally and physically.

I LOVE the feel good team and joining their team has been one of the best decisions i have ever made (other than getting a dog!)

Back in August, my sister and I decided we wanted to add more movement to our week since we both work office jobs and spend a lot of time sitting at our desks. We researched a lot of local gyms… Feel Good Fitness stood out because it had a more personal feel and the kind of one-on-one support we were looking for.

The past six months have been a great experience. We were paired with our trainer, Dylan, and he’s constantly pushing us in ways we never would have on our own, handing us weights we never would have picked ourselves and showing us that we’re actually capable of lifting them. That kind of support has made all the difference, building our confidence and making us more motivated every week. Not just our trainer, but everyone from the owner to other trainers are really welcoming and it’s a great atmosphere! We’re both excited to continue seeing the improvement this year!

I have been working with Ms. Silvana for 7 months Online Virtual Classes on breath work, meditation, and kundalini yoga.
Words cannot express the complete transformation I have experienced during these classes.

Starting off I was only able to breath in and out for 3-5 seconds.
I can do 10-35 seconds now.
This improved my endurance in the gym as well as my cardio
I am able to run my miles only breathing through my nose.

The meditation has disciplined my mind so well, I can go through a week of chaos in perfect stability within my mind and breathe out negative energy.

Kundalini Yoga has created the awareness of my soul, I am no longer afraid of myself and finally found my identity.
I can sleep in perfect peace , I can feel myself resting “sleep” but open my eyes as if I am in meditation the entire night.
It’s a different indescribable feeling of awareness, grounding spiritually, awakening and to top it off, I have gained the ability to tap into the quantum realm here and again. Being able to manifest and foresee events.

Ms. Silvana is talented, beautiful soul, excellent instructor and I definitely recommend you joining her classes if you are also seeking enlightenment, body healing, and control of your emotions.

Having been to 3 different physiatrists and received 5 cortisone shots in different areas for hip pain I was starting to give up hope of it dissipating. I went to Sabrina hoping to shake up my fitness routine but got so much more. Her understanding of the human body and kinesiology led her to believe I might abate my symptoms through an aggressive upper body stretching and movement routine.

After a few weeks of this I walked 18 holes for the first time in 8 months!

This is not any ordinary gym, it’s a haven for fitness enthusiasts, beginners an everyone in between. Simply put, Feel Good Fitness has truly changed my approach to fitness, health and overall happiness.

First and foremost, the trainers at Feel Good Fitness are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, approachable and passionate about you reaching your goals. They take the time to understand your needs and tailor workout plans accordingly. Their encouragement, commitment and support make every session a positive and motivating experience. Prior to FGF, I would get discouraged by feeling out of shape in a larger gym, or a trainer in my ear yelling “give me one more!” This gym is intimate, clean and has state of the art equipment, including E-Fit technology.

Most of all, FGF is welcoming and inclusive. The gym fosters a sense of community where people come together. The positive energy is contagious and motivates me to keep coming back. FGF has changed my life for the better in more ways than fitness, and I’m so grateful to feel part of this family!

Love going to workouts with Lindia, who encourages achieving goals with proper form. Since I started training, I have received many compliments about how in shape I am for my age (mid-70s). I also am gaining strength and balance with exercises geared toward improving my golf game. Working the right muscles gains lots of yards for those drives! With my golf buddies, we attend a small group class. We have all achieved awards and wins on the golf course with our enhanced techniques! Amazing winning results!

Post pregnancy and post Covid, I was nervous to get back into the gym. Feeling like a fish out of water, I found Feel Good Fitness. I felt understood and comfortable from the first session. I have been training at Feel Good since Sabrina launched its new incarnation. It is a crucial part of my weekly mobility, flexibility, and strength routine. I rotate trainers based on availability as it is more important to me to get my timeslot, so I am able to stay on track. Every trainer is great and brings something different. My program is adapted based on what particular physical issues I bring in with me that day. I literally always leave Feeling Good no matter how I went in. I track calories burned and enjoy the sense of accomplishment after every workout no matter how light or aggressive. Staying injury-free is literally my number one goal and that is always accounted for. I get lots of compliments from the changes others are seeing…the “hey you are looking good….” Or “you look like you are feeling good…”…even better!!

I have been taking classes at Feel Good Fitness with Instructor Lindia Izidor for the past couple months, and I feel great! She is professional, encouraging, and gives knowledgeable insight into what exercises I need to target growth. I feel stronger after every appointment with her, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great trainer. She will throughly assess your ability and work on a plan with you to achieve your goals. Every workout is personalized to your needs. The gym is clean, the studio setting is friendly, not overwhelming and they have a large selection of equipment. I have noticed my balance is better, I am stronger, and my stamina has increased.
