AFTERBURN: TWICE THE WORKOUT IN HALF THE TIME
Our signature Afterburn workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce 30 minute workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep the metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout.
Compare our 30-minute sessions to other fitness classes, which typically last 45 minutes to an hour. With our Afterburn workouts, you don’t need to choose between results and convenience -- you can have both!

It is a fine tuned fitness and weight loss program that makes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 30 min workouts WORK no matter what your fitness level is when you begin. I never thought I'd take the plunge and join a 16 Week Fitness/Weight Loss Challenge. I joined and after one month I've lost 6.5 lbs, feel stronger and have more energy. I can’t say enough about this class and what it has done for me both physically and mentally! It truly is like a family, coaches are awesome and attentive, always checking to make sure you are doing things right to avoid injury. It doesn’t matter what age you are they have modifications for all ages or injuries. This as been my best experience in a fit class atmosphere yet. The coaches are very respectful, motivating, and uplifting. The other members are very inviting and we encourage one another. I have ligament laxity, which the wrong pressure and/or movement, can cause my shoulders to subluxation. They have worked with me and modified certain exercises if it gets to be too tough. So far, it's been a enjoyable time; except for the burpees 😉

I joined FBBC Palm Harbor in February and am so happy I did. I can't say enough good things about Fit Body Palm Harbor. After 2 years of sitting on my butt working from home, I gained a lot of weight and lost all my muscle. I couldn't look for a sock under the bed without losing my breath. It was depressing, and I had to do something. I did a week trial at Fit Body Palm Harbor, thinking I wouldn't last. Well it was addicting. It feels great seeing results and feeling better. The coaches are super nice and helpful. They alter my excercises if i can't do them because I get vertigo, and they don't make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. The people there are down to earth, and very encouraging. I have never been one to like gyms but this is not your average place! The coaches genuinely care about your goals and work hard to get you the results you want.

What ever your fitness goals are, Fit Body Boot Camp workouts will fill your needs. I have been going here for over a year now and have never felt better. My endurance and strength have improved so much that I don’t have back pain anymore because of my stronger core. Oh…. And yes, I have lost pounds and inches that my skinny jeans slide right on.

I walked in tired & wondering how I’d make it through the next 30 mins after taking a 2.5 yr break from my regular gym routine. The team welcomed me and made sure I knew the basics in addition to truly making me feel comfortable and open to the experience. It wasn’t easy, but it felt amazing to release the stress from my day and sweat out the negative junk that was holding me back. I’m in the middle of week 4 now and it’s getting easier already. My body is sore, but in a good way. My energy levels are amazing and I feel good about the effort I’m investing in myself as well as the smiling faces of the others who are sweating it out along side me. I have been going for a little over two months now, after starting at only a 6 week challenge. I feel better, have seen the gains (and loss), and it just keeps going. The atmosphere is great and you are not alone. Having the guidance and support is huge and has such an impact on the desire to keep going. Doing it on your own is ok, but, the family there is such an encouragement and it we all celebrate milestones together. Could I have done this alone, yes, but, it has been so much better doing it surrounded by support and people that have become a part of a great big support group and family. The best 30-minutes workout in town! I just love this place and all wonderful and professional coaches! Every day you will experience different workout, so you never get bored! In the camp you get positive vibes from everyone and make new friends. I definitely recommend this boot camp to everyone who wants to get fit and loose weight!
