I brought my kids to what was advertised as an "open gym" dress up holiday event. They refused to accommodate my austic 6 year old son. My only request was that I be able to accompany him. I asked if they had ever had to accommodate disabled children before and they stated none had ever asked to attend. I find this extremely hard to believe that no disabled child had ever wanted to attend this club. Both my kids were super excited they had dressed up and were really looking forward to the "fun, open gym with a costume contest, and glow stick dance party" that was advertised. We left turned away at the door feeling very discriminated against.

The best around - one of the best in Central Florida. Great facility, tons of equipment, and highly affordable. The coaches are excellent. New coaches are excellent. They have recently expanded their snack bar and also offer a day school; like a charter school with gymnastics incl. We really enjoy the open gym nights.

All three of my children have gone here at one point or another and I currently have one going twice a week. We love fit club! Their camps are great and the kids all love them. It’s always clean, smells good, and decorated for every season. They are flexible and easy to deal with for makeup classes too! Front desk staff are the best. We love them!

Both my kids have gone here for 6+years and I currently have one child enrolled and I will say the coaches are very knowledgeable and patient. One of my daughters coaches named Ms Ashley is wonderful, she is loving but firm when she needs to be and I appreciate that very much. The ladies at the front desk have always been great as well. We enjoy being part of the Fit Club family.

So glad we found Fit Club Gymnastics!
After some issues at our last gym, Fit Club has been a much better experience all around. The facility is clean and well-organized, and I really appreciate the upper-level viewing room—it’s great being able to watch my granddaughter in comfort.

Coaches Colina and Brittany are amazing with the kids—encouraging, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. My granddaughter has already made noticeable progress in both skill and confidence since starting here. She’s excited to go to every class, and it’s been wonderful to watch her grow.

It’s a great value for the price, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

We recently transitioned from another gym and tried out for the team — my daughter is now proudly part of the Bronze Team. I am completely amazed at how much she has progressed in just three weeks! I can’t thank Coach Brittany and Coach Kalina enough for the incredible work they do. Their dedication, encouragement, and genuine care for the athletes truly shines through. We are beyond excited for our first season with such an amazing coaching team!

My daughter has been attending this gym since she started the asp program in kindergarten. To say the growth here is amazing is an understatement, seeing as she started through the asp and is now on Competitive Team. My daughter has not only enhanced her skill as a gymnast, but has also developed her own little family, which is exactly what this gym has become to us, a family! We can not wait to see where the road takes us here, and could not recommend it more to others.

A Gym That Truly Cares About Its Athletes
As both a parent and a coach, I can't say enough good things about this gymnastics gym. My daughter has grown tremendously here—not just in skill, but in confidence, discipline, and love for the sport. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly committed to each athlete’s individual development, regardless of their level.
From a coaching perspective, I deeply respect the gym's emphasis on technique, safety, and building a positive team culture. We as the staff collaborates well, and there’s a strong sense of community and professionalism throughout the facility. It’s a place where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired every day.
Whether you're looking for a fun and active environment for your child or a competitive program that nurtures talent with care, this gym is an outstanding choice. We’re proud to be a part of this program!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We feel incredibly lucky to have our daughter coached by Brittney at FitClub. From the start, she has brought out the very best in her — not just as a gymnast, but as a person. The way Coach Brittney combines high-level training with patience, encouragement, and genuine care is truly unmatched.

It’s rare to find a coach who can push kids to be their strongest while also making them feel seen, supported, and inspired. Brittney has built my daughter’s confidence in and out of the gym, and we see the impact every day — in her skills, her attitude, and her love for the sport.

The entire staff at FitClub are wonderful, and the gym feels like a true community. But Coach Brittney is the heart of our experience, and we’re so grateful for the time, dedication, and passion she brings to every practice.

Thank you for believing in Delilah challenging her, and helping her grow in so many ways!

Extremely concerning experience with this summer camp.

Earlier in the week, my wife and daughter reported that a boy had punched my daughter multiple times in the back and head. We gave the camp the benefit of the doubt, chalking it up to typical kid behavior. But later in the week, my daughter was involved in a far more serious and inappropriate situation—one we were never informed about.

Instead of calling us, the camp disciplined our daughter over the incident. We only learned what happened because she told us at pickup. When we tried to speak with staff, they appeared confused and claimed we must have heard “rumblings and whispers.” We were told the director would call us immediately, but she was “too busy” to speak that day. That promised call the next morning never came—we had to reach out ourselves.

