I took my first class ever today visiting from LA and all I can say is that I’m blown away! Amazing instructors who are both knowledgeable in pilates and the body itself but also SO much fun! Playlist was amazing! All staff were so sweet and welcoming! Thank you Fuze house for this amazing experience and burning out my whole body!

As a Pilates instructor I couldn’t not leave a note for Lucy. She is absolutely great! Her energy, her cueing, the flow — everything is just perfect. Such a great class! 🙏🏻

The absolute worst fitness experience I’ve ever had. I’ve practiced Pilates and hot yoga for years and have a background in ballet with instructional training—it’s not hard to do it safely and correctly, yet Fuze completely missed the mark.
The class was advertised as slow, controlled, and low-impact, but it was rushed, disorganized, and offered ZERO foundational cues. The instructor started before everyone was even in the room and gave no direction on how to protect the spine, engage the core, or move safely—especially dangerous in a heated room. I left dumbfounded.
I emailed the studio with clear, respectful feedback and a refund request. Their response? Completely dismissive. No apology, no accountability, and they refused to refund the class. It was obvious they didn’t care.
What’s even more upsetting is that people who don’t know better will come here thinking they’re getting good instruction—and could genuinely get hurt.

The worst hot Pilates class I’ve experienced. I have a background in gymnastics and do hot yoga and mat Pilates multiple times a week. The instructor started class before everyone who was on time could get back from the locker room and they also let people in late which was disruptive.
My main concern was the lack of cueing for core support during class. The instructor didn’t cue a single time to engage your core, much less to protect the spine during floor exercises with your back flat to the ground and a rib to hip connection. I was so appalled I looked around during class to count the number of attendees unknowingly performing core exercises with an arched spine, making themselves prone to injury. The class is advertised as “slow and controlled” but is far from it.
I attended with friends and we reached out directly to the Fuze team to address our concerns about the improper instruction and danger of performing Pilates in such a haphazard way. They refused to acknowledge the concern for the lack of cueing core properly and refused a refund “since no one got hurt”.
It’s a shame that this is the only experience some guests have with Pilates and they think they are bettering themselves. Save yourself the money.

This was my first time trying this studio because Pame (an instructor of fuze) recommended me her class and I was so excited to try it out. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it on time as I was between 10 min/13 min late and I was ok with not entering the class or getting a refund, I genuinely didn’t mind.
I never feel I want to leave bad reviews to businesses however the way how I was treated when I got to the studio was highly disrespectful and not acceptable by the staff who were working there (I don’t know if they were part of the management or front desks) but the customer service of the two women there was very poor. They were almost making fun of me for being my first time and going to her class as they were saying her class is hard, one of them laugh sarcastically while both were continually discouraging me to even wanting to come back. I just stood there while listening to them and all I said back was ‘ok’ and I gracefully left.
They even ask me to reschedule to make sure I was coming back but honestly I felt so disrespected I did not want to be there any longer. You should never treat a potential customer with this kind of attitude.
I only went because I wanted to support Pamela and because I feel she is a great instructor, it is also very convenient because I am a local and my apartment is close to it and in my opinion the establishment looks beautiful by the pictures so I was hyped to be there my first time. I don’t think I will want to be back. I will visit Pame at the other studio. Please try to correct this in your employees, it is probably not a good thing for your business or your customers.

Absolutely love this studio! Nice Bala equipment, super challenging instructors, and a smooth class sign-up. They've opened up two more locations (South Miami & Manhattan) after how much of a success the first was! Love bringing my girlfriends here when they visit Miami. Xx

Fuze has become my fav studio in Miami Beach for over a year now, and for good reason! Their infrared hot workouts are invigorating, and the variety of pilates classes caters to every mood – from soothing sessions with integrated yoga to intense Pilates HIIT. The instructors are top-notch, and the studio itself is impeccably clean and charming. You'll leave feeling both rejuvenated and sweaty – a perfect combination! :)

I recently had the pleasure of attending Emily Kanter's hot Pilates class, and I must say it was the best Pilates experience I have ever had.
Emily's energy and enthusiasm were infectious. Her passion for Pilates was evident in every word she spoke and every movement she demonstrated. She motivated us to dig deep, find our inner strength, and push beyond our perceived limitations. Her positive and uplifting attitude created a supportive and empowering environment, making me feel confident and capable of achieving my fitness goals.
Emily’s class was an absolute game-changer. Her expertise, passion, and ability to create a transformative experience made it the best Pilates class I have ever taken. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey, improve their mind-body connection, and experience the incredible benefits of Pilates.

Stumbled on this cute little studio when I was recently in town to visit a relative — and all I can say is WOW! Everything about this gem of a place is considered and calm and cozy — and the classes are super challenging in the most perfect way!! The infrared heat is set at the PERFECT temperature, and all of the instructors are fabulous - most of the classes I took were taught by Pamela who was AMAZING - full of spirit and motivation and professionalism and just all around good vibes. I was not having the easiest time in Florida but it almost was as though Fuze became my little home away from home - that is, it wasn’t raining outside, but it felt like shelter from the storm!! (And I wanted to go everyday I was there but my remote job occasionally got in the way🥲) Anyway, I loved all the equipment, the intimate class size, the variety of classes too - Now I am back in NYC but missing Fuze!! (When was the last time you heard someone say they were “missing” an exercise studio in another city?😂) Anyway, thank you for everything — including the gold pencil and the kindness. Can’t wait to come back!❤️❤️

Amazing workout! I felt fantastic when I left class and we worked hard the entire time. Marie was a fabulous instructor and was so welcoming to me as a newbie. The heated room makes you sweat for sure, but I personally love it. My abs, arms and back are really feeling it today in a great way.
Beautiful studio which can fit about 9 people, so I can appreciate the small class size. If you're looking to tone up, feel stronger, empowered, increase flexibility, and feel relaxed, this class is for you!

Very challenging pilates-inspired hot sculpt class. Not a lot of other studios offer this format in Miami right now and the studio and equipment is cute. I went 4 times to the same class and it was completely different each time which is nice if you are considering a membership.
