Joe is a phenominal trainer, incredibly knowledgeable, and a very smart and caring guy.

I approched Joe about a year ago after seeing a lot of great google reviews about him, and saw he was conveniently located to me. I’m a young guy, and I tore my labrum a few years ago. My shoulder was finally starting to feel better, and I was ready to get back into shape without reinjuring my shoulder.

Joe taught me everything I needed to know and put together a few workout plans for me to do on my own. He worked with me on my nutrition, and most of all, he was my greatest motivator. He made me excited and ready to go to the gym every time I saw him, and on my own.

I’m feeling so much healthier, happier, and my shoulder is feeling the best its been in years thanks to Joe’s help. I cannot overstate enough just how amazing and smart Joe is. He is college educated too in personal training (I think), he was describing to me his credentials and his classes were very similar to that of physical therapy. He truely is a very smart and caring guy.

As a veteran with some lingering injuries from my time in the military, I was pretty cautious about getting back into training. I didn’t want to risk making anything worse, but I still wanted to get stronger and feel better overall.

Joe was awesome from the start. He really listened, took my injuries seriously, and built a program that worked around them without making me feel limited. I’ve worked with other trainers before, but Joe’s attention to detail and knowledge made a huge difference.

Having Joe as a personal trainer is great. This is truly his passion as he studied it at a university level. He will push you to excel but also patient as some of the workouts and diet regiments might be new to you. I’ve had Joe for about ~two years now as a personal trainer, and connecting with him has been one of the greatest choice I’ve done. He is not only super knowledgeable of the typical workout exercises, but how your body should be trained at the anatomical level. Long, BUT worth the read.
My husband and I have been training with Joe in his group sessions, and we absolutely love it! Unlike typical group classes with large groups, our “group” session was just the two of us, which made it feel more personalized.

It was also only $45 per session, which was an incredible deal compared to what we were quoted at LA Fitness or some of the other gyms I visited. I loved that Joe also gave super helpful nutrition tips (we didn’t opt for the full meal plan, but the tips were great).

Joe’s app is also amazing—it’s packed with helpful info and gave my husband and I access to our programs whenever we want, so we could do workouts on our own, or while on vacation. The latter was great since my husband and I travel a lot. In fact, the photos show my husband and I getting our last workout in before our trip to the DR the next day. Although I train with my husband, Joe still customized our programs to fit our different goals (I have a knee issue from playing soccer and my auto ammune sometimes limit my mobility.) I was a little skeptical at first but I've had no issues with my knee. In fact I'm doing things that I couldn't do before. My husband and I also appreciate the affordability (I'm a teacher,) expertise, and the personalized experience! My husband and I are not getting any younger, so being in our 50's brings it's own challenges. So, for my fellow menopausal women, Joe has plan even for you. I'm just glad we found Joe.