When we finally spoke with the director, the conversation quickly became combative. She tried to shift blame onto our daughter and, multiple times, said “maybe this place isn’t for you”—instead of taking responsibility or addressing our concerns professionally. When I firmly explained that I didn’t appreciate her tone, she immediately flipped the narrative, accusing me of having a degrading attitude. It was clear she had no interest in listening—only deflecting.

What’s worse, a staff member quietly admitted there have already been multiple inappropriate incidents at camp this year and that they’re “trying to get a grip on it.” Meanwhile, the director claimed nothing like this has ever happened in her 10 years of running the program. That disconnect is both alarming and unacceptable.

No parent should find out about serious incidents from their child after pickup. No child should be punished for reporting harm. And no family should be gaslit by leadership when trying to protect their child.

This camp lacks the supervision, communication, and leadership required to ensure a safe environment.

I enrolled my 5/6 year old son is the Ninja Fit program for 8-9 months (August 2023 to April 2024). My hope was that he would learn structure, skills, team work, and some discipline. This was my first time ever enrolling a child in something like this so I didn’t know what to expect.

Upon arrival for our trial class, we were very confused. The front desk woman wasn’t very helpful and there were no clear signs for where to go or what to do. We expected the coach to be waiting at the door to greet the students but that wasn’t the case. With a large gym, young child, and a sign that prohibits parents from entering - the first-timer experience was intimidating for my child and I.

However, my social son found his way and he enjoyed the class very much. Worn out is an understatement! The class started with stretches and ended with obstacles.

The online description of the Ninja Fit program promised martial arts training but unfortunately, in 9 months, my son received zero training.

To be honest, the majority of the classes were spent stretching and doing obstacles without much training of any kind. I’d hoped for my son to at least receive some sort of guidance and discipline with how he approached certain obstacles or stretches but that didn’t seem to be the case.

Also, the coaches changed every week for probably about 4-5 of those months. There were some days where I questioned if there was even a coach for the Ninja Fit program at all. On those days, it seemed as if they’d just pick a coach at random to lead his class. Many times, it felt like the young ladies teaching his class had little tolerance or interest in teaching them. They’d be distracted by other things going on, which delayed the class, or they’d seem annoyed.

Two coaches that we did love very much were Coach Amanda and Coach Colin. They both took a a personal interest in each child, showing that they really enjoyed guiding them.

By the time they seemed to have a consistent coach, it seemed as if the majority of the boys in the ninja fit program had dropped it. There was a time when my son was the only one in the class.

While speaking to a handful of the other moms, some said they were disappointed with the lack of structure and the uncertainty. While others had children who just got bored halfway through the class and wanted to
Leave early (including my son towards the end). I hear another mom saying that she could setup an obstacle course at home and her children weren’t being taught anything she couldn’t teach them - for the ninja fit program specifically.

While my son loved the exercise and I loved the hour break once a week, my super active son became bored with the same thing every week. The ninja fit class had so much potential but without the martial arts and without gymnastics, it was just an obstacle course that they switched around sometimes.

I’d pay for free play and maybe even gymnastics but Ninja Fit just wasn’t worth it. I hope they improve the program for the sake of the kids and community.

My girls have attended fitclub for many years now. I truly feel this establishment cares and loves the kids that attend and most importantly LOVE what they do. The owner ken is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable of the sport and takes the time to really listen to the kids. Jennifer is top notch in running the office side of things. She always makes sure she has everything thought of and prepared. Coach Carolyn is just fantastic at being a mentor and coach for all the kids. All the coaches are just great all around. This is such a nice place to be able to send your kids for their after school program or just attend rec or team classes. Their summer camp is so nice too because my kids come home exhausted from all the fun and activities they do. I truly recommend fitclub if you are looking for something extra curricular for your child and want that family vibe for your kids to be around.

My children have both done some beginner level classes here and they've been good for the most part. I use their day camps much more often and find it to be the most affordable option out there. My kids always enjoy being able to play in the gym and they have games as well. We've been coming for many years now. While I do often recommend them for day camps, I do warn people that it's cheaper for a reason in that they are just sort of in a make-shift room with picnic tables and yes, it's pretty crowded. It's still good and safe, but you'll have a better experience if you know what to expect going into it.

