The fundamentals their nutrition program offers are sensible. The gym is very clean and well equipped. However, the trainer is very condescending and extremely unmotivating. His mockery is excessive. I was very disappointed with their practice of discussing clients results or lack thereof in group forums. Confidentiality and sensitivity are essential when we seek assistance in the process of weight loss, Unfortunately I did not find that in Fitness Solutions Depot.
