All the coaches and workouts are awesome! I started 4mo postpartum. The coaches always took time to show me different options for workouts, and would give me a helping hand with my baby! Sometimes we get there late, sometimes I have to breastfeed in the middle of a class, and sometimes I have to carry my baby through the workout. Regardless what it is - we feel comfortable doing what we gotta do! Weβre all moms and weβre all in this flock together. Such a fun and motivating group of women!

Come for the workout and stay for the community :) I love this group of strong and supportive women!! The instructors are certified and fantastic. Workouts are fun and challenging. Modifications and variations of intensity are offered for all fitness levels. I have been able to workout in all stages of motherhood- as a new mom, during pregnancy, and postpartum with my babies and children attending. Love being a member of this unique community!
Several class options are available to fit your schedule- Early morning gym, evening and outdoor classes. Come check it out!

This group of strong, supportive, energizing women is exactly what motivates me and empowers me to be my best for myself, my family, my kids, and my community. The instructors are funny, knowledgeable, and inspiring. Their workouts offer something for everyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I'm so happy to be a part of the Flock. It's always hard to find time for oneself as a mom (especially as a new mom or a veteran mom!), so being able to bring my kids has been great. They also offer times for working moms early in am or pm along with morning workouts! I've tried all the classes and they're all so amazing! Highly recommend!

Perfect group for new moms specifically and all moms in general - lots of support, opportunities to meet friends that one could connect with (i.e. same age kids, first time moms, neighbors, interests etc.) and, of course, great workouts! Join the flock!

Flock Fitness is my favorite thing to tell moms about. Not only is it an amazing workout from knowledgeable trainers who know how to create strong bodies and care for moms at all stages, itβs an amazing community of sweet mamas. Motherhood can be very isolating, But this group is the most encouraging, motivating, and supporting group of women. The slogan come for the workout, stay for the friendships is so true.

Great workout. Instructors give modifications when needed and push you when you really need it! Great community! I found this community when I really needed it and I will be forever grateful.

Iβve met so many amazing women throughout the many years Iβve been a part of this incredible Mom tribe! Everyone is super welcoming & supportive! Workouts are tough, fun, & creative! Itβs so convenient to be able to bring your little one(s) to class with you. Special activities are planned for kiddos to participate in - holiday crafts, post workout trick or treating, annual Christmas book exchange - just to name a few. I definitely would recommend Grit Fit to any mom out there looking for a place to connect, stay fit, and have fun!

I absolutely love Momleta! After having my son I was really not sure how I would have the time or motivation to workout again, and then I joined baby boot camp. I love that Iβm surrounded and encouraged by other moms, and we can bring our babies to workout with us. Itβs an amazing group of truly strong and supportive women, including the instructors, and the workouts are fire!

I have been doing baby boot camp for almost a year now and it is, by far, one of the best decisions Iβve made for myself! I enjoy interacting with the other moms and seeing the littles play after class together. The workouts are great, I always leave dripping sweat! Such a great sense of community and wonderful ladies to lean on. I look forward to my workouts every time!

Great workouts!! I am always sore after my Momleta HIIT workouts and I love the supportive and encouraging Moms that make up this group. I was nervous about not knowing anyone in the group when I started and have since been through two pregnancies and postpartum recoveries with Momleta and have met so many incredible friends. I had high risk pregnancies and felt lucky to have the experienced coaches right there with me showing me modifications every step of the way so I could safely workout. The bootcamps are great because you can bring your babies which was amazing when I was on maternity leave. I also highly recommend the diastis recti Workshop and Running group...not as well known as the boot camps but were wonderful. The coaches are THE BEST!! Hannah is my favorite- she is hilarious, kicks my butt and always puts on a good theme to make our workouts a blast.

Love love love this amazing tribe of women. I found baby boot camp when I just found out I was pregnant with my 3rd and I saw a bunch if women working out in the mall. I didn't stop I just went home and googled hours away. It wasn't till a few days later that I actually found it and joined. The instructors are amazing, workouts are great, and the fact that you get to spend time with your kids while doing something for yourself is an added bonus. I worked out until the day before I went into labor and it was by far the easiest of my 3. It definitely made a huge difference. Here I am 3 years later and I still love it from the first time.

Baby Boot Camp is so much more than a great workout and healthy lifestyle. It's a Mom Tribe of beautiful women and children who support each other and lift each other up. Since joining Boot Camp I have met incredible women and Mommas. I have an outlet everyday to better my health and be an example to my children.

I can't rave enough about this group of strong women! I am not a person who ever loved working out... ever. I knew I needed to get out and do something post-partum, but here I have this little human I must tend to 24/7! Baby bootcamp was my answer! The other mommies were so welcoming and encouraging from the start and then I found myself bonding and making lifelong friends. Most of my son's closest friends are from this group. It's not just a workout session. We do playdates, mom's nights out, and there are a host of weekly activities they take the extra time to arrange! It really changed my way of life in the sometimes lonely, post-partum period where getting out, meeting new people, and working out was exactly what I needed! I feel the healthiest I have felt in a long time and get to feel that way with a bunch of strong ladies that I love and respect!
