Classes are different every day, and everyone knows your name, so it almost feels like personal training (classes are never crowded). The trainers are super helpful with fitness and nutrition tips, and there are special events like the New Year's Eve workout party, glow in the dark anniversary party, and summer beach party. I've been a member for 6 months now. I am mentally and physically stronger. I have lost some weight but still more weight to lose and plan to do it with proper diet and exercise.

The classes are challenging and different every day. The instructors love what they do, and it is contagious. They plan a super fun member's event almost every month. They provide the guidance and the tools, and then it is up to you to make yourself and your health a priority! And this is the place to do it!!

July 2025 update - still attending daily. They have added new equipment to help keep us challenged. We have had several activities outside the gym like field day at a local park.

Updated - I am still a member and am still loving it. I had knee surgery at the beginning of the year, 2023, and they worked with me to modify any moves I could not do. Being a member before and after my surgery has sped up my overall recovery. My physical therapist and surgeon encouraged me to continue.

2022- I have been attending classes for about a 3 years now so I guess I like it.

I mostly attend the 6:20am morning class, but on occasion I attend one of the evening classes just to switch it up, usually the 5:10pm class, or if I can't get out of bed.

You can attend as many classes a day that you would like. I have done two in a day, but a few do more classes. If I do two classes I usually split mine with the morning and evening classes, but some do them back to back. I do both Saturday classes back to back.

The instructors are great. I love that they are high energy enough in the morning, but not overly "peppy". They explain each exercise during the warm up so everyone has an idea of how to do it. They offer alternative moves if needed. They also correct your form so you don't get hurt. Everyday is a different workout with a mixture of body weight and equipment so it keeps things exciting. ‍Just when you think you have seen it all they find some new move for you to try.

With the monthly membership you get a weekly newsletter with tips, recipes, and workouts to do at home. They also offer nutrition help assist you in your goals.

You also access to a full body scan that show a 3D scan of you body with measurements, weight, posture, fat %, and other things. Not going to lie this scan shows EVERYTHING and can be discouraging at first, but it shows your progress better than regular before and after pictures.

For an extra cost, they will run challenges to help motivate you that includes meal planning and personal coaching. There is usually a prize for the winner.

They carry a line of supplements and of the products I can tried have been pleased with them.

They do not have lockers or locker rooms. They do have cubbies to store things in while in class and the bathrooms are roomy for changing in.

To keep the floor and they ask that you carry in and out a change of clean shoes or workout in socks to help keep it clean. They also provided cleaning solution to clean equipment between stations and they clean everything in-between classes.

I started FBBC during their 6 week challenge and I became hooked… more like addicted! The coaches are genuine, supportive, and motivating! The OG members are so welcoming and give you that fitness family vibe as well. In the 6 weeks, I accomplished more results than It took me 4 months at a regular gym working out 6-7 days a week for an hour or more. This is where you need to be!!

I’ve been coming to fit body for about 4-5 months now, and all I can say is I love this place. I wish i would of found it sooner😝.

My sister introduced me to FitBody for their latest challenge and convinced me to give them a try. Joining this gym is probably one of the best decisions I've made. The coaches are approachable and understanding. The workouts can all be modified depending on ability, which is great for me as I've have chronic knee pain and have had 3 surgeries on my knee. I've been able to work one-on-one with the coaches since joining and have never experienced the level of care at any other gym. If you’re someone who’s looking for a wonderful community to help you with your fitness goals, then look no further than fit body boot camp.

The trainers are fantastic and very encouraging throughout the 30-minute HIIT workout. This is an amazing program for those with busy lives or not sure where to start on their fitness journeys.

They have a clean shoe policy for going on the mat since it is a felt material with a soft surface. I forgot to bring my indoor shoes, so I just did my workout in socks. The mat is soft and plush enough to make it comfortable when exercising on it even without shoes.

Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a supportive, encouraging, and empowering environment to reach their fitness goals.

If you are looking for personal training in a group setting, this is the place to be. Over the years I have joined and lost money at gyms that do not support or encourage you. I have been a member of SJBFBBC for almost a year. I have lost 18 pounds, decreased my body fat and increased my lean muscle mass. I am in my mid 60’s, have had two hip replacements and currently have six deteriorating disks in my spine, two cervical and four lumbar. I work out 6 days a week. The coaches work with me to modify moves that are too difficult, yet the modifications allow me to get the work out done. I cannot say enough good things about Gina, Devin, Chelsea and Amber. They are always available at the gym, through email and text messages. This is a lifestyle change that is easily achieved with coaches and members who treat you like family. I hope to be working out here well into my 80’s, maybe 90’s!

I joined fit body Boot camp about a year ago, and Thank you to the coaches and the other gym members, I have been able to push myself to do things that I wouldn't do on my own, and have been able to build better confidence in myself both in and out of the gym. The support that I receive here, and the friendships that I have made make me look forward to going everyday. something I never would have said 10 years ago.

The coaches are great with keeping an eye on you while working out to ensure you have proper form to avoid injuries, and also offer many modifications to those in need. And even on the days I feel sluggish, the coaches will encourage me to push through. Often times, the coaches work out with us when theyre off, and that is always a motivator!

Gina is great with helping me in setting goals, offering nutrition advice, and keeping up on you with your progress. Love her check ins! Also love the 3D body scanner, included for use on site with my membership to help digitially show me a visual of my progress, as it may be difficult to see results in a mirror.

