I can’t say enough great things about Fitness Factory! Great place to work out. I was visiting the area and checked out the Fitness Factory. It was a Friday morning and not too busy. Lots of equipment to choose from and they had a cute posing room where you could take photos. There was a combination of heavy duty weight lifting guys as well as your average weight lifters. I didn’t see too many other women that day but it was fine, everyone was polite and left me alone. The front desk guy was amazing and was so friendly and such a great personality to introduce me to the gym. I’ll definitely go back when I’m in town again.

Tried to support a local business vs. a large corporation, but had to give up. Fitness Factory is on some kind of downward spiral. Machines out of order, no drinking fountain for days, mens bathroom urinal out of service and reeking. I'm surprise the health department doesn't close this place down. Guessing the management doesn't care about it much. It sure seems that way. Sad.

I traveled to Sebring for 2 weeks and they worked with me on a membership price. Used the gym every day for two weeks and have nothing but great things to say. 10/10 recommend. As a certified personal trainer myself, used to the perks of her own gym, the equipment was diverse and well organized. I rarely ran into an issue of wait or limited access to equipment. The ability to lift heavy was critical and this gym provided it all. I’m addition, it had lockers, showers, cardio, rooms with mirrors and more. Everything you need in one gym with a great and motivating vibe. Love the orange touch 🧡

I have no idea why but the guy that works at the front desk with the glasses is as rude as it comes. He hardly even looks up if you ask him a question. He always acts like you’re bothering him a whole lot. A guy I know was treated very poorly by him one day and then the owner kicked him out and I’ve heard of other people too. What’s going on with this gym anyway. I guess the owner must be making so much money he doesn’t care.

Ok so originally I gave them a five star but unfortunately times have changed. First off I have only been here for like 2 months or so the last payment they took $64 from me when it's supposed to be $45 now it's the same card same account with plenty of mo ey on it second every time I go to get a protein shake nobody is ever there and I really look forward to a shake after my workout second staff ad been real rude don't even greet you when entering as a matter of fact don't even look at you more so in the morning time so with all that being said I'll be canceling my membership unfortunately it's so sad theses business can't hold there end of the deal when we the customers are paying 💔

Been a member for some years now and got a new debit card been busy with life and haven’t been too the gym to update my new card never got a call or anything saying I needed to update my membership and they sent my debt to a lawyers office after a few months I do not recommend this gym at all . Trying to ruin my credit over a 100$ is pretty pathetic.

This gym is going downhill. My boyfriend and I joined it about a year and a half ago, not long after we joined the owner sold out. It was really a nice place. Since then it seems like it’s been a downhill slide. The place is poorly maintained and poorly managed, and the employees don’t care. They mostly sit at front desk and play on their phones. The bathrooms are disgusting. They only clean them a couple times a week. The machines are old and need thoroughly cleaned and oiled. If one breaks it takes weeks to get fixed. The fans don’t work half the time and the ones upstairs I don’t think have ever been cleaned. They’re covered with dust and lint. The rubber flooring is dirty and seldom cleaned. They run a vacuum around I guess. My boyfriend went in the men’s sauna and immediately left. He said it had body grease all in the wood, and it reeked. We decided to explore other gyms in the area and found one we like much better. It’s clean and the bathrooms aren’t dirty The current owners must not be paying attention to what’s going on, Very disappointed.

Our son had an opportunity to go to school out of town and we moved as a family. I myself spoke with the owner who said no worries regarding the contract he would have it waived himself. Months later we received harassing calls from a collection agency and came to find out that the agency had reported it to the credit bureau and the credit had dropped 70 plus points!!! I then called the gym yet AGAIN, this time nobody had any recollection of waiving the contract but instead kept trying to solicit money after the fact the credit is trashed. Our son caved and paid it off. Here we are 2 months later and the credit bureau still hasn’t been updated. Strictly speaking these people are trash 🚮 and lied to us not once but twice!!!

Good gym, good price. The equipment (some) isn't very comfortable to use as the motion of it is sort of off. Got rid of the tanning bed for a fit3d scanner which is nice but the tanning was included in membership while this is not. The front desk is frequently used as a hangout spot which is kind of uncomfortable to walk into. Overall it's a great gym with some minor annoyances.

24 hour gym with plenty of equiptment. Good atmosphere for intermediate to advanced weightlifters, as there are competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding members who attend this facility. Rubber coated flooring could use some repair as certain parts are worn down due equiptment usage etc. The deadlift platform is positioned in a tight corner. Overall a good local gym.

As a fitness professional and someone whose been lifting for over a decade, the gym is great and has all of the equipment I could need but I’m giving 4stars I prefer late night workouts and the late night crowd is AWFUL. Come in packs, stand around blocking equipment and literally scream and bark throughout their workout. I’ve left in the middle of a workout because I was so irritated on multiple occasions. It would also be nice to have more than one location for deadlifts, especially when groups are standing around and blocking that corner. The owner seems very nice and accommodating and I’m hoping he can do something about the etiquette during non staffed hours.

Hate to leave a bad review but i can only speak off my experience i moved away durring the pandemic and where i am the pandemic is still ongoing all payments were. Cancelled to the gym then still durring the pandemic i was charged for membership i called to atempt to cancel and the lady was incredibly rude saying they had the right no notification wold not let me speak and was unwilling to negotiate and was consistantly over talking me.. I often have a cold greeting from the front desk lady in person idk the reason but it just so happens that i am black and i have seen her handel the same situation over the phone and in person much diffrently..kinder more gental and guiding i will probably never go here again and it sucks because its really a convenient location the man at the dest is pretty cool on the other hand
