This gym is amazing! A place where you feel welcomed, no matter your size, shape or fitness level. Alicia & her team are always by your side. They have worked with me for years as I struggled with highs & lows, but not once did I ever feel out of place. Bonus: They take insurance!

I have finally found a Fitness Studio that I love. So many different classes that whatever my fitness level is I can find just the right class. The instructors are all extraordinary. Fun as well as making me Sweat!😁 I don't want a regular gym. It gets boring. I don't believe that can ever happen at Fit Full Force. So many interesting ways to get Fit and Stay There!

Fantastic place. We were looking to rent bikes and hit the jackpot here. The Trek bikes were of high quality and a very reasonable price. The customer service, friendliness and professionalism from Alicia was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Alicia is a great trainer and i love the gym and love the massage chair. She helped me to understand all the machines. Shes fun and does alot for the community as well; meetings, Halloween events, etc...I thoroughly love the gym and enjoy seeing what she plans on doing next!

Alicia is an amazing trainer. She is like having a personal cheerleader. The gym is smaller so your not so overwhelmed. The workouts are perfect. Alicia moves you through a circuit with different machines and workouts that work for your body. She shows you all the movements, guides you through your training and helps you reach your goals.

I saw an ad ran for a free 20 mim session massage with their zero gravity chair this week so I booked an appointment...upon arrival I met Alicia who had such a great personality, she made me feel welcome and had gotten me all set up to have my 20 min of relaxation!! Annnddd wow!!! Was it worth it! I felt so good afterwords especially being half way thru my pregnancy. I would def recommend this establishment to anyone. The atmosphere is so refreshing here, I will also be booking in the future! Thanks again Alicia for being so accommodating.

Fun times while getting a good workout. Love how circuit training is modified for my limitations. And the new class > Drums Alive!!! Best way to get get fit is to find a place where you feel comfortable, have great guidance, and music and laughter to carry you through the hour. Building muscles and stability in my 70s.
