Couldn't be happier, both Coach John's have been awesome with teaching the kids the basics while keeping it fun for the kids. Integrating different activities to keep them focused. At the end taking time to asked each kid questions to help them reflect on where they can improve and what they enjoyed the most.

My son has been coached by Jon for close to a year now. Jon is a true coach, not just a guy who used to box. He can teach many levels. He can be in your corner if you are having a pro/semi pro/amateur fight, he can also teach beginners. He is patient with a great personality. Kids love him. Obviously boxing lessons with him is a great workout that will get you in shape, boxing is also a no nonsense way to learn self defense that has been around for centuries.

Coach Jon is the real deal. Super flexible with scheduling and always makes time to fit me in. Since training with him my speed, power, and overall boxing technique have improved way more than I expected. He actually pays attention to detail and pushes you just enough to get better every session. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about leveling up their boxing.

Very new to boxing with no experience prior. Coach John immediately made me feel comfortable and offered 1 on 1 training that really allowed me to focus in and hone in on my skills. He is very patient and takes his time explaining. If there’s any women out there looking for a GREAT workout, want to lose some weight, or just simply interested in learning some self defense I would highly recommend flying fists school of boxing!