This facility is over crowded, they are more worried about taking in as many kids as possible to get money than the safety of the children.. The coaches are extremely rude to the children. Every time I would pick up my kid there was a child being yelled at or crying. I am so beyond glad to be away from the this place. I feel bad I made my child suffer as long as I did.. And it smells!

We came here a few years ago and it was great! Recently we came back to a horrible experience from the staff being rude on our first day back not knowing how to direct us to the coaches not coaching at all. They stand around they don’t look at the kids they don’t coach teach or correct they just sit there bored yawning. If your child has a talent I DO NOT recommend this gym. Communication is very poor!

I signed my two girls up for summer camp… their first day was okay, the kids are seated at these tiny tables all smooshed together which seems to be extremely cramped. As they started in their day, they did some stretches & had open gym, no instructions on how to use any of the equipment even after asking the kids if this was their first time and played games later in the day. Around 4 they sat at the tables again until the end of their day (ends at 5). Their second day was supposed to be “water day” I’m not sure what we were expecting but 5 small buckets of water & some squirt guns were a little disappointing.. especially with so many kids. Also noticed by 3pm they were inside and done for the day? I don’t understand the hours differences in the days. Lastly, from the first day the staff seemed to be miserable, now I’m not one to pick on that cause i wouldn’t want to do that job but when your kids come home both days saying these people look miserable and are angry all day it’s a little disappointing. Kids shouldn’t feel that way at what’s supposed to be a summer camp full of “fun activities”.

Honestly, if I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The staff was extremely coarse and disrespectful. I inquired about a charge for a week that my child wasn’t even attended and all I received from the lady on the phone was excuses and how it was my fault. I stated that it was my fault but she continued to be coarse and boast about how they have a waiting list then threatened to remove my child from the camp. The result of the conversation was me getting the fee for the week and her saying that my child will not be attending the camp. Horrible customer service and the most dreadful interpersonal skills I have ever encountered. I'm saddened by the conversation because my child has friends that attended the camp. However, now I will have to find a new summer camp because the summer camp police banished me.

Most distrustful staff I've ever encountered. I called about a balance and the Manger or idk said " I know who you are, you have a zero balance and hung up on me!!!" Because I said if the staff would speak to a parent distrustful I could only imagine how they would talk to my child that's why I wouldn't go back there. How the staff treats you is how the company runs.. Im glad I found somewhere that I know me and my child are respected..

I took my daughter for a day to their spring break camp- WITHIN 30 MINS of the camp starting I got a call and the first thing they asked was "has she ever been to daycare" (she had since one and was now 5). They had trouble getting her interested as she had never been there before- they called back an hour later said she was finally playing. Then 1:30 I got a call she was ready to go. ( I guess they just call any kids parents when they say they wanna go home... NOT)

Def seems like they play favorites and sorry I guess my child was to difficult for them as she didn't get to stay for the whole day. I'm not sure what is so hard to manage kids when you have a gym full of activities but I don't think she wants to go back and I doubt the fit club wants her to come back either. lol

I didn't have huge expectations when taking my toddler to this gym for a class, but the instructor was not very personable with children. She never got on their level, cheered them on, or even spoke to my little girl directly. I understand there is not going to be much involved instruction or structure with 2-3 year old kids, but I did think at least the teacher would do more than point at the next thing and say "okay, now do this" and expect my toddler or myself to understand what to do as we've never been there before. I'm pretty sure I could be more enthusiastic (and I was) than the instructor without any prior experience. She was young and probably doesn't have kids, but she seemed to not really care all that much about being hands on involved and a fun personality for kids to enjoy being around. Thankfully, I only paid $5 for a trial. Needless to say, I will not be enrolling my tot here. The staff was friendly enough but I at least expect someone teaching to be more friendly and show leadership.

Have two daughters here and both love it. One is a competitive gymnast and the other is just starting off. They are tough on the kids but their gym (and my daughter) are winning most of the meets they go to. Some parents don't know how to handle the teachers telling their kids to tough it out. They expect the "everyone get's a trophy" mentality and I'm glad that Fit Club doesn't stoop to the level of idiocy that is ruining modern sports. I've never heard of anything "inappropriate" going on (and believe me, everyone talks) as suggested by momof3. I have seen mom's and dad's upset at the coaches after telling their kids to toughen up but for the most part the coaches are great at their jobs. Like most gymnastic coaches worth anything they want the best for their students and expect nothing less. That's why I love this place. If you want to fool around and never do any competitive events, go elsewhere. If you want to win and learn something, go to Fit Club.
