We’ll learn more about your goals, lead you through mobility and stability screening, and tailor your fitness program to your specific needs. In addition to your custom fitness program, we will implement practices for you to work on with your nutrition, sleep, stress management and daily movement! This is an all encompassing coaching program that ensures you will reach your own personal fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals!

I started going to Don about five months after my spinal surgery to strengthen my body, and after just one month the difference in my pain and mobility is like night and day. If I keep going at this pace with him, I’ll finally have 100% mobility again and honestly, I’m getting so strong it’s becoming a problem. I go to pull out the kitchen drawer and it breaks, I go to work out and I break machines. Don keeps increasing the weight and makes sure that for the full hour I’m there, I’m pushing myself the entire time. Couldn’t recommend him more.

My husband and I just started training with Don a few weeks ago after many years of struggle with eating and fitness.
We love that Don has created a completely non judgmental atmosphere, which was a high concern for me with some of the personalities you see in this profession. He focuses on strategies that work for us personally and he educates on how to be successful. He makes himself available to answer any questions and makes sure we understand the plan with each session. In the gym he is equally as supportive. He is detailed with his directions and makes sure the workouts are done safely and efficiently. We are already seeing changes and look forward to continuing our work with him!

My experience so far at Fisher Fitness and Nutrition has been exactly what I was looking for. I am a 66 year old guy who was an avid runner for most of my life. In my early 50’s I stopped competing and got lazy and was not focusing on my overall health.
Don, my trainer at Fisher Fitness has got me back on track. His knowledge of how to incorporate a lifestyle change fit for my individual needs has been awesome. From day one he has inspired and motivated me to do all the necessary tasks for achieving my goals. From what and when I eat, staying hydrated throughout the day, getting the proper sleep, working all the body parts equally , and even the great advice he has on ways of reducing unneeded stress I have a habit of taking on.
Overall Don has been a perfect fit for me and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their health ,get a stronger body and enjoy the company of a trainer who genuinely cares and loves what he does.

Don keeps the workouts fun and entertaining while at the same time making sure your body is getting what it needs. Each workout is tailored specifically for you. Makes going to the gym easy and something you begin to look forward to. The improvements that I have seen in just a few weeks has really surprised me this is something I don’t believe I could have accomplished on my own without his guidance. When you have a trainer that takes a vested interest and listens to what you are saying it makes things easier and motivates you to do more and the results definitely show.
Have to give him credit from putting the plan is place, helping to keep me on track and motivated all while not making it feel like a task but an enjoyable experience.

Training with Don was everything I wanted and more. He cares about your safety and progress and will help you achieve your goals in a way that works best for you. From a meal plan to a workout routine he will customize things to your specific needs to ensure you are able to progress. He shows up everyday with a positive attitude and makes the workout out fun while still maintaining the intensity. I didn't know too much about the different workouts and machines and he taught me so much I feel comfortable going on my own and using them now. I have always tried to stay fit but I’ve never used a personal trainer before, I honestly never thought it would do anything for me. My wife recently talked me into trying personal training with Don, and I decided I would give it a try. I’m a few weeks into it and I couldn’t be happier. Don has been a huge asset to me, teaching me new things and helping me focus on muscle groups I have badly ignored my whole life. I’ve been a gym rat for most of my life and got frustrated with my progress after hitting a plateau. Don was kind enough to help me analyze where my problem might be and we realized that my diet was inconsistent therefore making it much more difficult for me to progress. Don helped me create a personalized menu with easy clear steps to help me balance out my nutrition and make sure I am getting the correct amount of macro nutrients without having to eat things I don’t like. I've had years of experience with personal trainers and Don ranks at the top. Unlike many PTs who train only within a narrow spectrum of exercise modalities, nutrition, health and lifestyle, Don brings a completely holistic approach to his training. In fact, "training" does not begin to capture his value-add in helping you become the best physical "you" that you can be.
For long-time weightlifters like me, he comes up with a "ground up" approach to addressing weaknesses and healing injuries. He tailors the program to each client. His nutrition advice has been excellent: I always thought I'd been eating the right amount of protein, but his guidance has led to some sizable lean muscle gains in a short period of time. It may seem obvious that training hard with weights requires commensurate eating, but he's all about determining the right macro mix and keeping you engaged on that path.
Don brings tremendous concentration and commitment to each session, whether in the gym or on the phone. You can tell that he really wants his clients to succeed. I recommend him unreservedly.

Don Fisher is the absolute best personal trainer and nutrition coach I’ve ever encountered. I began my training with him in August of 2022. With his guidance, (which stems from an immense knowledge base that sets him worlds apart from so many in his industry) his encouragement, communication, compassion, care, dedication, direction, empathy and unmatched listening skills, I’ve managed to completely change my body - and we’re only eleven months in! Don has coached me in both fitness and nutrition and has always been willing to listen to what worked for me and what did not. When an approach delivered results other than what we initially aimed for, he has been able to redirect and adjust my plan toward personal success every single time. He is patient, he is kind, he is exceptional at his approach and his knack for coaching makes it impossible to even consider working with anyone else, as you learn that no one could or will compare to the experience of working with him. What separates him most from other trainers is his communicativeness, his compassion and his genuine care for his clients. He wants you to succeed. He wants you to see your potential.
