I've been going to this location for almost 4 months now and I couldn't be more pleased with the facility and with the team. Especially Ruben Cortez. Ruben has been training me for just over 2 months and I can really feel and see the results. He is a great motivator and he's even helping me make good nutrition choices. The gym itself is always clean and when equipment is down, it's clearly marked and usually back in a day or two. I haven't taken advantage of any classes yet as I've been focused on losing weight and gaining muscle. I'm happy to share that I am down 13 pounds since I started but I also feel stronger. Thanks CF and thanks Ruben. I wouldn't have been able to get this far without you.

This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with going to the gym, and I truly love it here! The facility is always clean, and I especially appreciate the women’s section—it makes me feel comfortable and focused. There are constant wipes available, and everyone does a great job cleaning the equipment after use. The sauna is a huge plus for me!

I’m currently training with Jill, and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s supportive, motivating, and really knows how to push me toward my goals in the best way.

She tailors every workout to our individual goals and abilities — even though my neighbor and I train together, she makes sure each of us are challenged in the right way. Was a member before, barely used the gym. I decided last month that I was going to start coming more often and I’m so glad I did. I ended up purchasing a personal training package with Jill. And I have not been disappointed. Since the beginning, she has been my biggest supporter and keeps me accountable. She pushes me past my comfort zone, all while keeping me motivated with words of encouragement. I’ve worked with a couple trainers at other gyms in the past, and they cared more about the money than the client. Jill WANTS to see me succeed in the goals I’ve set up and she is doing everything in her power to make that happen. I love talking with her about nutrition too and the substitutions I can make to my favorite meals, so I can still enjoy what I like, just a little healthier version. I’m so grateful to be her client. I recently started going to the gym due to moving and I could not be happier with my decision. I am not an avid gym girlie but on my way, and I feel super comfortable here. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My personal trainer Jill has been working with me and I’ve made more progress in a month and a half than I did for a year on my own. I was shocked how fast my body is changing with her help and how I am getting stronger with each session. I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year. The gym is always clean ready to go. My son attends the daycare. My favorite part of the gym are the lady’s that take care of my son while I focus on my workout. Sofia is amazing and is always keeping me informed when it comes to the kids. They are very attentive. This was a good gym and I wish I could leave a higher score, but if you plan on cancelling your membership make sure to get physical copies of the closing documents.

There is a clause in the contract that says if you're moving more than 30 miles away you can cancel the contract without penalties. I went to the gym, spoke with a manager, providing proof of where I was moving and was told the account was closed and I was all set.

A year later I was sent to collections. I've tried disputing it twice to no avail, and because I trusted the person I was speaking to to do their job, my credit was hit and I'm stuck paying a balance anyway. Very poor experience. Learn from my mistake and get it in writing.

I started my transformation about 6 months ago after being out of the game for a few years. Brandi was welcoming and knowledgeable of all the memberships offered and, as a fitness enthusiast, VERY knowledgeable of all the equipment and explained everything there was to expect from the facility. The staff is friendly, equipment is maintained, and the vibe is right! I use to drive 10 minutes to get to the gym and after moving further away, the 30 minute drive is definitely not a deterrent

Fitness CF is a one of a kind gym. I’ve been a member at all locations, but this is by far my favorite. My kids love the childcare center and I love the gym itself. The staff is awesome and the equipment selection & group fitness classes are top tier. Today we did 110 steps for 343 heroes and I’m so grateful they found a way for us to honor the fallen.

I’m so grateful for Ms. Sophia at the Kiddies Gym! She takes such wonderful care of my baby while I work out, and I always feel at ease knowing my little one is in her hands. I have been coming here for a few years, and I LOVE the women’s only area. However, I was really shocked and disappointed to come in one day to find all the weights over 60 pounds had been removed from the ladies room. Many women lift dumbbells over 60 pounds, so the fact they were removed by staff is a bit sexist as well.

I have no words to describe how amazing this daycare was for my daughter. She wasn’t in school yet, so it helped her a lot with socialization. More than that, the teachers who took care of her were absolutely wonderful — the best I’ve ever seen! They gave her so much attention, care, and love. We've been loyal members of CF Fitness Clermont since it opened and have always had great experiences—until recently. Unfortunately, our interactions with Alex at the front desk have been consistently negative. She's extremely rude and dismissive, rarely greets members with a simple “hello” or “goodbye,” and shows a clear lack of interest in customer service.

It's not just us—I've seen her treat other members the same way, interrupting workouts to scold people for using their phones, even when it's obvious they’re looking at their workout plans. There's a complete lack of courtesy or professionalism.

Customer service roles require a certain level of communication and respect, and sadly, Alex does not seem to possess those qualities. It’s disappointing to see such a stark contrast in service from an otherwise great staff. CF Fitness deserves better representation at the front desk.

I’ve debated making this review for months but I thought it might be helpful for any weary individuals considering this gym. Long story short had an absolutely awful experience with a trainer a few months ago. Basically was heavily pushed to accept personal training classes, was belittled during the entire consultation, and then when i decided that I did not want to continue with training sessions, my trainer left me in the middle of our session completely alone! Made me feel completely embarrassed, alone, and angry. Tried several times to make a complaint about it and was ignored by staff. Haven’t been back since and am now stuck finishing out my plan. So, if you’re a bigger woman looking for a safe place to start your journey, save your money or at least skip the free consultation because the tears aren’t worth it!!

