I tried to give this place a chance. I have heard from several people that this place is a joke and it is. The number they have listed on the website seems to be some woman who is unaware her number is on the website and is just super unprofessional. If you aren’t going to give people access via electronic methods and expect them to go to the location then it actually needs to be manned a reasonable amount during normal hours. For a business that seems to be empty the majority of the time they sure do not seem to be on a path that is welcoming to customers or appreciative whatsoever. The gym equipment is minimal and the service is terrible.

Great mix of free weights and machines. Friendly staff (Carl is awesome). Super clean bathrooms and healthy snack options. Will be back for sure.

I gave this gym one star in order to submit a review. I have had a disappointing experience with fit as a fiddle. I received a door code in order to gain access to the gym. I did not frequent the gym often, but when I did attempt to access the gym, my code did not work on my last 4 attempts. I would call the emergency number posted on the door for assistance which went to voicemail. I would receive a return call a day or two later and they would explain that there had been a power surge that caused my code not to work. They assured me that my code was correct. Well, it didn’t work again today I’m waiting on a response from someone at the gym. I’m sure they will dismiss my concern as “no big deal” and will claim there was a “power surge” that rendered my door code inactive. Very dissatisfied with Fit as a Fiddle !!! I can’t access a gym which I pay monthly fees to access!!!! I feel a refund for the last 4 months would be appropriate

Really clean gym with all of the right equipment and space to get your workout done. I was visiting from NC and found the gym and class schedules online. The classes varied movements each day and I joined the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes. On Monday we utilized the outside common areas to push and pull our body weight for a nice HIIT workout. Then Wednesday and Friday we used more of the equipment in the studio. Great workout plans and friendly instructor and locals!

This gym is clean and has most of what you need, a great option for the area! If you’re visiting, do plan to reach out early as gaining access can be a bit tricky: the staffed hours are spotty and it can be hard to get in contact via the phone # provided. Just plan accordingly— once you have access, the PIN code makes it easy to use this space!

Fantastic small gym with daily, weekly and monthly membership plans to make working out pleasurable while on vacation. The staff is extremely friendly and they open as early as 5 am and close at 10 pm seven days per week. It is also very clean inside.

I enjoyed working out here. Wish I’d found it sooner. I visit this area on vacation every so often, and I’ll definitely return when I’m back. The guest pass is low cost and easy. Gym is small but clean. Has everything you need.

Looking for a good spot to workout for a couple days while you are on vacation? This is the spot you need to come to. A day pass is very reasonably priced and this gym has all the equipment you could need for your workout. Dana is super cool and was very helpful to me. Will definitely be back next time I am visiting Port St. Joe.
