Best dance studio in Ft Lauderdale! If you’re in a class with Brittany or Isa, you’re in for a GREAT class. Both ladies are super energetic, fun choreo, and overall they make you feel comfortable in being in the class. I’m a beginner dancer with zero experience and they truly make you feel more confident in trying to learn the choreography. I look forward to coming to dance class every week! Reggaeton class with Isa or the Heels class with Brittany on Thursdays is a class everyone should try.

Do not recommend, 0 stars but had to give 1 to post. This business is poorly ran. I signed up for this class a week in advance for an 8:30pm class on a Friday night. After signing up I immediately receive a text that the time is actually 8pm and not 8:30PM….ok no big deal. After I confirm I still plan to attend and they immediately send me a calendar invite with address with notes to arrive at 7:45 and what to wear and such. I signed up with 2 other people who did not receive that notice and only knew of the time change from me. Then the day of class I receive a text 20 min before I was told to arrive that they are in fact changing the class to the actual scheduled time of 8:30pm. Likely because they didn’t notify everyone of the time of 8PM since again my friends received no communication. Very inconvenient with last minute notice but planned to still attend. When it was time to go i used the address from the calendar Waze automatically took the address from the calendar invite. It took me to a neighborhood of homes and apartments. No businesses i could see. I look online for the studio address and put it into Waze and it was more than 10 min away and I arrived to the studio 8:39. The door was locked and gates were down. No music or sounds of activity. So i went home. Wasted Friday night and a wasted class pass. Poorly managed business and extremely frustrating. Photo shows the first address the calendar invite took me to, where the studio actually is and then the closed studio i showed up to.

This studio is an absolute gem! Hands down, one of the best dance studios I've ever experienced. The choreographers are incredible, bringing out an empowering, feminine, and sexy energy in every session! The owner, Gigi is so vibrant, fun, and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. What sets this place apart is the variety of classes. The yoga classes are a perfect complement to my intense workouts at No Days Off Gym. I can't recommend this place enough! Love love LOVE it here!

I took my first class at From the Top yesterday 5/14- beginners heels on with Danielle (TU 6:30-7:30pm). She is welcoming and made the steps easy to follow. I felt sexy and confident throughout the session. It was a great workout that had me work up a sweat and left me with satisfying soreness the next day. Highly recommend, even if you do not have a dancer background! I am a total beginner and Danielle made us all feel comfortable and emphasized making moves your own and having fun! The studio was so cute, clean, and located in a safe neighborhood, next to other establishments and parking was easy. Also, Nikki (co-founder) was so sweet and welcoming to all ladies! I am so happy I found a fun way to exercise & feel sexy while doing it. Can’t wait to go back next week and try other classes!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! As someone with no prior dance experience, I was super nervous at first, but I felt so welcome by everyone ..it really was a class of woman supporting woman I loved it. The instructors are incredibly supportive and made the entire class so much fun. I'm definitely coming back weekly, and I can't wait to try the chair class next! Highly recommend for anyone looking to dance and have a great time, no matter your skill level.