Truly Amazing! I decided it was time to get my fitness journey started again. After speaking with a neighbor Rasheeda, I realized she worked for CF fitness. She suggested I'd come visit the location and see what I thought, which I did. From the moment I walked in the door, my experience was outstanding!. Corey greeted me and offered to take me on a tour. As we toured the facility, Audrey introduced herself and often to show me the women's restroom and amenities. She was very informative as she continued to tidy up, which I was very impressed with. Fitness CF is very good for working out, very good equipment, large, organized and clean gym. I usually work out very early and the gym is very quiet at that time. I really like the massage room. The staff are very friendly and always kind.

this is the first gym i ever joined, so i have nothing else to compare it to - full disclosure! i chose this gym without shopping around because they have a women’s workout room and the gym is huge. i’ve since moved to another state and i’m going to miss fitness CF so much! they maintain their machines well, it’s always clean, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. it’s also open 24 hours which is amazing. they close on some holidays and post plenty of signage to let you know in advance. i will say that i now know that it’s a bit pricier than other gyms but it’s well worth it. i don’t have children, but they do have childcare here while you workout.

Unjust Membership Revocation and Inconsistent Policy Enforcement

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the recent termination of my membership, and surprisingly, my wife's membership, by the General Manager, Mike, at your CF Fitness 4 Corners location. This drastic action stemmed from what I believe was an entirely unwarranted interaction regarding my choice of attire.
Mike approached me, claiming my tank top violated the gym's dress code. This came as a complete shock, as I have been a dedicated member for nearly eight months, consistently using your facilities without a single negative interaction with any staff member until now. What makes this situation particularly egregious is the blatant inconsistency in how your dress code policies are enforced. While my membership was revoked for a tank top, I have regularly observed other members working out in attire that could be described as "lingerie," with seemingly no consequences. This stark contrast suggests a highly subjective and unfair application of rules, allowing for personal judgment calls rather than consistent, clear guidelines.
Furthermore, the decision to revoke my wife's membership, despite her not being present during the interaction and having no involvement whatsoever, is frankly outrageous. This collateral cancellation of an innocent party's membership is an unacceptable overreach of authority and demonstrates an apparent lack of professional judgment on Mike's part. It strongly suggests that his actions were driven by a "power trip" rather than a genuine concern for policy adherence.
The inconsistency in your gym's dress code application creates a hostile and unpredictable environment for members. Rules should be clear, consistently applied, and not subject to individual interpretation or bias. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, reinstate both my and my wife's memberships, and address the issue of inconsistent policy enforcement by your general manager.

I been going to this gym for a while now and I love it , but yesterday I was feeling sick with a headache and I found a nice lady that ask me if I was okay and offered me help , her name is Audrie , she Took me to the hydro massage and after that I was able to continue my workout without pain , I’ve never meet someone so nice and so willing to help others while doing her job , hope to see her more often , she deserves a rise for going above and beyond even if it’s not her job , people like her is what makes this place special .

I had a great first impression of Fitness CF at Clermont today. I was assisted by Rosemary. She was very professional, kind, and informative. The gym has lots of features that stood out to me but one of my favorite features was the ladies only fitness room. I also love the sauna! And there are lots of equipment to choose from! When I entered the ladies locker room, I was greeted by Audrey who also was kind and professional. She was very on top of cleaning and made sure everything was in tip top shape! She too was very informative. Both ladies made me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this gym!

Everyone is excellent, but I want to highlight Roseli's service at the front desk. Her approach is incredible, and she always has a positive attitude and a smile. This is a great gym facility! It has many different machines and equipment to work your body in many ways to get you sculpted and fit. The lockers and sauna area are always clean. The staff at the desk and common areas are friendly and professional, always ready to answer questions. Jaime Rivera, trainer, is the best! He is knowledgeable, attentive and in 1 session with machines, he showed me how beneficial is to know proper form and machines to reach my goals. He also took the time to get me to complete my body composition scan to further my goals. I highly recommend Jaime Rivera and this CF facility in the Four Corners area.

Great gym with great trainers. Signed up for personal training with John Huff. The experience was excellent. John was very knowledgeable, created a plan that was specific to my goals and explained every exercise and how it was related to the goals. He is very positive and a great motivator. Always looked forward to each training session. I literally saw improvement for the stiffness and pain in my back in just two weeks. I highly recommend John Huff as a personal trainer.

Would not recommend if you value personal space and are focused on making progress. The members here tend to just mess around being passive aggressive instead of working out. The vibe gives off unwelcoming, competitive, unfocused. Broken machines. Overcrowded. Had an interaction with a member that required me to firmly set boundary which turned into them complaining to staff. Although they were the aggressor, staff sided with the other member seemingly due to cultural differences. I’ve been training in commercial gyms for over 10 years and have never attended a gym like this. Much better off signing up at the Fitness CF on Turkey Lake. The members and staff there are a lot more gym culture oriented. Had some of my best lifts at the gym in Turkey Lake, everyone else was locked into their own workouts and respect each others space/workouts. Not to mention better looking women. Clermont Fitness CF worst gym in Orlando hands down.

Update: Your reply confirms the exact culture I referenced in my review. Reactionary, emotionally charged, and unprofessional.

To be clear: I responded to being physically blocked and pushed by another member. I set a boundary verbally after being provoked, not as an aggressor but as someone protecting his space. That’s a fundamental right, not a violation.

Rather than investigate with neutrality, your team made assumptions. The way this was handled—along with your dismissive tone here—further proves the environment at your location is not focused on member experience or resolution, but rather control and optics.

I’ve moved on to another facility and wish you the best, but I stand by everything I wrote. My refund was appreciated. There’s nothing more to discuss.
