Chris was an excellent trainer. One of those that walk the walk that they talk about. Knowledgable and flexible to my energy levels while still pushing me to make gains. After 3 months of twice a week training with him I saw noticeable improvements in my build as well as my energy levels.

From a thorough intake session to being extremely attentive during in-person sessions to providing hyper-specific cues and nutritional tips, his hyper-personalized approach works!

I came to him with very specific goals, including posture correction and muscle mass gain. His broad knowledge and attention to details helped me get where I wanted and gain enough knowledge to continue the work autonomously.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris for 2 1/2 years. He guides, trains, teaches and helps to improve many facets of life from physical/aesthetic, strength, movement, nutrition, etc. He selflessly shares his expertise on fitness, athletic performance, nutrition, mobility and corrective exercises. He provides a program for the days you’re not with him to ensure you’re progressively improving and reaching goals. No two days are ever the same and he’s constantly finding ways to challenge you and keep things fresh. He comes prepared to every session, provides his full undivided attention and notices every detail of your form during the hour. He constantly adjusts and corrects you as you go to ensure you’re doing things correctly, feeling it where you’re supposed to and minimizing any chance of injury. Lastly, as life impacts where we may be on our journey, Chris picks up on these things and adapts the training curriculum. If you have a chance to work with him, you’ll understand just how different his approach and style is compared to many of the trainers you see in Miami. I have referred him to my partner as well as friends and would recommend him to anyone looking to seriously dive and invest in their wellbeing, health and fitness goals.

I began training with Chris in January 2024, seeking relief from long-standing hip and lower back issues. From the outset, Chris's expertise, attention to detail, and dedication were evident. Over the past six months, I've made remarkable strides in my fitness journey. Not only has my hip and lower back pain vanished, but my overall strength and mobility have improved dramatically. I've dealt with a lot of trainers and I can say Chris is the best . He pushes you a lot because he knows that you are capable. Not only that he cares about your food intakes and guides you as to how many calories you should be consuming. He is tough but the best . Wouldn't go anywhere else but for him .

Amazing training! I have been working with Christopher/Fitness Forward for quite a while and it’s always an opportunity to learn all of the different things I can do when it comes to fitness. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge and growing. Working with him has greatly improved my posture, strength, body composition, mental health, and my confidence level at the gym in general.
