Fly & Flow was such a cool experience! The instructor (and owner) made sure everyone was safe and having a great time! I would highly recommend this studio & will definitely go back for another class!

We started going to Fly & Flow recently and it’s now part of our weekly routine! There are so many different classes and modalities, and all the instructors are very welcoming and helpful. The Wednesday night gentle/restorative flow is our favorite you can’t go wrong with any of them. Parking is easy, the other members are so nice. We’d give it more stars if we could!

I have been doing yoga for 30 years and I'm just so sick of the same poses no matter what studio you go to and you end up in downward dog half the time. Not here. This place is seriously the best and has reignited my love for yoga. And it's a ton of fun while being a great workout. You use all these muscles you don't normally use and can stretch farther with the silks. It really changed the shapes of my muscles and works the back fat/side boob area really good. I feel like I have a new skeleton after a few months of classes once or twice a week. It's my favorite workout now. Arielle is the best teacher and I actually look forward to going instead of forcing myself. Give it a try, it's not scary and you won't fall. Be a bat.
Update: my chiropractor said I've had more positive progress in the last 8 weeks than the last 8 years...idk what that says about him but speaks volumes to how beneficial these classes are. I've been doing regular yoga my whole life basically and have only been doing aerial for a few months and it really has helped so much. I could barely touch my toes a year ago and I have less pain than I've had in like 20 years when I got my first of many herniated discs and I'm stronger than ever. I had a sacral iliac joint injury from years ago and could barely stretch that side and now I can almost do a split. It's magic

I took a silks class at Fly & Flow Fitness and I loved it! My instructor was Brandy and she was very informative and personable. The studio is clean and in a great location. The class was about an hour long and challenged my arms and core the most. At the end we did stretches and a short relaxing meditation. I highly recommend Fly & Flow Fitness!

I love this studio! It is super clean and airy and I felt incredibly safe. I live in NJ but when I visit Florida it is my go-to spot. The first time I went was in 2019 on my birthday and Stacy and all of the people there could not have been more welcoming and super helpful—(which I needed as a first timer). I recently took Nicole’s class and her beautiful energy was palpable the moment I walked in. The class was amazing and I will definitely return!

Beautiful, spotlessly clean studio with incredibly caring, gifted instructors who focus on making each student’s experience the perfect experience for their level of experience. They are encouraging and the warmth and support of the others you share the class with creates an atmosphere where you always feel like you have friends cheering you on, wherever you are on your fitness journey. Stacy (the owner) has a warmth that is contagious and is part of the culture of the studio. This is absolutely my favorite type of workout, and I drive from Palm Beach Gardens to Boynton just to attend this studio. Nothing less than perfect!

I just love Stacy’s studio. I am truly addicted, and I would go every day if I could. Stacy, Anita and Nicole are all fabulous. They all have different ways of teaching, and you learn different things in each of their classes (try them all). This is a true mind and body workout. I wish I had found them years ago.

Very nice zen clean atmosphere- wonderful friendly experienced and fun instructors, if you like to challenge your self you can find it here in many different classes, if you like to dance,meditate, yoga or barre classes you find it here .Anita Havel amazing known international choreographer,- ballerina and dancer teaches many classes and workshops at this location, Stacey Brookman owner and instructor can literally kick your “ass” and love to work with children, Zahara Davis teaches great trick class on silks Lisa Midlarsky another amazing instructor and former owner of Defy Gravity yoga teach here and organize workshops come and play with as you will have blast 😍M

The shop is clean and open, the decor is simple and very calming.
I requested some info over email and the response was quick, friendly, and informative. I was offered a free class for my wife and I to see if we liked it and wanted to practice there.
I'm fairly familiar with mat yoga, not good, but I've been on a mat a couple times here and there; the aerial yoga is like the best form of mat yoga I could do.
The poses were easier, the stretches were deeper, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment when Anita had me doing an inversion where I was holding myself up with just my legs wrapped around the silk.
The instructor was calm and patient and laughed with us when we messed up, thankfully it was just my wife and I which made it an ideal situation to try the class.
I'm a 300lb, powerlifter, and sweaty beast of a man. The silk held me incredibly well. Anita didn't even bat an eye as I flung sweat all over her and saturated the mat she loaned us.
I picked up a ten class pack, which is incredibly well priced and good for a year. I'd be interested in seeing what other classes are like and/or getting a family plan so my wife and I can go, but for now; this is a beautiful little gem hidden away.
