I first met Cody just over 2 years ago, as I’d been diagnosed with osteopenia & was advised to start doing more weight bearing exercises. I was impressed from the get go, he did 2 assessments & started me on a specific exercise program to increase my bone density.
In the beginning I couldn’t even get myself off of the floor to do a push up, & now im able to do them. He’s an amazing trainer, he pushes you when you really think you CANNOT do something, because he knows you CAN do it. He listens & adjusts the program as needed, like when Ive hurt myself in every day life!
I didn’t need PT as my trainer fixed me, phew.
I just had a repeat bone density scan & it shows improvement! He also gives great nutrition advice. Thanks Cody! Im now not achy when I wake up. If you’re looking for a trainer who won’t give a “ cookie cutter “ regime & will instead listen & make a unique program for you alone, Cody would be the trainer for you!

Before Coach Cody started working at Fitness Society, he had his own studio. My wife and I followed him from there to Fitness Society. We both go together each week for our sessions. This was my wife’s idea. I was not excited at first, but I look forward to our session each week. He tailors our workouts to be similar and adjusts weight accordingly for ability level. Aside from going to see him just once each week, you also get access to the app for workouts you can do at home with very little need for equipment. These are not random workouts, he selects them. He’s is great to work with, and he’s flexible on time. My wife has had issues with lower back. If she has a problem, he’ll switch things on the fly. He even gave her exercises to overcome the back issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody. My wife and I are both happy with our improved level of fitness and also appearance.

I’ve been working with Cody for about a month, and in that short time I’ve lost 4 lbs and already notice a real difference in my mobility and overall strength. Before we started, Cody did a full assessment and immediately identified the areas I needed to improve.
He challenges me during our sessions, but what really sets him apart is the “homework” he gives me during the week. At first, I honestly thought he was babying me—but once I did the exercises, I understood exactly why he assigned them. They targeted my weaknesses in a big way and immediately humbled me.
Cody is incredibly knowledgeable and intentional. He won’t just do what you think you want—he does what you actually need. He pushes you, expects effort, and will stand firm until he knows you’re ready for advancing. He’s wicked smart, knows his stuff, and he genuinely cares about your progress.
It’s only been a month, but Cody is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I can’t wait to see where I am in six months. Highly recommend.

Cody trains differently than any trainer I’ve ever worked with and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone serious about their health.
He’s fun to work with and he’s focused on improvement. He is also helping me find connection between training, nutrition and how that helps me show up in my life as the person I want to be. I train once a week in the gym with Cody and then he develops at home workouts specifically for me including exercises I’ve never done before. He communicates frequently during the week and is super responsive to any questions I have away from the gym. I am quickly getting stronger and changing my body shape but it’s not just about improving how many reps I can do. It’s also about being the kind of person I want to be. It’s about showing up, about doing something instead of talking myself into doing nothing, it’s about consistency over time leading to measurable change. Cody is extremely knowledgeable about exercise physiology and how to increase strength without getting hurt. He also helps me understand how my attitudes affect my ability to get stronger. Cody can’t do it for you but if you’re serious about your health goals, in my opinion, Cody is the best trainer to get you there.

I can proudly say that there’s no other trainer I’d rather work with than Cody. I’ve worked with him for the past two years and I don’t have a single regret. He’s incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the world of fitness and dieting. Any questions you may have he’s quick to respond over text and provides detailed explanations as well. Fitness Society and the crew are the best! Lexie is incredibly motivating and has the best heart! She will program workouts tailored to YOUR goals, and help with nutrition along the way as well. The whole studio is yours while you train, and they have every piece of equipment you need, no matter what style of workouts you like to do! There is also an InBody composition scanner to help you keep track of body fat loss and muscle gain, and that's free to do whenever you want!

Alvy has been my personal trainer for a couple months and I highly recommend!! Definitely one of the best decisions ever! We have been training with Lexie for about 3 months now. She always takes into consideration our limitations, but also always pushes and motivates you to do the very best during the workout. Summer is my personal trainer and she has changed, 1. My confidence in myself but also in the gym, 2. I’ve been self training for many years and my workouts were pretty stagnant. My wife has recently joined me in the community gym occasionally but I felt she could benefit from professional instruction. I learned of Fitness Society and wanted to check it out. We decided
to train as a couple although with individual goals, training plans and diets. Coach Brody has been fantastic guiding us through our workouts, pushing us when we need it and encouraging us at the same time. He is always upbeat, spreading positive energy. Although we’ve only been clients for a short while, we’ve both seen tangible benefits toward our body transformations and weight loss goals. I highly recommend Coach Brody and the Fitness Society.

I have had an incredible experience at Fitness Society, from top to bottom. I started with a meal plan from Brody, and now I don’t want to stop. He’s really been hands on, and it’s allowed me to really change my body for the better. The studio is SPOTLESS, organized, and outfitted with all new equipment. The 1 on 1 workouts will test you, in the best way possible.
There’s a lot of places to lift weights in Florida, but not many places like this. The Fitness Society crew has dedicated their entire lives to health, fitness, diet, and it shows. Thank you FS!
