Had my pole since 2021.The pole only spun for about a year. Now it barely spins. Not to mention the fact that the design damaged my ceiling because of the corners on it. I'll have to cut the pole down because it won't loosen, even after I did everything that Support and the YouTube video told me to. Purchasing this pole would be a tremendous waste of time and money.

This pole is not a good pole. My pole seemed to be curved. It would not straighten out no matter what. I reached out to customer service. They refused to allow me to return it for a new one or get a refund. It fell multiple times and the last time it shattered my entire entertainment center and left a hole in my wall. I ended up tossing it and filing a dispute with my bank multiple times for months. They refused to approve it as well. I would purchase an x pole if you are looking for a good quality silicone pole. Or just simply purchase an Amazon pole. Mines has never failed me or fallen.

Worse than a $100 Amazon pole! It fell down in the first week (so I bought a ceiling mount), I have a xpole and have had the super cheap Amazon pole that did not just fall! It won’t stay in static mode. There is this weird smush out between each section that I had to carefully cut with an exact knife. The top foot is basically worthless due to the horrible cover design! Also, customer service is iffy.

There are so many better options out there - do not get this pole!!

Update- After posting this review Shelly reached out to me to sort. After shipping back the rusted pole and checking in the replacement was sent. I did note that the accessory bag I sent back in my return was not sent to me and they asked if I’d like another. I would since it was in my original purchase this summer. I am glad they worked to replace it overall.

I ordered the purple pole for my birthday. When I was able to unbox it I think the top pole piece is rusted. No matter what I do I cannot get pole a and pole b to screw together completely. I sent an email and a message on ig and have not heard back on any possible solution. I am so bummed that I am unable to use what I purchased.

Shelly called me personally and solved the issue with my pole. She was friendly and kind. The A and B pole wouldn’t thread and I got kind of scared because of how much I spent but Shelly’s swift response in getting me parts sent to me to fix the issue settled my anxiety. If you’re looking to condition your body but can’t because you have no grip strength and your hands slip invest in the pink silicone pole!