I went tonight for my first class and had the absolute worst experience ever! It takes a lot of courage for some people to try a new place such as this. I’ve tried several classes, gyms, challenges etc and have always had the most positive experience. It’s a shame that certain coaches can be so humiliating and rude to the point that one doesn’t even want to be a part of such a family. I was not welcomed, I felt as if I was bothering Devin from the very moment I walked in. She took me into the room to do my body metrics and left me. Who does that? Then when explaining this clean shoe policy she was so condescending and brought someone else in to try and explain it and that person acted as if I was stupid. She said, “ I don’t know what the problem is, it’s not that hard”
I would never want to be coached by either one of these coaches. What if I didn’t understand a move? Will you call me out like that? I am trying to better myself I don’t need the negativity!

I was searching for something to better myself. Overall just my health (I have lost 30lbs in 6 months), motivation, and determination to be in better shape. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the amazing staff with such a welcoming attitude and was able to sit down and talk about what program would best suit me!

The coaches are passionate about us being the best versions of ourselves on the mat!! My favorite thing is probably that there are all levels of fitness that attend classes and it has never felt intimidating!! Everyone is so welcoming and motivating. I joined Fit Body Boot Camp over 2 years ago hoping to spice up my workout routine. After being a pretty active child/teenager, this stopped when I went to college. Finding the time to work out was just not a priority at that time. Fast forward to graduation and onto the real world, I realized that your health is important and it only gets harder as you get older. As someone who never struggled with issues with my weight because I was an avid gym goer and spent about 2 hours a day in a gym everyday until I was about 23 and I got lazy with it, I can honestly say I never thought that a program like the one they run at Fit body would be for me at all.

My Best Friend decided to pay for me to do a 6 week challenge here and in the first few weeks I was already seeing results. Mind you I am also a bit of a hermit in my older age and do not like to be around people so it just did not seem like a thing I would commit to. Well about 3 weeks in I changed my mind entirely and decided to continue on with membership after the 6 week challenge because not only was I seeing results but the environment and the coaches are amazing.

I believe it is their website, or perhaps their facebook that says "This is not a one size fits all program" and that is entirely the truth. They help you manage macros, they will help you with meal planning and ideas, and they are excellent about holding you accountable. They do an intake survey to gauge what drives you and what your goals are and they follow through with using those things to help you really work the program.

These however are not the only positive aspects of going to this gym, I will also say that the staff; Including the owner Gina who works on site, and the particularly sassy Coach Devin make you feel very welcome and at home, They will text you to check in and see whats up when you are not attending classes, and are very personable and will to talk to you like you are a friend not just another dollar sign.

I have a million and one positive things I could say about them but I am instead just going to suggest that if you are looking for a new gym, and/or you need a push to hold yourself accountable, you should certainly swing by and see what kind of challenges and programs they have coming up to give it a try. I can nearly guarantee you will love it here unless you are just a god awful human or have absolutely no drive to change and get back to/start being a better you.

Very clean and positive place to workout. All the classes are 30 minutes. These are HIIT classes so obviously you should expect your heart rates to go up and to sweat a lot. Gina is a very friendly and cool coach. She will push you to go beyond the limit. She will walk around and correct your posture or the motion if you are not doing it in the right way. Usually I goes for 6:10 AM class and mostly will have around 14 to 16 People at the minimum. First week it will be little tough but I should admit that its addictive too. Even though you feel tired after the workout you feel great afterwards. This will give more energy for the rest of your day. I will strongly suggest this place.
A lighter Note : My only issue here was that most of my classmates were female (90 to 95% of ladies). I wished that the class have atleast 30% of men :-)

Best workout ever, best trainers ever, and the only routine I've ever been able to stick to. The classes are only 30 mins, but you break plenty of sweat (and if you don't, stay for two sessions). The schedule is flexible, leaving you no excuse not to get it in. The Fit3D scanner is a huge benefit as well. The trainers also focus on overall strength and health-- not just weight. Overall, I highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to establish an awesome gym routine into their lives!

First and foremost, the owner and staff at St Johns Bluff FBBC are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and informative, always take the time to answer questions whether it’s regarding their workouts, meal plans or nutritional products. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to change your lifestyle and focus on being fit and healthy. This place keeps you accountable. Instructors are absolutely wonderful and they correct your form when needed. They also show you alternative exercises if you have any issue with joins, posture etc. Come to this place committed and you will see results FAST! I highly recommend this fitness facility! Gina, the owner is a great trainer, motivator & mentor. She will tailor the exercise program according to your fitness level. I enjoyed my 21 days trial program and just signed up for a regular membership! I am on blood pressure medication for years and my doctor doubled my dosage 6 months ago. I started going to this gym and surprisingly got a reading of an ideal BP! My doctor was amazed and advised to keep going... They go so fast through paper work and your measurements. Slow down and make the experience more enjoyable for your clients. The girl I sat with talked so fast I could barely keep up. I felt extremely rushed, like they just wanted my money. Customer service could be a lot better. Also they have a outdoor cat that they allow into their facility. This poses a huge problem for those severely allergic to cats. Just because "it doesn't go on the gym floor" doesn't mean cat hair cant travel. Also make sure you read and fill out all paper work because they will get you into automatic payment plan and not refund you the money. Also the classes could be better instructed as well. More demonstration and helping those who aren't familiar with certain workouts. All around not a good experience.

I give Gina and Kylie all kinds of thanks. I signed up for a 5 week Groupon for unlimited workouts. About 2 weeks in I knew I was going to join. I am 48 5'4 and have bad knees with arthritis. I started Jul 20th at 203 pounds today Oct 18th I am at 188.4 pounds. Gina is an AWESOME MOTIVATING ENCOURAGING trainer. I have knee issues, she gives modifications and actually notices when I try to do the jumping exercises. Kylie always welcomes you with a smile as you enter. She provided a good nutrition plan that is easy to complete without feeling hungry at all. I was also a little worried about feeling judged like in a gym. SO NOT the case here, everyone is supportive, smiling and friendly. Some are stronger than me and I look to them with admiration I am stronger than some and I hope I can give them hope, that it can be done.
