Really amazing gym for a multitude of different reasons, been going here off and on since summer of last year and it's just been amazing. Great and helpful staff. Clean, working equipment, has everything you need to build muscle, lose fat, anything you'd need to progress. Great to see all the new people coming into the gym aswell, when I started going it felt pretty empty, it's really cool to see how the community has formed, everyone's very nice and it's just such a nice atmosphere.

They don't explain (the contract) clearly. Once you call to cancel, you have to keep paying for another 2 or 3 months even though you've cancelled, not to mention the annual fee they charge $100+, which they also don't clarify! Terrible!

My favorite local gym! I use this gym two days a week after 5pm and it is not crowded. They have all of the weights and equipment you could ever need. It’s easy for me to stay motivated when I know that after work I can look forward to working out in a gym that is clean and the equipment is readily available to use-no waiting around. Robert, a regular staff member at the front, is the icing on the cake. He is extremely friendly, approachable, and knowledgable.

I’ve tried just about every gym in NPR, & this absolutely has been my favorite. It’s never crowded, it’s always so clean, the staff are so so nice, & the price is the cherry on top. It’s not an intimidating gym at all like some can be, I genuinely do get excited to go do my gym days here!

I love this place. Clean, great equipment, a variety of weights and workout equipment. Not too busy, and when there are other people they are actually working out. Not taking up equipment to use their phones. The staff is helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a great gym.

$10 a month is misleading. Even if one gets the $10 a month annual plan
●$10 a month for a year- $120
●Actuvation fee- $49
●Annual fee-$54
●Plus taxes-13.38
Comes out to $236.38 a year which is 19.69 a month. But if the reviews are a reflection of how the gym truely opperates then it's still a great price and worth it.

Really nice gym, staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I recently signed up and I’m really glad I moved from my old gym. Would really hit home if they had a hip thrust machine though

Everything that they offer here , Has been absolutely wonderful. Their red light therapy room has absolutely done wonders for me. This would be the first time that I actually stay going to a fitness gym.

There are plenty of gyms that charge like $10 this gym is not the same old 1)it's new the gym and equipment are super clean 2)This owner and staff
Yes owner , is extremely involved w the customer and beyond wonderful 3)this is family owned the daughters our part of the every day team that make this gym 4) the mear mention of a possible issue gets immediate attention busy or not i recommend this gym to everybody I even hand out 3 day passes of the gym so people can experience the greatness. And no I wasn't paid for this come visit you'll probably see me there I'm GiGi. @gigiforzafamilia
