I have been working with George / Fitlete for at least 7 years. Started as a smoker with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and weighing 338 lbs (6ft height.) Today I weigh 208 lbs, my cholesterol and BP are much closer to normal, as evidenced by the reduction in my medication doses. It’s nothing short of life-changing and there’s no way I could’ve done it without George’s skills, patience, flexibility and wisdom. His rational data- and science-based approach works very well with my own worldview and his ability to keep clients focused is second to none.
If you’re thinking of training with someone, George should absolutely be at the very top of your list. My entire family (there are 5 of us at the moment) are now employing his services!

I met and started training with George many, many years ago, and I was already a woman of "serious" age, with many health problems. In my life, I had experience training with many personal trainers, all of them were honored athletes. But never and with no one have I achieved such personal success, my own "Olympic" records, as with George! And all the years that I have been training with him, I never cease to thank fate for meeting this wonderful caring understanding person, a professional in his field. George is constantly improving his level in many areas of knowledge related to fitness, he is interested in learning new trends in the profession and applying them in practice. And all this together works great, I know from my own experience! These are issues of general health, these are personal problems, and, of course, issues of proper nutrition (problems with excess weight and sports nutrition). I'm someone who trained on my own for 10 years, accomplishing essentially nothing.
