I started my fitness journey a year ago at Flex Fitness and I wish everyone had access to such a wonderful gym and community near them!
The entire gym is always spotless and extremely well appointed, with a friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff. It's clear that everyone is welcome, and you'll see people of every age, gender, and fitness level.
A special shout-out to Marcus, who is a marvelous personal trainer and will push you *just* past where you think you could go, while keeping your spirits up with a cheeky sense of humor.
I've had to move away from the Crestview area, but I'm grateful for the strength, confidence, and capability that I've earned here and will take with me wherever I go.

Flex Fitness is different from the big conglomerate gyms, it has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that draws you in and makes you feel wanted and comfortable. The manager, Marcus, is always available to answer any question no matter how small and address any equipment concerns. As a trainer, Marcus is invested in your progress and makes sure to address any problem areas you want to work on by working specific exercises into your program. He is able to encourage you to go further than you thought you were able to, all the while monitoring your body to correct your form and make sure you are not pushing your body beyond its limits. Praise from Marcus on a job well done is in itself a satisfying reward!!!!

air with same great feel. Offering classes, saunas, and body scan machine. Flex Fitness is big time fitness with a small town feel. The gym is very clean, well organized, well maintained, super afforable and accessible. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming to everyone. They take the time to learn their members names and socalize with folks to relax the atmosphere. This gym supports local high school athletes and cares about physical education for all ages.
Equipment is top knotch including Peloton bikes. Peloton bikes are state of the art digital workout machines with thousands of digital workouts and training programs.
Flex Fitness supports military and veterans and that's super important to me...so thank you!
There are plenty of membership options.
There is even gym swag for purchase too.
This gym offers training programs too.

I've been a member of Flex Fitness since 2021 and I watched them grow and progress into their beautiful new facility. It's fantastic and everything a gym should be. There's no pressure to sign up for personal training services or anything else you may not really want or need. There's no judgement- and it's inclusive of all ages and levels of fitness. I am disappointed I didn’t join sooner. The energy at Flex is so positive, and chill. Great atmosphere they have going on here. Everything was super clean, weights and dumbbells were racked in their right spots. When first walking in I was greeted instantly, my son was able to hang with me during the sign in process without him being kicked out. I canceled memberships for my wife and I at another local gym because she hated the energy at that other gym.
Another plus for me is, this is the only gym that offers a Sauna, heat therapy is something I believe strongly in. I believe they are the only establishment in the entire city with a Sauna. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommended!

So I go there, my family has been in my case about joining a gym since a gym seems to be safer than walking the sidewalks of Crestview. I go there after 6pm to inquire about prices, the doors were locked, no one let me in, so I left. I wanted to shut up my family, but I’ll check out the other gyms in the area instead. I’ve never been to a gym before since I do not care for gyms. I was just going to join to keep my family out of my ear. I’m an introvert so I’d rather deal with the crazy traffic than trying to join a gym.

He was the absolute best trainer that I ever have with great qualities and passion. He gives it to you straight but also encourages and coaches you along to meet your goals. My wife and I really love this gym! My wife is in love with the dog theme as well. It has a ton of equipment, machines, and free weights. I have been attending this gym for almost 2 years now and I don’t even know where to start with this review. I absolutely love and adore this gym. I changed my entire life in this gym. Sally and Dan are two amazing people and would do just about anything for you. I hurt my back really bad and couldn’t walk, Dan carries me out and sally drives me home. I need something like a hair tie, head phones, snacks, bites of Sally’s food Haha, etc. they have it or are willing to lend it. Did I mention you can eat off the floor in there because it’s so clean? It’s so serious that their employees vacuum the walls. Every single day you see them cleaning machines, on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors or doing something to make sure their gym is as clean as it can be. I highly recommend this gym. I will never go anywhere else unless I physically move from crestview.

Dan and Sally do a phenomenal job maintaining the cleanliness of Flex Fitness, which is something you’ll notice as soon as you walk in the door. Become a member and find yourself in there on the weekend and you may just find Dan and crew deep cleaning the gym floors, touching up wall paint, or a plethora of other things that makes this gym a cut above the standard expectation of most gyms. For its size, plenty of cable equipment, treadmills, free weights, and anything else the common gym-goer needs to help get a good pump, a good stretch, or to stimulate the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Dan is super down-to-earth and Sally is more than likely the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Flex fitness is very well maintain and organized. All the equipment is in great condition. The owners are very friendly and they put alot of care and effort into their gym to ensure that everyone has what then need to reach their goals. It is the best gym in Crestview!

Flex Fitness is the perfect gym if your looking for professionalism, great equipment, cleanliness, availability of equipment and the owners Dan and Sally are always friendly, personable and upbeat. My husband Mark and I have been training with Dan on and off for about ten years. I was never in better shape when I work out under his expertise and training. Another thing I like is Dan and Sally rescue so many dogs and find them homes. I always leave the gym energized and ready to come back.Come and visit and meet Dan and Sally. Two great people with big hearts and an awesome gym.
