This is an amazing company with fun classes and excellent instructors! The fierce flirt is my favorite. You don’t even realize you’re exercising until the next day when you wake up sore. I also really enjoy their hip-hop fit! Everyone is so nice and there’s a real sense of community. Can’t wait to try more classes!
